I paid $6200 for new transmission with a 5 year warranty. April 2023 my transmission went and after having my car for 2 weeks (it sat there for a week) James called to say the valve in the transmission went and they fixed it under warranty. May 2023 my transmission went again and Chuck said it would be up to the manager if they would fix my car. I said it was under warranty but Chuck said it was up to the manager. Hmmm I have a warranty Matt called to say that nothing is wrong with my transmission. They attached it to a computer and nothing is wrong. 4 people drove my car (me, BCAA guy who ended up towing it and 2 guys from my shop) and we all had issues but Matt didn't. Not sure how that works because each of the times my transmission went my check engine light didn't go on. And they didn't drive my car at accurate transmission and just connected it with a computer Tried to drive car a few times since I got it back and it still had transmission issues. No point contacting accurate transmission because they won't fix it I feel that I have been scammed out if my $6200 for getting my transmission fixed and be able to drive my car for 1 year. Accurate transmission did not honor the warranty and no way did they have no problem with my car when 4 others did. Please do not use this company and get ripped off of $6200 like I did

Lady answering very pleasant and professional - excellent phone manner! When I arrived for my appointment it turned out there was a delay with a previous vehicle. They were apologetic but not a problem for me. The mechanics did an excellent job and took the time to explain what they believed the problem was and the steps to fix the issue.
