I've been using their coupon book, which gives me a free oil change with each visit when I include a service--and it's been a real lifesaver. It's like that IKEA commercial--"Start the car!"--because I always feel like I'm getting such a great deal. Thanks to Ryan, Peter and team Derosa for taking care of my car all these years. I called at around 12ish on Saturday thinking that they may not be open or even if they are they may not have time for my very very small job. To my pleasant surprise, after a few rings, a gentleman answered and after telling him my problem, he asked me to see him at 3:30pm! He did say that they are very busy but still willing to take a look see for me, naturally, I expressed my appreciation! On arrival, I was a bit taken with how busy this little shop is, but only after standing at the counter for about 5 mins. I was acknowledged by Jackson (the gentleman on the phone), he immediately took my car in and asked us to come back in about an hour. Seeing how friendly everyone is when they come in, I know that all are regulars, which is a good sign already! Jackson, then proceeded to check my car and his advice was to use another power outlet instead since the car's USB may not have enough voltage for my multi-headed charger. He also checked all the fuses and they all turned out fine. With mystery solved, I am now happy to use the other power outlet. Jackson was so nice that he only changed me a minimum fee, which is very generous of him to do so! Thank you Jackson for accommodating me in such a short notice and also on a busy Saturday afternoon!!

ICBC had emailed us a list of "ICBC CAR SHOP VALET" service which to be honest was overwhelming considering this was our first time having to deal with a car accident and our vehicle needing repair. I had googled each recommended auto repair shop to do some research on previous customer experience and this shop was about 15th on the list with great reviews that were recent. I called in to get some information and i spoke with owner Chasel Wu and from just the initial phone conversation already i had a good vibe and his patience answering all my questions and concerns. I decided to have my car repaired by them and from beginning to end the customer service was a great experience. Chasel did a walk through of my vehicle where i could explain what happened at the accident and he assured me he would make sure everything would be looked at thoroughly and would update me on any findings and what needed to be repaired. Not only was a walk through performed but Chasel ensured that when we received a car rental it would be what was requested which was an SUV because we have 2 smaller children with car seats and stroller etc. Chasel was always prompt with our phone calls; we never had to wait long for a response and he was very up front on any concerning matters to the extent of the damage and taking the time to explain which was awesome. The end result, the car repair looks amazing! He even stated if there was any concerns to call him back and he would take care of it right away. That alone for him to offer that shows how great their customer service is! Thank you to the team and Chasel! I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.
