My friends and I came here after a wine tasting. We always end with a nice meal, and everybody's good to go. This place was very close to our tasting. Once we saw the menu, we realized that their Dutch baby is the thing to get here, so we ordered two. We just shared it, it's similar to a pancake, only baked with cinnamon and apples, and had syrup, not overly sweet delicious our severs were fast and efficient the food was excellent it's not fancy but good we all loved that Dutch baby yum I definitely need to come back happy customers right here so I'll see you there. Ambience, comfortable and clean. Cheers, my friends SYOY 02/02/26

Great food and atmosphere on the outskirts of downtown Sebastopol. Great food, options, drinks and prices!

This is a small (inside) restaurant, tucked into the middle of a small commercial center. They have a lot of outside seating. I was greeted and sat very quickly. I chose to sit outside as the day was beautiful. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. I ordered the Fun Guy's omelet that was stuffed with several types of mushrooms, spinach, grilled onions, and added avocado. Loved that the potatoes were very crispy. Also, I ordered a Nutella and strawberry buckwheat crepe. I thoroughly enjoyed everything. It was so good. The only downside to this place is parking. This commercial building has very little and not much street parking either. If still go again. Highly recommend.

We keep coming back because we love the food and portions! The service is always outstanding.

Solid spot for a classic brunch experience. I had the marinated steak salad which was great, and there were some interesting menu items not at traditional brunch spots like a rib eye steak and gumbo. Some of the menu items had portion sizes that were pretty generous like mine, but some like the short rib hash felt a bit smaller. They were able to get an outdoor table set up for 11 very quickly which was much appreciated!

The best scramble ever. Perfect eggs.

I went to buy takeout from this little gem the day before, when my husband and I were squirreled away in a cozy AirBnb. I picked up his favorite "biscuits and gravy" and he was in B&G heaven for hours! So, when leaving town the next day, we decided to sample more of their menu by actually eating in. We had the apple crepe, the Hole in The Wall Scramble, and a cup of their soup of the day - red bean and sausage. The wait staff were amazing both days, taking orders quickly and were so friendly and efficient! Everything was outstanding here. The crepe was aromatic with fresh apples and cinnamon and whipped cream. The scramble came with a side of their potatoes and a homemade biscuit. The scramble had everything you could want in it, with fluffy eggs gently scrambled into the mix of spinach, caramelized onions, red bell, smoked ham and cheddar cheese. Yum! The eggs were perfectly cooked and not rubbery as some eateries struggle top avoid. The potatoes were also irresistible and cooked crunchy with a perfect seasoning. The cup of soup was smokey and hardy with just a little kick. Perfect for a cool day. Gotta check this place out. It was a winning find and we'll be back!

5 Stars - Incredible Hidden Gem! This hole-in-the-wall spot is insanely good! We had the country fried potatoes, which were perfectly crispy and seasoned to perfection, and the breakfast burrito with bacon--lightly toasted all around, making every bite amazing. The flavors, the texture, and the care put into the food really stood out. It's the kind of place you find once and immediately know you'll be coming back. Can't wait for our next visit!

I appreciated that the matcha was hand whisked instead of just quickly mixed together, which made it feel much more intentional and thoughtfully prepared. The latte itself was not overly sweet, although I personally would have liked a slightly stronger matcha flavor. The woman helping me had dark hair, glasses, and beautiful tattoos down her arm. I ordered the sandwich and was asked whether I wanted a bagel or sliced bread. I asked about the croissant, and she told me they were out. I said that sliced bread would be fine. When I noticed I was being charged an additional $1.50 for the bread, I politely asked why there was an upcharge. Her response was, "Because we're out of croissants." I asked what the substitute was, and she looked at me and said, "Nothing." At that point, I simply said okay and accepted the bread. She then asked a young man behind her to take over, and he was very polite and finished ringing me up. A few minutes later, I could hear the woman in the back ranting to the staff, and she eventually disappeared into the back. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, and I certainly don't expect perfection. However, as a longtime business owner myself, I know how important it is to treat customers with courtesy and professionalism--even when you're having a difficult day. This interaction was completely unnecessary. I wasn't rude or demanding; I simply asked a reasonable question about a charge. I hope management takes this as an opportunity to remind staff that how you treat customers matters just as much as the product you're selling.

I ordered an almond milk latte but was initially given regular milk. They remade it, though they seemed annoyed about the mistake. For a bakery with such a strong reputation and premium prices, I'd expect a little more attention to detail and a better customer experience.

The patisserie is cozy with a few tables inside and a few small tables on the patio. As you enter, you immediately see the glass case with beautiful pastries and cakes. So exciting to see all of their gorgeous creations in our little town of Sebastopol. We had reservations for 1:00 and they sat us at one of their small tables by the door. It worked but it wasn't the most comfortable seat in the house as people were walking in and out of the door and the pastry case was right next to us. There was a group of four near the far end and they offered to move us but then we would have been sitting right next to them. They also have another small private room but that was going to be used for a wedding cake meeting. Gergana is the owner and she greeted us warmly. She said she took over the patisserie in 2019. The other employees were very sweet and helpful. They provided us with a tea menu so we could select a tea from their varied tea menu. They returned with little pots of tea for each of us. There were many people dropping by to pick up a pastry and drink and others stopped by to pick up their cake order. The employees were efficient and quick to help everyone. They refilled our tea pots with hot water and checked on us throughout our time there. The desserts on the top level were our favorites. It came with a candle which was very sweet. The sandwiches on the middle level were chicken, egg salad and cream cheese with cucumber. Our favorite was the chicken salad. Overall, it was a fun experience to savor all of their small samplings and Gergana is there to ensure everything runs smoothly so that your time there is relaxing and extra special. I actually found Patissierie Angelica specifically because I was looking for high tea services and thus have had their West County High Tea service twice. The second time I had the high tea service, I was given a private room! I particularly enjoyed the lemon curd, jam, and clotted cream with the scones. Patisserie Angelica is also located in a quiet and spacious part of Sebastopol; there is a parking lot that usually has space. Cons: The private room became a little stuffy as there was no air flow (other than an open window) nor air conditioning. However, things might have changed from the last time I was there.
