We dropped in on a Friday night to grab some food before a movie. We both ordered burgers, one Rodeo Burger and the Iggy Burger. Both were perfectly cooked with fresh ingredients. The fries were standard but good. Love the outdoor seating.

Sounds like the best bed you can get to me!

After seeing Iggy's Restaurant Week listing last week, I couldn't get them out of my mind. While I didn't make it in time for their special menu, I did finally find an excuse to drive out to sebastopol to give them a try! If you haven't been here before, the space is great! It is huge! It could easily be a beer garden/brewhouse. You could bring 20 of your friends here and still find a spot. Two dining rooms, and big patios on both sides of the building. Great spot! I got the jalapeño burger - which was pretty tasty! I skipped the fries because I was not starving. I did see several orders, and they looked very good, and a large sized portion (think basket - probably enough for two or three light munchers). I would love to try them but needed a partner in crime. Service was prompt and friendly, and the food came out very quickly (much faster than the place that was there before). It is a little on the pricey side- but I think the quality of the meat helps justify it. It did come out to $24 for a hamburger and a pint with a few for the server - so imagine $25-30 per person for a typical meal, all said and done. For me, this place hits the "afternoon burger and a beer" laid back lunch to a T! I will definitely go back to try more of the menu.

Iggy's Burger is a great new addition to the Barlow community. This place gets a high paw from the food, service, and atmosphere. Enjoy eating in and/or dining outside if you aren't taking your food to go. Theres games in a shelf just in case you want to pass the time while you eat as well! The staff was so friendly and informative! And our food was delivered directly to the table. The man who gave us our food was super kind and was genuine about the food as well. The food was the star of the show too What was ordered: Iggy Burger, Jalapeño burger, Tito's Truffle fries, and Sweet potato fries. These food were so delectable! I also heard they were organic as well! Which is always a plus as well. The Iggy burger was soft, it really melted in your mouth. Due to having grilled onions, everything blended together so smoothly. They also used a Hawaiian bun which really added some nice flavor profile as well. The jalapeño burger was truly built to be a star burger as well. The way they used chipotle island sauce really complimented burger, which is something I haven't tried before. At this time the Iggy burger and Jalapeño burger are $9.95 each, which makes this a steal! The fries were a game changer, I'd come back just for the fries alone. The truffle fries were crispy, not overly garlicky, and had the right amount tossed in it, which made them so addicting. The sweet potato fries were crispy and not soggy. I had experience whenever I order sweet potato fries that they might soggy. Not crisp. But at Iggy's burger they were delicious! Do order those, don't be afraid of ordering them. All in all, I had a great experience at Iggy's Burger and I can't wait to go again whenever I'm in Sebastopol

At first I was thinking that maybe this is just a rebrand of Cock Robins but enough is different to be pretty certain that this is a new business in The Barlow. Aparrantly this business is still transitioning from Cock Rpbins to Iggy's and they aren't entirely in full swing yet. We ordered at the counter and the food was brought to our table. The place has a clean and modern atmosphere. Lots of space indoors and outside. I really liked the fire pits outside, I can imagine how welcoming those would look at night. This place also has some insaney large quartz crystals laying around which is definitely different. We ordered the Biggy Burger, the House Fries, Onion Rings, the Fried Chicken bucket, and two milkshakes. I liked the Fries, as they were well cooked and crispy. Onion Rings aren't really my thing but they seemed good too. Someone on social media posted that they use beef tallow and duck fat in their fryers. Not true, they told me it was canola oil. Bummer, it was one of the reasons I came by. Maybe it's something they do at the Healdsburg location and they haven't switched to it here yet. The burger was good but not unusually so. The four pieces of fried chicken wete dark and crispy on the outside and very soft on the inside Another difference between this new place and the Healdsburg location is the sodas. Healdsburg serves Boylans while this place has your typical standard sodas you would see at any fast food place. Perhaps that also is coming later as they transition. The whole bill came close to $100. I get that the beef is grass fed and the chicken is organic. But for this price, I'd rather be at Cattlemen's Most everything I had is food I don't normally eat very often. However I wanted to give this place a try, and also add this business to Yelp and be first to review.

Service was quick and friendly. Very clean. We ordered the Iggy Style Fries, Iggy's Chicken Sando and The Iggy Burger "crunchy" (with lettuce and tomato). Everything tasted great. Iggy Style Fries and the Iggy's Chicken Sando were my favorites.

    Menu

Okay, I heard some buzz about this place so I had to stop by after a hike in bodega bay so I was super hungry. Iggy's did not disappoint. I got the rodeo burger and some truffle fries and service was impeccable and food came out super fast and perfectly cooked. Then I went up asking for some sauces and the nice gal asked me if I just wanted a sample of all of their sauces! So me being a fatso and sauce slut I took her up on it and I'm so glad I did. All the sauces were bomb! BBQ was different in a very good way, house made ranch was killer and they had a million island dressing that was great plus some crazy sauce that tasted like a bacon flavored mayo! And the burger itself was great too! And those truffle fries were awesome! I'm definitely gunna be back here. Oh and the tables and seats were actually big enough to not feel cramped, like some places.

It's inviting vs the stuffy atmosphere some places have. BABAGANOUSH PITA we got it for the kiddo expecting it to be run of the mill stuff you get. But the babaganoush had the extreme rich flavors of smoked eggplant and felt like almost half an eggplant went in there. Not diluted with tahini, garlic, just pure flavors of eggplant with tanginess of sumac. LITTLE GEM SALAD WITH RAINBOW TROUT was hearty, leafy and very refreshing. The pickled celery was the surprise. HAMACHI CRUDO - beautifully assembled with thoughtfulness, light, refreshing. A bunch of flavor bombs in there so each bite is an adventure. Basil making it refreshing, earthy crunch from hazelnut, sharpness from green onion, sweet tart kiwis. I think a bit of citrus would make this a superstar. Mandolin shaved limes perhaps? GRILLED MAITAKE MUSHROOMS - ok I think this was the chefs most technically impressive dish, with an exercise in playing with bitter profiles and turning it into a master piece. Grilled maitake gets the char from the grill is the first flavor layer, it's woken up by the wild thyme from the zatar. Next the Japanese turnips bring the second dimension with earthy beautiful bitter notes on a bed of a creamy tahini based sauce. It's finished with fresh parsley to bring a fresh element to it. Great stuff. Could raddichio be added to make this more challenging? I saw those crunchy POTATOES and I got them even after eating the meal lol. Do yourself a favor and just get them - they're hot, crunchy and perfect to pair with the vegetables. Finally we got their chocolate mousse with bruleéd bananas sorry couldn't take a picture before it was all gone. Great way to wrap. The staff were all super friendly and helped with picking things from the menu! I got the mystery glass of wine and they had made a fun game out of it. The Beaujolais was great too. Overall when you're surrounded by these amazing farms, vineyards and ocean - no better way than to bring them together - kudos to the creators of the Redwood for making this place with intentionality. I wanted to get the squash, duck pâté, spring pea salad, tinned fish items as well, I guess for next time!

I made a reservation for 6pm on the deck as it had seatbacks and my husband has a bad back and can't sit on a picnic table. It's an elevated section above the beer garden, which that night had a singer with guitar. Service was pleasant though a little slow with drinks but they were pretty busy. We both had margaritas to start, which were $16 plus $3 for call brand so $19 each. Pretty good but not too strong. I then had the Hopmunk hefewisen beer which was only $8, much more reasonable. I had the Biergarten cheeseburger on a pretzel bun, cooked perfectly medium rare. Served with caramelized onions, bacon, smoked Gouda and a beer cheese, it was tasty but pretty messy! Cost was $23 plus I subbed a kale Caesar for $2 which was good but not worth the hype as a little dry. Husband had the grilled mole chicken with mole sauce and Spanish rice for $24. It was a large portion with two pieces of chicken and he enjoyed it. We then saw a show in the stone tavern next to the beer garden. It's an intimate venue with not a bad view in the house. We had seats because my husband is disabled so we're right in the front row. Otherwise it was standing only. Great acoustics and venue. I would go there often if I lived in Sebastopol, as it's right near the Barlow and downtown. Definitely recommend for food, entertainment and atmosphere.

We ordered the buffalo wings as well as the steak and frites and their chicken Philly sandwich. The steak plate was pretty good and the wings were also relatively good. The steak does have chimichurri on it and the salad is really good as well or the coleslaw. I can't remember what it came with. The wings taste pretty fresh and they do give you blue cheese and ranch with them, as well as vegetables like carrots and celery. However you are paying $17 for eight wings just a heads up. My friend personally did not enjoy the chicken plate. She felt like the chicken did not taste fresh but quite frankly, we were unable to get our waiters attention throughout our whole time seated there so at the end, we decided to just leave it without saying anything. The service is the reason for the lower rating. I think the food was pretty decent, but the service was not up to par. Service here was mediocre. I will add that I do not say that lightly and I normally do not like saying that about restaurants. I normally understand when service is off if the restaurant is full however this restaurant was pretty empty. At first our server came around twice and then we ordered and once after she brought out the waters. My friend had to ask her twice to bring a lemon for her water because it seems that the server forgot, although from what I could tell, she was really only serving our table and maybe two others. When the food came out I asked if she could refill my water. She said she would be back with more water. However, she literally did not come back until 30 minutes later and that was after my friend had to flag her down and ask her if she could bring us more water. I should also say that this was after we had finished the entire meal, which at that point water was really not necessary. What really pushed the experience over the limit was the server mentioning to us when we were paying that she got off the clock early because it was so slow. Meanwhile I sat there wondering if this was the reason that her service was so awful. While sitting there eating, I did notice that in general service was a problem for this restaurant... I noticed another customer walked in and sat for a while and wasn't spoke to. When he asked them if they were still serving food, he was responded to rudely. I also noticed another customer asked in regard to the menu and another server told him that the menu was over there on the other side without giving any direction. Aesthetically speaking, the spot is really cute. There's a lot of lights. They have a lot of plants however, based on the service, I don't think I would come back here. My friend who has been coming here for many years was actually shocked at how bad the service was today and said that this was pretty abnormal. Who knows maybe it was an off day. Either way after being unattended for more than 30 minutes and ignored it didn't really leave any reason to come back here again.
