2 meat combo: pork ribs and brisket with mac and cheese and potato salad
    Kerasa T.

Whatever I write in this review will not fully encapsulate the jaw-dropping flavor this place has. The pulled pork sando was so filling in and of itself but with those sides?? You'll walk away with a full stomach and some leftovers for dinner. The baked beans were the showstopper for me. Please do not pass those up whenever you come by. The cornbread was dense (in a good way) and super moist. The brisket was tender and the flavor on that pork rib--my God. We came about 20 minutes after they opened. The service was amazing, everyone was so nice. The restaurant itself is spacious and clean. Seriously, whatever you choose, you won't go wrong. 1000/10. Already looking forward to my next visit.

I pray this business doesn't move because it is my favorite part of visiting Sebastopol. Impossible to beat their bbq quality, no other business comes close. Always excellent service, with a delicious sample. Cozy tables and laid-back atmosphere. Keep up the fantastic work.

If I could give A&M BBQ 100 stars, I would. The turkey, brisket, and oxtail were out of this world - perfectly smoked, juicy, and so flavorful I didn't even *need* the sauce (but the sauces were great too). The candied yams and collard greens tasted like somebody's grandma was in the kitchen, and the banana pudding was the kind of dessert you keep thinking about on the drive home. This is the spot I'll be driving back to Sebastopol for - absolutely worth every mile and every penny. Finn is a co-owner and went out of his way to talk to us at our table and get to know us. Fantastic job A&M.

Returned with some friends so they could experience the dream of A&M BBQ. Each time I come (it's now been 3-4x) I like to try something different. Today I ordered the Smoked Turkey Sandwich. I was a little skeptical as Turkey often times can be dry but man... this wasn't the case for A&M BBQ's Smoked Turkey Sandwich. The presentation was nice and it came with several thick pieces of sliced smoked turkey. The meat was tender and juicy and I didn't need a beverage to wash it down. The buns they use are soft and really good as well. I honestly wasn't expecting the white sauce and had my BBQ sauce ready to throw on to the sandwich but it truly didn't need it. The white sauce, (while I don't know what it was, maybe a white bbq sauce because it was on the sweeter side?) was delicious and I didn't need the traditional bbq sauce. Apple Slaw and baked beans were good as usual. Excited to return and try something else on the menu!

They serve here until they run out! We went around 3 pm and there were a few things that were already sold out! Including the cornbread and potato salad! Which I wanted to try!!! We ended up getting a brisket plate with mac and cheese and yams. We also got the pulled pork sandwhich. The brisket was a 10/10 the brisket literally falls off as you eat it!!! The Mac and cheese was also good! The yams are on the sweeter side! Service was good. You walk up and basically pick your order from their menu. Then pay for it after. Seating is limited outside but they do have a lot of indoor seating. It is a bit on the pricier side, I think we paid over $50 for both of our plates. I do wish the brisket plate came with a bit more! However bbq is in general Pretty expensive. I will say that I will be returning to try the items I was unable to try last time!

This burger! Wow. I've never had anything like it. The staff are always so friendly here and even tonight when the food is made to order, it's ready quickly. The casual set up is great for bringing our son and friends. We'll be back soon.

A&M BBQ... I just wish it wasn't so far and out of the way, but honestly it is worth the drive if you are wine tasting or drinking beer nearby. Soooo good. What a hidden treasure this city has. The brisket was fatty and tender, and the price was super reasonable. Loved the pork ribs, and the sausages had that perfect snap. The banana pudding was PERFECT with the best ratio of banana to the cake or bread or whatever magic they put in there. All the sides were amazing and complemented the meal so well. Loved the potato salad. Definitely a spot I would come back to!

O...M....F...G....!!!!! This place is legit. Can you say brisket burger on a Martins potato roll? Unless you are an east coaster you couldn't possibly understand how much that roll elevates and sets off this delicious masterpiece of a burger. I've had many, many, many, many burgers in my time and this may possibly be the best burger I've ever had. It's so innovative and well done that it's a perfect burger. Is it the classic American cheese burger? No, it's not but if you want that there are many places to go for that but if you are looking for the next level with the Gouda cheese and pickles topping this burger it's hard not to love it all. Oh and did I mention they have banana pudding made fresh as well we're walking in it was the best ending to greatness. Look I go to a lot of spots and eat a ton of great food. What makes this place so dope is the vibe the owner and the staff they are so nice and not afraid to take chances with something as simple as a burger. Trust me it's worth the trip. I've had the BBQ they sell the other days of the week and the food has always been solid and top notch but this burger is about to put this place on the map. Get there Wednesdays before the influencers make it impossible for you to try it.

Definitely the best smoked brisket in Sonoma County. The smoked turkey is awesome too. The beef sausage is packed with flavor and so moist. Legitimate bbq.

Delicious BBQ! My husband got the brisket and was so happy with it. He said it was the best he's ever had and it melted in his mouth. He also loved the baked beans. Their coleslaw is divine, with cilantro and apples! I got the pulled pork sandwhich which was also so good. No fatty pieces, and the flavor was delish. There is paper towels and bbq sauce on every table to adjust to your liking. The atmosphere was relaxed and clean. Staff were friendly and seemed happy like a good place to work. You walk up to the counter and order, and everything is ready to go. Kind of reminded me of a cafeteria style. Everything was hot and fresh none the less. They have an assortment of bottled drinks, sodas, beers, energy drinks etc. Over all, the bill was about $100 for the brisket, pp sandwich, 3 sides and 2 canned sodas - but that is expected for BBQ. Its definitely high quality food, so it makes paying worth it. Will definitely be going back!

Hi. I know you get lines for food. I scheduled a pickup order for 11:30 next Sunday. Do I just wait in line or is there a special process for online pickups? First timer. Thanks. Mike

This was during their pop-up setup at Lagunitas Brewery, so I understood it wouldn't be a full restaurant experience, but the pricing still felt high for what appeared to be mostly wholesale/frozen products. The food honestly felt more like elevated Costco/Sysco-style concession food than chef-driven Cajun cooking. The fries were clearly Kirkland frozen fries, the kettle chips looked straight out of a Costco bag, and the burger patties also seemed pre-made/frozen. I was honestly fine with the kettle chips, but once you start noticing almost everything feels wholesale while paying "celebrity chef" pricing, it changes the experience. At $15-16 per item plus tip prompts at checkout, I expected more fresh or house-made elements. Food trucks and pop-ups around the Bay Area put in serious work making things from scratch, smoking meats, hand-cutting fries, or using fresh patties at similar prices. This felt more like paying for branding than craftsmanship. The loaded fries and sauces were decent, and the concept definitely has potential, but the pricing just doesn't match what's actually being served right now. I genuinely hope Chef Bradley focuses more on fresh ingredients and execution moving forward, because food trucks that actually put that level of work in deserve these kinds of prices more than frozen wholesale products do.
