We made a trip for our 3-year anniversary to Ligonier over the 4th of July weekend and of course we had to return. Roman's Pizzeria is absolutely amazing. The pizza is cooked perfectly; light flip, perfect undercarriage, and the crust is the perfect thickness so it's crunchy but not burnt when cooked. Not only was our experience great the second time around, we spoke with the owners who actually gave us a free cupcake as a congrats on our anniversary.
