Everybody won, with me getting a vegetarian breakfast sandwich and my partner getting some sliced ham to add to her portion. All told, this is an excellent establishment for a low key outing while you're visiting Ligonier. The hours are extensive, so it fills just about any breakfast/lunch/snack type need. It was the first time ever that I tried a savory rather than sweet scone and it offered something I didn't expect along with the comforting expectation you get with a scone. The people who work here are super friendly and welcoming and let us sample something they didn't even have on display. They were eager to talk about the history of their bakery and inspiration behind their baked goods and that makes you feel good about supporting their business! I wouldn't normally mention the conversations of patrons in a review but by the same token this business felt the need to display some fake Trump $1,000,000 note on the cash register. The inside decor of the place feels tired, lots of old articles on the walls and a random collection of trains, Elvis, and classic car stuff. All faded/fading. Our server appeared to have just rolled out of bed, threw on a miscellaneous t-shirt, some crocs, and showed up to work. The menu consists mostly of stuff you probably already make at home. There are more options/distinctive items however at the GetGo gas station down the street. For what it was, the food we had was good and the pricing is at least commensurate with the food. These factors saved the two stars in the rating. Wishing we would have walked out shortly after sitting down. Ligonier has so much more to offer. Hoping this review might help someone else not make the same mistake.

We opened the milk chocolate covered toffee and OMG!! Still super delicious!! Buttery yummy toffee covered by creamy chocolate with just the right amount of sea salt. The box came when promised (as per kids' order) and the goodies were well cushioned with tissue paper and bubble wrap. Great products, great service and great kids!!

This place has the best coffee and food plus ice cream! Small town vibe is captured there. There are comfortable chairs and couch as well as chairs and tables. When you walk in you smell the Dancing Goats house coffee. You can and must try their famous chicken salad sandwich!!! They put grapes in it. hmmm My other favorite is the hubba hubba hummus sandwich. We make a day out of sunday evening to get ice cream from there. I have tried the mint chocolate chip, the cherry vanilla, and the oh shoot birthday cake one ha. Lil pricey but it's a coffee shop! Try the mocchachino rocket! I've worked around the block from Abigail's for 8 years and I've never had anything short of an amazing experience! I've seen many of the baristas come and go, being they're young kids and move on in life, and I can't think of a single one who's ever been unpleasant. I've been in there during busy times, and I've always been treated like an important person. Everyone is helpful when I'm not sure what I want or down to try something new. As long as there is an Abigail's, I will continue to be a loyal customer!! P.S. the rockets are amazing but if you ask nicely, they'll throw a little peanut butter in it and it's takes it to a whole other level! read more

When you walk in, it has a warm, inviting vibe. There are a variety of tables and seating options (including some couch and comfy chair type seating). One down side is that there is a fairly large menu and it isn't always easy to find/see all of the options when you are waiting to order. My daughter saw someone got a bubble tea but at the time we were looking, that menu wasn't easy to spot so we didn't even know it was something they offered! All of their food items are made to order (well, I suppose except for the soup which is home made and just dished out to order). They even have soup flights on certain days! I need to go back and try that because every soup I've ever had here has been delicious. They have the standard coffee menu but also always have some unique and quirky seasonal options. They also have smoothies, bubble teas and some other unique creations. They have tasty breakfast and lunch sandwiches, breakfast scrambles, mac and cheese and a variety of sandwiches. You can easily customize your meals and the staff is great about providing recommendations. It can take awhile to get your food/drinks, but that is because everything is made to order. A fun and tasty place for a bite to eat or a sweet treat!

One wall features coffee themed artwork, and another area has stacks of burlap coffee bean sacks labeled by origin, which gives the shop a cozy roastery atmosphere. For my coffee on this morning I ordered a large oatmeal cookie latte. My drink ended up being pretty good because the coffee flavor was present and it really did taste like an oatmeal cookie. There was plenty of oatmeal flavor combined with a lot of sweetness. My wife also enjoyed her iced coffee and liked the rich flavor. The bottom line for me is that I would come back here again in the future. Both my wife and I enjoyed our coffees, and the shop itself was a nice place to stop.
