If you ever watched Cheers on television or streaming, you would know the vibe here. Friendly neighborhood dive bar with tv screens so you can watch the local teams play the big game. And because we live in an area where we have solid sports teams, we are treated to a whole schedule of watchable games that you lose your voice screaming at the screen. It is infinitely more fun to watch a game like 49ers Eagles in a room full of strangers bound together by their home squad. I had a beer and a mezcal-soda and their complimentary turkey chili last Sunday. Made friends instantly and high fived strangers after the dominant win by the local team. So fun, I heard this spot sells steaks on Mondays. I need to come back to try that. JYW highly recommends. BTW, there is a back patio here too.

Enjoying some brews with my babe at the local hangout. Excellent vibe and the service was even better!

Thank you Megan! We had a blast! We will see you next time we're on the west coast! Excellent ambience, great bartender, very friendly locals, cold brews on tap! We loved the atmosphere and the back patio was the cherry on top!

Solid local bar. Good amount of TVs. Also got pool tables. Nothing fancy, but seems reliable.

For those of us who only eat outdoors, there are a few tables outside the bar that are pretty comfortable although it can get windy. From the minute we arrived, we were greeted with friendliness, all of the menus we might need, and an explanation of drinks, beer and wine. We chose to go all out and got a small pizza, their delicious onion dip, meatballs - more on that later - and buffalo wings. I was a bit disappointed that the happy hour wine was a Chardonnay and not the Ferentino that they let me taste, but the replacement house May logger was delicious. My husband had a steam beer, which was also very good. Throughout the service was impeccable, and we actually met the manager, Jon, who had a long conversation with us about the history of the bar and how they were trying to be a neighborhood comfortable place which they certainly have succeeded at. Now for the food - the meatballs were the best I have ever had in San Francisco and I am Italian from New York so that's saying something. We actually let Jon know who told the chef and it turns out the chef is from New Jersey so that makes a lot of sense. The onion dip is something like I've never had before. It's a crème fraîche with scallions I think? And maybe a bit of garlic and housemaid chips. We ate every single bite and actually dipped our pizza crust in the rest of the dip. The margarita pizza was also very good and as I finished it off for lunch today, I can tell you it's just as good the next day. The buffalo wings were what I would call actual buffalo style - I could taste the butter, hot sauce and garlic powder like back in the day on the East Coast. The chicken itself was good, not fatty, and the sauce was just like I want it. They offered ranch and blue cheese dip, which was great. We then had further conversations with almost all the staff who were so welcoming and friendly. We don't live super nearby, but I know we're going to go back to dinner, because I am dying to get their pork chop that looked really good. They also came and helped us put the stuff in boxes and explained the best way to take pizza home, which I never knew before. I can't wait to go back again

We're not in this part of SF often, and neither of us are sports fans by any means, so a mega sports bar might seem like an odd choice, but from the reviews and pics, the spot looked fun. So on our most recent weekend trip to SF to celebrate RB's birthday, we made it a point to visit. This place is HUGE. Located in Chase Center, Splash is a two-story sports bar with TV screens everywhere. I imagine it gets packed out on game days. If you're into sports, this is definitely your happy place. I tried the Splash cocktail, which was very tasty, potent, and not overly sweet. They have a very respectable selection of various beers as well. Food-wise we opted for a couple of their sushi rolls - yes, they have sushi! We tried the Splash Roll and the Chase Heat Roll, both tasty. The food menu is pretty extensive, especially for a sports bar, and includes pizzas, sandwiches, appetizers, sushi rolls, tacos, burgers, and salads. Something for everyone. Service was good, the gentlemen working the bar were nice. The space is clean and well-maintained, and reminds me of bars in Vegas. Fun spot, would return. Cheers!
