I went straight towards the kitchen gadget section. In this store, there seemed to be more people which made it harder to browse. I felt like I was being pushed out of aisles just as I was starting to get a glimpse at what was offered. Unfortunately, they too did not have what I was looking for. I did the same where I would grab a few items, walk around, then think it through. I ended up walking out of here without anything.

Extremely Disappointing Experience -- Buyer Beware…read more I am extremely disappointed by my experience at Vision Christian Store. What should have been a simple return turned into an unnecessarily unpleasant interaction with the owner. The most frustrating part is that the store did not honor its own return policy as it was clearly printed on my receipt. I relied on the policy provided by the business when making my purchase, only to be told something completely different when I attempted to return a pair of gloves. If a business chooses to print a return policy on its receipt, customers should reasonably be able to expect that policy to be honored and all exclusions to be included in the receipt. Rather than handling the situation professionally, the owner (Robert) was rude, dismissive, and argumentative. He made it seem like he couldn't afford to perform the return. To make matters worse, he complained about how as a brick and mortar store, it was difficult for the store to compete with online retailers. I found that particularly ironic considering that the item I was attempting to return had actually been purchased from a beauty supply store, not an online retailer. He even advised that I go there instead. As a small business, I understand that competing with larger retailers can be challenging. But blaming customers or becoming confrontational when they simply expect you to follow your own stated return policy is not the way to build customer loyalty. I was able to find two pair of gloves for the price of one. Who wouldn't attempt to return the originals Being a Christian bookstore makes the experience even more disappointing. Customers should not have to wonder whether they will be treated with basic courtesy, honesty, and respect when they walk through the door. I would strongly encourage the owner to review the store's return policy, make sure employees and management are following it consistently, and reconsider how customers are treated when they raise a legitimate concern. Or better yet include the specific items on the receipt that are not eligible for return or place signage in the area so there are no questions: I will not be returning, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend this business. A business cannot expect customers to support it while simultaneously refusing to honor the policies it gives those same customers in writing.

I'm embarrassed to say how much I paid for a picture I took to him to frame, but he made it look like $1 Million dollars. He honored me with a gift. Because it was for Father's Day, he worked quickly to get it finished and did not add expedited fees . My "father" was thrilled with the finishef product and so was I. I highly recommend his work and also his inventory of pictures for sale are amazing. He is conveniently located in Forestville mall in my backyard which was such a bonus.

Today I went to look for holiday decor but the shelves were pretty empty. Although the shelves were empty the store was not messy like many other Targets are. I usually experience great customer service at this location. The price of Target items is always a bit questionable in my opinion. I don't think you can really complain though because Target is truly an experience. I can say I swish this location offered more variety like other locations in the Virginia area that seem to offer more high end products. You can always find something you "need" at Target. So no real complaints other than the lines with cashiers are always closed.

Poor selections, everything always seems to be underwhelming. I donate my entire families items it's odd that I never see anything similar to the level of what we've donated. So it makes perfectly good sense for me to donate my gently-used items to Goodwill. This Goodwill has a Donation Center where you can drop off items. If you are so inclined, they will also provide a receipt for your taxes. I call that winning. . . and my house told me thank you.

I always come into one of these to up my stock when it comes to my undergarments. However, at this location, they were out of my size in the type I was looking for. Plus, it felt like that section was lacking in selection and quantity. I browsed a bit more, looking at the styles. I wanted to grab some shorts, but I decided otherwise. We were in a long line and were the next people when an attendant called that lane 5 was open for the next customer which were. We headed to the line and some lady who was just standing around the register pulling items off the rack next to the register. I watched her for about 5 minutes and she was just standing there like she was purposely waiting for that register to open. AS soon as the attendant opened the register she grabbed her cart and headed straight in. To me it was like she had been told that the register was going to be open. I hate to throw out the race card but it seemed to that this is what was going on. We took our cart and left it loaded in the center of the aisle and left the store.
