I recently came in for a return/exchange and was helped by Zach, who was honestly amazing. He was very sweet, patient, and provided excellent customer service. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers and was doing everything he could to make the transaction smooth. If I ever come back to this location, it would be because of him. Unfortunately, the experience was completely overshadowed by the store manager, Deanne. During my visit, she repeatedly spoke to Zach in a very rude and condescending way, raising her voice and constantly asking "what are you doing?" instead of offering any help or guidance. It was uncomfortable to watch and felt like clear harassment toward an employee who was simply trying to do his job well. This isn't the first time I've noticed issues here. On multiple visits, I've seen her being rude to both employees and customers. She's often on her phone, and the conversations clearly sound personal--like talking to friends about personal issues--rather than anything work-related. She also doesn't appear to actively help on the floor and doesn't wear anything that clearly identifies her as staff. It's really disappointing because employees like Zach deserve a supportive and respectful work environment. While the staff can be great, the management makes this location uncomfortable to shop in. I truly hope something is done to address this.

They do not purchase used clothes for cash but you can bring clothes and get store credit to get clothes you need in bigger sizes or toys. This time around I got some 2T clothes and the price ranged from $1 to $4 per item. They have a great selection of books and toys as well. They decorate the store with clothes for purchase for all the holidays. Last time I went they had cute rain boots and this time around they have bathing suits and pool toys. I always appreciate how clean the store is and how organized everything is by size. Makes it very easy to find everything! Plenty of parking out front.

They did have cute stuff although the prices for the bigger items like the baby play mats, rocking horse, play yard, etc, were nothing to write home about. The prices on the clothes seemed good. And they had a selection of toys which err'd on the side of pricey for being used toys, and some weren't in good condition. I did like the store, as a thrift aficionado, but the thing that stood out to me most about this store was that the customer service was sub-par. The lady at the counter seemed annoyed by the presence of me and my family and when it was just after 06:30pm, she made sure to let us know that she was closing in "15 minutes," even though the store closes at 7PM. She also said something to my 2 year old son that I didn't quite hear when I was a few steps away, and the tone of her voice wasn't very kind. I understand people have bad days and that some store owners don't enjoy you perusing their store for a while when your baby wants to look around- I honestly would've bought something if I'd found something I wanted. I think based on that experience I wouldn't return here but would instead go to the other thrift store up the street, Tiny Treasures, I believe it's called. They are always so friendly in there. This Cribs 2 Teens did have a beautiful wooden rocking horse for $50 that I keep thinking about.

This annual promotion, which celebrates supporting patients and survivors of breast cancer, and also encourages early detection and treatment, is one I am proud to endorse each year. As a survivor myself, this has extra meaning. The three delightful employees at the shop greeted me warmly upon entrance. One of them came over to take me over to this year's display of the POP event merchandise. The Brighton designers have gone with two options this year. One is a stretch bracelet with a signature pink ribbon charm. The beads are pink rose quartz, accented with crystals and the unique charm. The other option offers a true charm bracelet design with a number of charms re-created from past year's collections. Bringing them all together on one bracelet is a divine idea. That's the one that I purchased, which also earned me a Gift With Purchase of a limited edition tote bag, created by one of their in-house designers. While the Brighton pieces are considered fashion jewelry, as opposed to fine jewelry, they use high quality materials which last for a very long time if cared for properly. I was excited to wear my new POP bracelet out of the store. It will be one of my go-to accessories throughout October for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and beyond. The beauty and quality make it a good value. The kindness of the staff members make it even more special to shop at this location.

My wife really like the selection of products they have here and planning on coming back soon with her mom. I got my wife the apple watch band here along with a charm for her necklace that they sell separately.
