    Convenient hotel when u have an overnight layover! Beds are comfortable with nice pillows and duvet covers! Room numbering is odd?! Room numbers are 4 digits but elevator only shows #1-10??? Quite confusing when you are tired after being on plane for 9 hours and its early morning!

    Would I stay here again? Oh, absolutely. Like a bad ex with great Wi-Fi, Hilton ORD keeps pulling me back in. The Hilton ORD means "I have a 6am flight and no soul left to give." She's inside O'Hare like a polite parasite, and she isn't trying to win beauty contests, she knows why you're here. First, a shoutout to the gods of corporate travel or sheer dumb luck for the room upgrade. I had the distinct privilege of staring out at the control tower like it was the Eiffel. There it stood, majestic, blinking its Morse code lullabies to all the delayed planes below. Romance! Now, let's talk decor. If you've ever wondered what 2003 looks like preserved in time, Hilton ORD delivers. The rooms whisper we used to be nice and the lighting says prepare for sadness. But you don't stay here for vibes, you stay here because you can literally walk from your room to your gate. No shuttle. No Uber. Just you, your suitcase, and your emotional baggage strolling straight into your terminal.

    Sometimes after a long day of travel, last thing you want is another connecting flight so you arrive home EXHAUSTED! Decided to stay here tonight before my flight to LAX tomorrow. Yards from the terminal, and my room overlooks the runaway. Yes, the hotel could use a remodel, but service has been A +! Special thanks to Karla in the Cafe who called my room when my to go order was ready, and Demetrius in the Front Desk checking in to see if I was happy with the room. Thanks to ANTHONY in the gift shop for his kindness and Professionalism! Please let them know they are doing a GREAT JOB! Love the Multiple FREE HBO Channnels! RECOMMEND!

    Paid very high prime for a king room on 6th floor. Stepped off the elevator to a foul, STRONG smell of SMOKE! Not a little area either, as it was on the entire floor and the wallpaper from 1986 probably absorbed a lot of it as it matched nicotine yellow. I would assume the carpet is part of the problem as well. It's all literally looking like you stepped back in time. I'll add pics so you see what I mean. The sad part is that they sprayed the room with strong air freshener that only added to the layers of odors! Disgusting! Shame on you for showing pics of remodeled CLEAN rooms instead of the ancient, stale, and sticky rooms you charge prime money for! I am pissed that I am now stuck in this filthy room and cannot believe Hilton allows their name be associated with this farce!!

    Not a great place to stay if you are there for more than 1 night. Best part about the hotel is the recliner chair in the room. I had a view of the airport. Room is on need of an upgrade.

    9 minute walk from Chicago Airport to Hilton. Was greeted by staff when I walked in and they were kind. The room it nice but not quite clean. Bed had hair on it, tub had leftover hair in it, counters were sticky and bathroom sink was not wiped down. Towels still have residue from god knows what. When you glance at the room itself, it's presentable but when you actually get closer...Not clean. We had the view of the parking garage and it was quite quiet even though we were at the airport.

    So odd. I was supposed to have a queen room but assigned a meeting room with a pullout bed. They said it would still be a queen bed but it's a twin bed. Very odd. Plus the taxes in Rosemont are ridiculous. I had a $30 voucher for 2 glasses of wine which should have been about the $30 but with taxes and whatever other BS charges they add on it was $54. Such an odd experience with repeated bad service.

    If Nadia is working customer service will lack. Let's start by saying the distaste left me to pay the same rate elsewhere as the treatment based on assumptions was simply disrespectful. I called around 30- 40 min before my arrival and I spoke to a gentleman I believe named hector I asked about Dayroom rates and airline crew discounts. I'm a silver member which isn't much but I do enjoy the Hilton and its close proximity would make my double shift less of a hassle so I could rest longer. I was told the day rate was 159 and the crew rate was between 130-139. I asked if that would let me check in now and I was told to walk on over and just provide my crew id. I walked over and there were two women at the desk and two customers in front of me. I was next and instead of asking I was simply directed to Nadia for checkout I said hello and that k was actually trying to check in and told to come over with my badge. Nadia glanced up and barely greeted me. I said hello and explained that I called the rate and that I was told to come and show my id for the discounted day rate. She responded "so you want a day use" A pilot who was on a layover came up with a room issue and she carelessly and without consideration of my time nor asking me to hold ignored my existence and moved his room while the other agent stood there without a guest as I just stood there. (A few guests walked up while she was assisting the pilot who she was again not really listening but simply responding to) And gets back to me after taking additional time to finish something else and then says ok so we don't have rooms available until 9am as that is when day use starts. She tells me that to check in early it would be an additional $75 plus tax and the room rate. I reiterated that when I called I was told different by the gentleman who answered I also asked for her to check with him and provided the time stamp of the call and recalled to verify that it indeed rung to the front desk. I asked for a manager and she informed me she was the current manager and that there wasn't a male and she didn't know who I was talking about and without apology it was just company policy and she couldn't do anything about it. But then the male I spoke with WALKED OUT TO THE FRONT At this point 30+ minutes of my time has been wasted and could've been resolved had she listened and treated me like the paying guest and member I am. I took a moment to sit and process and decided to pay the 130 something and 75 fee as I forgot to use my number and decided to use it as a points earning moment. I re approached and slid my badge, I'd, credit card and phone with my Hilton number to her. She rudely speaks as if bothered by my mere presence and I explain I want the room as I'm exhausted and just want to sleep She asked for my reward number and the items I have already placed as close to her as they could be without falling off the counter. I tell her I've already given them to her and she continues that it will be 159+75 (20 difference from the crew rate) however at this point it disappoints me again how a managers customer service can be so low as this all could've and should've been explained 40 minutes ago that there is no crew day rate. This lack of communication and just doing her job led me to pay the same price and inconvenience myself even further than her and her male agent already had. The correct course would've been an apology and to wave the fee. Bare minimum it would've been to listen to her guests initially introduction and correct all LIES (misinformation) I was given , to excuse herself or say can I take a moment prior to helping the gentleman with his room swap, and at the absolute least simply apologize and own the fact that her agent was incorrect instead of pretending there was no man and that I was lying.

    The room smelled like bad. The bedding was stained. The carpet was dirty. The shower was broken. One of the lamps didn't have a switch.

    I want to get the day pass at the gym on an upcoming trip as my layover is several hours BUT I need to know if they have shower facilities for the gym only ? Not wanting to be gross in a flight afterwards.

    Read the reviews... apparently the shower facilities are very dirty and they don't provide the amenities to take a shower. I haven't been there except to spend the night - an awful experience- but others have posted here regarding gym and showers.

Four pillows were provided. The hotel set up is a bit awkward. Room is best for one person as lacks storage for large luggage. Plus there is not a defined bathroom. The shower is within the bedroom. Fortunately the shower was frosted but you walk right into the bedroom so you must be comfortable with those you stay with. Plus the room does really have a deck and chair to work. The desk is a fold down from the wall. The chair for the deck is located on the wall and not really suitable for long term working on sitting as does not have a back to it. The best thing above this hotel are the staff. The front desk staff are super friendly and accommodating and aim to please. The bartender was super friendly and attentive as well. Lastly parking is not available right at the hotel. You have to walk two blocks. Plus parking cost 59 dollars and that's the discounted rate. Also not really a suitable place to drop luggage off. If you pull up to the front door, you are blocking traffic. Base on price of 400 dollars the night we stayed, I would say it's not worth the stay. Maybe it's worth 200 or less for Chicago.

So we sat there watching dozens of people get metal detected before going to the rooftop. So we were LATE to where we needed to go. Ordered $100 of room service. It was LATE so I called to cancel. Lady on the phone was rude, told me no and hung up on me mid sentence. I wasn't able to eat my share because well, it was LATE. Wife said her food simply wasn't good regardless. Something as simple as butter and jelly for the toast wasn't provided. Arrived back between meetings. Stood out front and in the lobby for over 15 minutes to try and give my keys to the valet attendant. No one was anywhere to be found. Wouldn't answer calls from the front desk. They finally took my keys then some dude chased me down saying they can't keep them and I have to keep waiting. Oh this made me LATE to my next meeting. $89 a day for poor performance was not worth it. I would 100% suggest parking yourself or a block over at London house. They always have 4+ attendants. Help with luggage and doors etc. oh and it's CHEAPER. We appreciated the room upgrade. The room itself was okay. It wouldn't get below 71 degrees and got upwards of 76 degrees during the day. Even with the shades closed. For as much as we spent, I would expect a lot more. Rooms were fine, but the service, in all aspects was not.

I want to say that I have had my eye on this hotel for a while now after looking for Hilton hotel locations with a peloton bike, which this one has. Other than that, I loved that the location of this hotel sits in the heart of Chicago, surrounding a plethora of activities which made it the perfect choice for hotel stay to celebrate. Okay, it was an experience going up to the lobby area to check in at this hotel, a blonde moment as I am known for if you follow my reviews. The lobby is located on the 4th floor, so be sure to choose "L" for the lobby because there is no 4th floor button listed in the elevator. Me and two other hotel guests had an adventure going up to the lobby area after trying to figure out where the 4th floor button was. My experience with the receptionist working behind the desk was nothing less than professional. Since my room was already booked through Hilton Honors, the only thing check-in consisted of was a verification of my information, a briefing on what is offered, and the receptionist giving me my room key. For your information, check-in starts at 4:00 PM and check-out ends at 12:00 PM! If you have the Hilton honors application, there is the opportunity to check in with the application, choosing your room, and receiving a digital key, which will allow you to go to your room contactless without seeing a receptionist upon your arrival. I have not used this method, but if you are interested in no contact whatsoever then you can use it with the Hilton Honors application. After locating and entering my room, I thought to myself this is fancy once I took notice of the design and interior color which appeared so elegant! There was a variation of vibrant colors in the room from its curtains to the headboard of the king-size bed, the carpet, and a gold chair that looked like something out of your grandmother's house. Out of all, I just could not take my eyes off the curtains which reminded me of cherry blossoms because of the colors. Inside the bathroom there were liquid products by Gilchrist & Soames Zero% attached to the wall. Throughout my travels, I have noticed that hotels have completely dealt away with the mini shampoo, bath soap, and conditioner products that made great travel hygiene additions. Along with those notable things inside of the room, it met my cleanliness standards. I had no issues whatsoever getting comfortable in the king-sized bed during my stay as my head was engulfed in between the comfortable pillows. While utilizing the shower, I really enjoyed the water pressure; its soothing pressure made me feel very cleansed during each usage. It was wonderful toggling with the spray patterns, with the addictive feel of the pressure hitting my face and body. Other things the room came with that I noticed were a comforter, an iron, ironing board, blow dryer, safe, comforter, a coffee maker (Hamilton Beach), a mini refrigerator, microwave, and USB and AC plugins attached to either the headboard of the bed, lamps, or the television cabinet, which added a nice touch to the room. And the Wi-Fi internet was easy to connect to and not once did I have any connectivity issues with it during my stay. Hampton Inn Majestic, as expected, had an exceptionally beautiful inner interior! As a fitness enthusiast, it was great having a fitness center onsite because it allowed me to keep up with my fitness routines during my stay. I must say that I was pleased to see several dumbbell weights, medicine balls, kettlebells, a decent selection of workout machines, and two peloton fitness bikes which charmed me out of my panties once I spotted them. And oh, honey did I enjoy it on my birthday with the lovely Hannah Frankson as my peloton instructor, who put my legs through torture during her low impact workout. Having the complimentary breakfast was a relief because I did not have to worry about finding a restaurant for breakfast in the morning. And I was highly satisfied with the quality of what was presented. It is served daily from 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM. For you all visiting the city of Chicago, there are plentiful sights, activities, and restaurants within a radius of Hampton Inn Majestic. As a resident, a few that I adore are Willis Tower, Millennium Park, and the Art Institute of Chicago! Next door is the CIBC Theatre, which I noticed upon my initial arrival at the hotel. And if you are looking to explore the city or outer part of the city, the Chicago Union Station, and CTA Train Station are very accessible to-and-from. I would surely book Hampton Inn Majestic Chicago Theatre District again due to my experience with it because the hotel met my comfort needs, and I loved that its location is within an accessible distance of things of interest in downtown Chicago. ~ Live every moment ~ Thomas G

The hotel is very close to train stations and numerous bus routes making it easy to get around, even without a car. I personally chose this hotel because it was part of the Amex Hotel Collection. I highly recommend this hotel whether you are an Amex cardholder or not. I would definitely stay here again.

I ordered room service shortly after arriving and got a burger with fries (which I believe were Parmesan fries ). The most striking aspect was how spacious the room felt. We likely stayed in a Premier Room, which was quite large by city standards. A detail that stands out is the space between the foot of the bed and the wall where the TV was mounted, which makes the room feel open and calm rather than cramped. The décor was elegant without feeling stuffy, highlighted by thoughtful touches like an espresso machine. The bathroom was another highlight: the frosted-glass window offered privacy while maintaining a sense of connection, and the rain shower had excellent water pressure and felt indulgent. The location is fantastic, convenient for work in the Loop, time in Grant Park, shopping on Michigan Avenue, or dining in River North or Fulton Market. During our trip, we ate nearby both nights, which made getting around easy and stress-free. The staff was warm and helpful throughout our stay, and breakfast at the hotel restaurant was memorable, even if the details are a bit hazy now. The lobby is beautiful, and several family members who stayed with us also commented on how much they enjoyed the hotel. At the time, pricing felt mid-range for a luxury hotel in Chicago, offering excellent value. It was summer, likely a less expensive time to visit, but even so, considering the room size, comfort, service, and location, it seemed like money well spent year-round. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. We would happily return and are eager to explore other Langham properties worldwide.

Everything was great until I checked out and discovered that I had been charged $88 per night for parking. That was quite unexpected. I had been in Chicago just a few months earlier and had paid $55 at the L7 Hotel. So I was shocked that the JW could charge so much. How is their valet parking better than the valet parking at the L7? I realize now that had I been traveling alone, and not with my family, it would have been cheaper to fly to Chicago, than drive the 4.5 hours from Ohio. Apparently the hospitality industry hasn't caught on to the current affordability crisis, or at least Marriott hasn't.

Check in is quick, rooms are fine (and clean), and the executive lounge is nice. I was warned about eating in the bar on the first floor, which I hadn't done in a few years, but it was getting late, and the weather stunk. I saw friends in the bar area, so I took root at the table nearby. Service was fine, and I enjoyed a few of the Amber bee on draft. The menu looked good, and I ended up with a steak fried rice bowl. The steak was gross. It didn't even look like steak that should be served. It was fatty and tasteless. I ate less than 1/2 the rice and 1/3 of the steak. I wasn't starving, so it wasn't a huge deal, but those who told me to avoid the bar area for food were right.

Both have incredible views but I would definitely recommend having at least one meal on the Miru patio if you are there during nice weather. -I was most surprised by their massive gym and has stunning views. It's also open 24 hours. They offered Pilates classes as well for an extra fee. -the hotel is brand new and all the finishes are so high end. The rooms are clean and quiet. The hallways are huge and felt like a maze to navigate but it also added to feeling of privacy. -there were so many high end details that made it extra special (the cozy Frette bath robes, welcome drinks, treat box in the room upon arrival, and the accent lighting in the room). -the location. It's just across the river from the heart of Michigan ave on the north end of a residential development. You don't feel like you are in the middle of the chaos of the city but the park, lake front and river are footsteps away. Negatives: -view was underwhelming ( fourth floor river view . Might choose the park view next time. I'd also recommend not facing the river as there was lots of honking/noise. -the room layout was awkward. They have this huge desk between the bed and tv. The full length mirror is a down a long hallway from bathroom/ where you would be getting dressed. -the room service comes on these huge heavy trays. The staff seemed like they were straining under the weight of it/ it was awkward. -I'd probably skip the spa/massage -$90/ day parking. Was able to do a spothero for about $40 next door.
