For the most part, unless they are short-staffed, there is a variety of people to help you out to find anything you need. This particular Staples was my go-to when I lived in Southern California, I did not expect to stop by here again, but yet here I am, as I was in need of a refill cartridge for my ballpoint pen that a friend had given me. I wasn't quite sure which one it was so I did ask for help on the floor and within minutes someone came around to ask how they could help. I appreciate the friendliness, and the willingness to help. I found my exact cartridge for my ink pen and was super stoked to find a combo pack which dropped the price down significantly. If you're in Costa Mesa and you need any sort of office supply, you can imagine Staples would be the place to go.
