I had reached out and spoke with the owner, Brett , easily we got everything in motion from there. I brought in the actual sweater when I received it and came by the store to drop off the info of what I wanted on the sweater. I did not get the the female that was working the front but she was very friendly with helping me on the sizing and placement of the dogs face and name for the sleeve. Overall, everything was speedy,efficient, and they were communicating to me (Kenny) via email throughout the entire process to make sure things were good to move on to embroider onto the sweater. It's hard to find a place that will do one piece item, a lot of places I reached out to required a minimum __ pieces and up . I will definitely be back, they did such a great job, my friend really loved her birthday gift !

"this client decided to be cheap and hired her own crew" = FALSE. I used the on-site labor provided by Shepard, the show's contractor. "I felt bad and offered Karrie about $6,000 credit" = FALSE. The show happened July 4th, and I have a trail of emails requesting a credit until at last September with NO RESPONSE FROM ASHUR. The $6000 was not because of the extra labor (which I DID NOT even charge him for), it was for the graphics he reprinted on-site because he didn't print the right panels and sizes (SEE ATTACHMENT). "Funds were never received by us and were credited back to her when we saw the mistake." = FALSE. The charges happened in May, and I had to follow up for over 30 days before I finally filed a charge back. Ashur responded with "System will credit back shortly" and "first charge is a hold and should come off and will not show up on your bill" for weeks until I gave up. You notice that he didn't comment at all on that giant missing 4' panel for our last job with him? Yeah, because there's no excuse for that. I can screencap more of our emails if you insist on spreading lies.

I was in search of wallpaper and was able to pick ones online to look at in the store. At the…read morestore, the sales person there was able to assist me and even placed an order for 4 swatches. I asked for a suggestion on installers. She suggested going to the WIA (Wallcovering Installers Association) website. I did but only 1 installer showed up for my area. I contacted him and provided the dimensions for all 4 walls. Their quote was outrageous and they wanted to charge extra for any prep work - $840 to install the wallpaper and $100/hr for any prep work. They said I needed 4 double rolls. My husband contacted 2 other installers. The first one quoted $425 to install but said he would not do any prep work. He said we needed 3 double rolls. The other installer quoted $550, which included any prep work and he said we needed 3 double rolls. That's who we went with. Once the swatches were received at my home, I was able to select the one I wanted so went back to the store to place my order. Even though I gave the sales person the swatch, the wrong paper was ordered. So I had to go back to return the wrong wallpaper and have the correct paper ordered. I provided the wall dimensions. The sales person said I needed 4 double rolls so that is what was ordered. The wallpaper was installed and only 2-1/2 double rolls were used. I went back to the store and requested a refund for the one unused roll. The sales person said that a refund was not possible, even though I went with the amount that the store sales person recommended. She said I would have had to use the installer's recommendation. Even though we love the wallpaper we selected and the final product, I am very disappointed that I was not able to get a refund for an unused double roll. And I also would not use the store's recommendation to go to the WIA (Wallcovering Installers Association) website to find an installer.
