HIGHLY LIKELY!!! What can I say! I absolutely loved my dinner here, and Jessica was the BEST SERVER EVER! Truthfully made my busy work day so worth it at the end. The service was amazing, my food was incredible (salmon crudo I'll miss you so much), and my day in Ojai was so enjoyable because of this. I hope to come back soon! Please come to this location. I'm based in Los Angeles, but this restaurant truthfully is worth the 1+hr drive out. I loved every minute being here!!

Kale Salad number 1
Matt J.

While I enjoy the Kale Salad in principle, the execution is very unreliable, making me second guess the choice to go to Highly Likely. It's as if the same ingredient list has been given to different kitchens but without further instruction. I've had it three times and the type of kale (Lacinato vs. curly), ratio of kale to other bases (cabbage and arugula), volume of crispy quinoa and dill (they should nix the latter altogether), adequacy of dressing coverage and amount of butternut squash are all highly variable and it's highly likely the meal won't live up to memory or expectation. It's a solid dish but I wish I could count on the ideal preparation, not a lesser facsimile. Consistency is difficult for a restaurant and this place should focus on it given how excellent they can be if reliable.

Food was amazing! Our server Jessica was awesome and made us feel welcome and was so warm! The restaurant was so cute and coming at sunset was so pretty! We sat outside and the weather was perfect! We got the yuzu deviled eggs and salmon crudo to start and to say they were delicious is an understatement. For entrees we got the seedy schnitzel, the branzino, and the bucatini beet arabbiatta. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone visiting Ojai.

Came here for brunch on a day trip to Ojai with my mom. We came on a Saturday with no reservation and were able to be seated immediately. We chose to sit indoors but they also have outdoor seating that was available to sit immediately. Highly Likely is located in a plaza with a bunch of parking availability so you don't have to worry about that. Service was quick and fast and I loved the decor of this place! Matcha Latte 3/5, this was just okay, I think I would opt for another drink if I returned Maple Leaf 3/5, my mom got this and also voted it was just okay and that she couldn't taste the coconut that's supposed to be present Sesame Waffle 3.5/5, was this a good waffle? Yes! Was it especially unique like I was expecting given its sesame nature with miso butter? No :( the waffle itself was good! I really could not taste any major sesame tones but the miso butter was nice and unique Tuna Melt 4/5, my mom got this and liked the small spice from the Korean gochujang

Highly Likely is such a beautiful new spot -- bright, stylish, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of seating and free Wi-Fi, making it the perfect place to grab coffee, enjoy a great meal, or get some work done in a relaxed setting. We ordered the burger and the falafel plate, and both were fantastic. The burger was perfectly cooked -- juicy, flavorful, and balanced -- while the falafel bites were light, crispy, and paired perfectly with the pesto on the plate. The matchas were also amazing, especially the passionfruit matcha topped with their cold foam -- refreshing, unique, and just sweet enough. Everything we tried was delicious, and the space itself has such a welcoming energy. Can't wait to come back.

Went for dinner. The food was just ok. The bolognese was too salty and the pasta was overcooked. The chicken was on the dry side and overcooked. Service was very friendly and the food was served quickly. Portions way small for prices charged. This is a new way to charge more without raising prices. Dissatisfied, but the ambiance is nicely done... modern and understated. Patio seating is great. Perhaps the breakfast is their strongest value. Will we come back? not likely.

I stop in here for iced tea occasionally. It has a nice vibe with pleasant music and nice outdoor tables. Prices are Ojai high, but service is quick and friendly. The menu looks good, so I will be back to try a meal next time.

KISS (keep it simple salad)
Ching L.

Got their KISS (Keep it Simple Salad) which was actually surprisingly light and delicious. Nice citrusy flavor without overwhelming, good amount of parm and crunchy croutons. I had their Chagaccino iced which was so excellent and refreshing on a hot summer day. My friend got some oatmilk matcha drink with cold foam which I don't remember the name of now. That was also delicious! The banana matcha cocktail was skippable. It sounded so delicious but ended up tasting just kind of cough syrup-y. Also the sesame waffle with miso butter was rather dry and the miso butter just tasted like regular butter. Service was great though and the outdoor patio area had a beautiful view of the mountains! Great ambiance!

My friend, who is from Ojai, took me to this restaurant and I loved it. First, lovely ambiance. The service was good and friendly. They have outdoor seating Suitable for couples, families, and groups of friends. At the first visit, I ordered a Lavender Honey Latte. I ordered an Iced latte, but they gave me a hot one. I didn't mind, so I had it, but they gave me an iced one later when they noticed it. The second time, I ordered a Good Turkey Sando, which was delicious. The pickles on the side reminded me of Japanese pickles. I could taste the good quality of all the materials. Please note that they only accept card payments. I didn't mind it because I always pay with a credit card. . This restaurant is conveniently located near the Westridge Midtown Market, allowing you to stop by after your grocery shopping. Parking is in front of the restaurant.

Such a cute and comfortable cafe! They have a good sized parking lot with indoor and outdoor seating, a bar and nice cushy booths. The style of this place is so chic and modern. They have a good range of food to choose from. Sandwiches and bowls and breakfast and classics like fish and chips and chicken fingers. I really loved my chicken! That's the god tier of chicken breading, very crispy with juicy insides. Comes with 3 sauces!!!! Sauces are the way to my heart and Kat got me. Hot honey is in right now and it was perfectly sweet and spicy. The yizu aioli was bright and creamy and the classic ketchup too! I had plenty of dip for all my needs! If i lived near this place, I'd be here every week, but i was visiting a friend in the area. She'll be back. She got a bowl and thought it was good but too soupy and not like a dry rice The service was friendly and the line moves pretty quickly. When i was waiting for my food, kat, who was on top chef most recently can't by to check on me and handled it like a pro. It was such a comfy place to have a good lunch.

what a wonderful place in town! my mom and i decided on the Steak Frites & Seedy Schnitzel and it was absolutely delicious. We also got a side of the fries and garlic bread that was perfect as bites between the main food. we ended the night with crème brûlée and the vanilla + olive oil ice cream. our server, Kristina, was extremely kind, attentive and quick. we were served promptly, but felt no rush to order and overall just felt the kindness. Tara, the woman who greeted and seated us was also extremely kind and made us feel extremely welcomed. this place is very cozy, and everyone is very kind, we won't hesitate to return.

The service was super friendly and attentive. We walked in on a busy Sunday midday and the host made use a reservation for 15 min later. The wait staff were super upbeat and helpful. We had a matcha lemonade with coconut cold foam- unique and delicious! I had the hippy Crunchwrap- the crispy rice was great, and the broccoli and carrots were crunchy - I didn't notice any avocado in my wrap(which was disappointing) and it could have had more tahini and more chili crunch - but overall it was tasty. My friend had the kale salad with fried chicken added--she said it was fantastic especially the chicken. I was really impressed with the staff and Love the changes made to restaurant- the outdoor space looks amazing! The coffee drinks and the cocktails looked amazing- Will have to try them next time!

Steak : pretty good, cooked really well but not the biggest fan of the sauce but that is just personal preference Big Bean Appetizer : pretty good but wouldn't order again, a bit too lemony, bread that came with it was pretty good Endives Caesar : okay, wouldn't get again Overall the quality of the food was there, the flavor was okay but I was underwhelmed Will try the breakfast and lunch before writing this place off but won't be back for dinner

1/2 ENJOYED Bloody', very tasty and accompanied by the most delicious pickled cauli', garlic, carrot and olive.

Every single thing they serve is quality. The chef and founder's got a cool story -- you can look up a short doc on YouTube. It's Bermese food mixed with American. The Biryani, Crispy Rice Salad, Potatoes, Breakfast Plate, Granola, Congee, and Spicy Chicken & Waffle are all great. Ask if you can have a side of their chili oil -- I believe it's made in-house and they even sell it to take home. I would've gotten a bottle but they were sold out! Their cafe is also awesome. We got their chocolate chip cookie, croissant, danish (forgot which one), and sourdough and they were all good. Drip coffee is good + their caffeinated black tea (also forgot the name)! Lastly, the customer service was top notch. Your server will check up on you every 10ish mins or so. Always very accommodating and very friendly, too. Best believe we'll be back sooner rather than later! Thanks The Dutchess Crew!

Orders are placed at the register and pastries are given to you right away, and you'll receive a table tent so they can bring your coffee out. The pastries were really good, with a nice variety to choose from. The only thing that would have made them even better is if the savory pastries were heated. The coffee, however, took quite a while to arrive. We had already finished our pastries and our table was cleared before it finally came out. I went back to grab a few more pastries, and while I was away, a gnat flew into my coffee. I brought it back to the register, and they graciously replaced it without any issue. The second cup came out quickly and was noticeably hotter than the first. It seems like Saturdays can get pretty busy, so it might be a better experience to visit during the week if you can. I don't get the skateboard planks... are they for sale too or just display?? So why not 5-stars you ask? Well... I didn't think the food or coffee was that great honestly. The breakfast sandwich was so big, I don't know how anyone realistically eats it without getting egg all over their face or the whole thing sliding out from the bread and falling apart. It's pretty, but so sloppy once you dig in. The green pesto looked amazing but ultimately lacked flavor. The pickled shallots that came with it was so overpowering, (and mind you...I love shallots!) but I have to remove some. I ended up deconstructing the sandwich and eating it like a bagel with too much topping. Not so much a sandwich. The over easy egg was pretty, but didn't add any benefit. Maybe over hard would be a better option. Friend got avo toast. Once again super pretty, but she could tell the sliced eggs weren't as fresh and again the pesto was pretty flavorless. Lots of salt and pepper and hot sauce needed for both our dishes. Bread were over toasted, so cuts to the mouth roof top. Lattes were pretty, but tiny and coffee was meh. One bathroom, long wait. Order at counter and find a seat. Wait for them to call your name to drop off your food, but if you don't hear them or there are others with the same name... you get the picture. Come to think of it...My food did take took longer to come out and maybe it was because of those reasons! So skip the IG hype and go with Yelp reviews.

It's bright, clean, and has this easy organic warmth to it... the kind of place that feels like it was put together by people who actually care. Right off the main road, easy to find, and the family vibes are real. It's the kind of spot you want to linger in. If you're navigating dietary restrictions, this place is a quiet goldmine. Strong gluten free options, a genuinely vegan friendly menu, and plenty of vegetarian choices too... so everyone at the table actually gets to eat something they're excited about. That's rarer than it should be. The food? Solid. I went with the raw tacos, sopes, and huarache; all filling, all fairly priced for the area. The raw tacos especially surprised me... fresh, flavorful, and not in a "I wish this was a real taco" kind of way. These hold their own. Service was quick and most of the staff had a warm, genuine energy about them. The one small snag; the cashier seemed to be having a rough one. A little gruff, made me feel like my first visit was mildly inconvenient for them. It happens, we all have bad days, but first impressions do stick a little. Overall though, I'm absolutely coming back. There's more on that menu calling my name and an atmosphere that makes it easy to slow down for a bit. This ended up working out because we had two drinks and sat out at the little fire pits on the lawn and enjoyed those. There were tons of families with kids there for Easter weekend and all the kids were making s'mores at the fire pit, which was cute to watch. We were notified our table was ready at 7:25 which was nice that it wasn't later. We sat down at a table that wasn't directly under a heater and after a few minutes asked the busser if we could switch to the table next-door. He obliged and moved us to the new table and turned the heater on. We were at the front of the patio and had a gorgeous view, again out over the golf course. The staff were all fantastic. From the hostesses to bussers to wait staff, everyone was highly attentive. Ok well all that is 5 stars for sure, but on to the food. Bread and butter were tasty, the rosemary butter was awesome. Our stomachs were a little bigger than their eyes and we ordered two entrées and FOUR sides. Lamb chops and Rib-eye were both cooked perfection but didn't blow me out of the water (especially for the price). The mashed potatoes were my favorite, perfectly seasoned and buttery smooth. Broccolini was also cooked perfectly, the lemon garnish helped to bring out a little flavor, but I do think it could've used something else, a little pepper or some Parmesan. The Mac N Cheese was good but mild for my taste. A little more of the crumb topping or a dash of salt and pepper would've helped make it pop a little more. Then there was the one big miss, which was the mustard greens. I feel like I've had them before, but I've certainly had many other types of similar greens and they had one single flavor which was extreme bitterness. It was just completely devoid of any other seasoning, salt, acid, SOMETHING, although with how better it was, I'm not sure much could be done. I just can't imagine that was the way it was intended to taste. For dessert, we had the old-fashioned doughnut bread pudding, which had a delicious marionberry ice cream on top and a sharp lemon blueberry compote on the side. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and I definitely return to celebrate a special experience although I'd probably be a little more selective on some of my food choices next time.
