A quick Shout Out for Giovanni Feretti at Skyline Security! My wife and I had Bay Alarm installed 5 years ago and were increasingly dissatisfied with the number of power issues and false alarms due to system errors. On a recent trip to Germany we received 3 emergency notifications that turned out to be false alarms due to system errors that couldn't be identified by Bay Alarm. Not only did these events disrupt our vacation, but the police were called out for no reason and our neighbors were inconvenienced by having to assist the police late at night. Unacceptable. Having reviewed several security systems and service providers I found Skyline Security's offer with the Guardian system to be a good system, and good value for money. The cancellation fee, if we do end up having to cancel, is disappointing but is standard in the industry and overall we think we got a very good deal. Giovanni also gave advice regards online websites for keeping up to date on the security risk in the area, and advised how to strengthen the home further to avoid attempted brake-ins.
