I deducted a star since I felt the sales rep wasted our time (it was very difficult to try to politely end the video call with him) by trying to tell us that consumer-grade cameras weren't going to meet our needs and he tried to upsell us by showing an unrealistic simulation of how fuzzy the images would look compared to their systems he wanted us to buy. Brian wasn't able to get one of our pre-existing wired professional camera system to work, and he dropped communication and delayed appointments by months several times while this was all happening, but I appreciate that he didn't charge us for this, so I'm just adding this as an FYI.

The main issue is the person who's watching the intrusion is either not reacting when a thief coming (like literally 20 sec to 2 minutes of full inaction), or they incoherently saying "this is deep sentinel" - like it's suppose to do anything and it doesn't. When they did react (always late), they haven't called the cops not a single time when we had intrusion on our private property (a guy tried to open our garage door at night, another person was stealing stuff from a trash bin right next to the entrance door at night). When it was obvious theif stealing amazon packages from the porch, the DS guiard after watching it for 20 seconds, introduced herself and wished him a good day (facepalm). On a search to replace this joke.

I sent him two pics of the lock and he says, yep 250.00 I'll be there shortly. He comes in and tries but can't get the handle off or the door open and now needs to drill out the lock. Ok, fine. He says it will be another 100.00 and he will be right back. A bit later an older man comes to drill the lock out, his Dad. The final bill was 385.88 for one lock and two people because one couldn't handle the job! You send a young kid and because he couldn't get it done you charge the client extra, got it. I am sure it's not the first or last lock that has to be drilled out, but bait and switch. Not a professional way of doing business, would NOT recommend at all.

Ultimately, I decided that I will be upgrading our current soundbar to a newer and nicer one in the near future. He was extremely polite and patient, taking the time to explain terminology and concepts in a way I could easily understand as we installed and set things up (picture and display settings, 1080p vs. 4K capabilities, audio/video/HDMI cables and what they do, device "switches," and how everything works together) as he was installing things so I'll be able to manage it myself down the road. I run a small home based business from my house and I called and asked for the same gentle man to come and install this time a camera system. Matt was very nice, very professional and gave me very good price I could not resist. It has been about six months now and I have the pleasure of watching my entire house working on my desk. He then asked if his installer Carl could drop by my home to make sure the installation was possible even before giving me a quote. The other businesses just sent me quotes which were vague and some of which were very expensive. Customer service and communication are so important especially for services in your own home. Greg was involved every step of the way and invested in making sure I was getting what I wanted. He answered all my questions promptly and in such a friendly manner. Scheduling the installation appointment was a breeze. On the day of installation Carl communicated with me about when he would arrive. Carl was very professional and followed all COVID precautions. His work was fantastic and I could tell he was experienced and dedicated to doing a good job. He also installed a heavy wall hanging which I am pretty sure is a "menial task" for this company. But they were kind enough to go the extra mile. I am very pleased with how everything turned out. I had confidence in them from the beginning but until the job is complete, you never REALLY know.
