I emailed the company and was fortunate to get a prompt reply from Terrill Agnew. As it was so close to Christmas day, Terrill actually volunteered, without me asking, to send the new size shirt BEFORE he received the return of the too large shirt from me. He said he wanted us to get the shirt in time for Christmas. Not only that, but he agreed to send it to the state where my daughter lives rather than sending it to me. I have bought five shirts from High Seas Trading of different patterns, and they are really the best quality for the money - the double needle stitching and good, breathable cotton are the best attributes. I have been told so many times in the past that the good colors and patterns of the old Aloha shirts (1930's - '50's) couldn't be replicated on cotton, only on rayon or silk (rayon - not good in hot weather; silk - attracts moths in storage.)
