I totally get checking in on customers, but after a while it started to feel a little uncomfortable instead of welcoming. I expect something different from a boutique more of a personalized, relaxed experience where you can browse comfortably without feeling pressured or constantly monitored. The overall vibe just felt kind of off to me, and I got some unfriendly energy that made me feel a bit out of place. It gave more of a "mean girls" vibe than a warm, inviting shopping experience. I also felt like the clothing selection seemed a little outdated and didn't really match the current styles or trends I was expecting. I was really excited to check the store out, so it was disappointing that the experience also felt overpriced for items that looked similar to things I could easily find on Amazon and didn't feel more welcoming or inspiring.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I bought a white sweater here and got home and unpacked it…read morefrom the tissue paper and it had bled all over the sweater. I went to return/exchange it and they claimed there was no way. That their magic tissue paper doesn't bleed. And it was the wrong color. She pulls out their tissue paper and puts it next to the stain and it's literally the exact same color. Apparently her manager said there is no way that happened. I was pulling up my receipt and it was clear they were in no way willing to help me resolve my issue. My $70 sweater with their tags still attached is ruined - clearly didn't have the stains when I bought it and after being wrapped in their tissue paper for a few days, it did. I said, it doesn't appear that you're going to do anything as she was hiding in the room talking to her manager on the phone about it. And so I was sent away with a brand new sweater ruined by their "non bleeding" magic tissue paper. Every store in laguna carries the same products so I will for sure be giving my business to another one.

Each time I come back hoping that there will be someone working who at least says "hello", but it hasn't happened yet. Today was no different, in addition to not being greeted, the woman sighed heavily as she walked by me and then stood by the door with her purse on while looking at her phone signaling that she wanted to leave. I took the hint and walked out the door and she followed to go across the street to a restaurant. I guess she was hungry/hangry? At any rate, I am surprised that this store has lasted so long because they obviously do not value helping people spend their money. You win Laguna Supply, I'll never come back.
