This is a great location, best price in Laguna Beach. The clothes are on trend and I find things for myself but is also a great place to buy items as gifts! The girls who work there are friendly and helpful. read more

There's a lot of light-blue hues that I admire. I wish more of these colors, and the type of linen will always be at the top most fashion brand in the United States of America. The reason I love and like this place is because of its soft hues, type of soft linen, and belts. read more

It saddens me to write this review, but you have the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. I called and sent an email about being overcharged with a purchase and never got a response. I was overcharged $70 and never received any kind of acknowledgement regarding my purchase! I am disappointed and will be telling my friends about the terrible customer service. I will be waiting for a response. read more

It's a 30$ Uber to get there and from my air bnb. I get home and In the bix are two different sandals. I call and no answer. I'm more sad because I really loved the sandal but also sad because I waisted 20$. read more

Heavenly Couture - Women's Clothing Near Me - Laguna beach, California

Although they recently raised the price, the quality of the clothing continues to improve. Such trendy and fashionable items at such an affordable price especially considering all of the pricing of the stores in the surrounding area. The manager always greets me and gives me the best service it's like having my own personal shopper. It may get busy but they always seem to give everyone a little bit of what they need. I love Heavenly Couture!! read more

The words "bargains" and "Laguna Beach" usually aren't found in the same sentence. Heavenly Couture sells ladies clothes for $15 and accessories for less. While their stuff may not be high quality it's all cute. And for $15 you can't really go wrong. I guess unless maybe cotton blends are flammable... The store is very neat and tidy and the girls that work there are super friendly. While I wouldn't go out of my way to specifically drive to this store, it definitely shouldn't be missed if in the area. read more

Loveeeeee this store!!! So many cute clothes and affordable prices! I came to this store 3 years ago and made sure to return when I came back to Laguna Beach. I wish they had more stores like this in New York. read more

Big sign in the window says "EVERYTHING $15 or LESS!" That made me come in! Everything is $15 or less! there's a sale section in the back. I didn't buy anything b/c i am stickler for the clothing material (no polyesther plz!). Very cute stuff! Everything is organized by color. Definitely stop by if you're in the area and want a bargain! Staff service was quick and friendly! read more

There was a woman working there today July 3, 2020 at around 7pm she had blonde hair with a blue mask with stars on it. I've never encountered someone with such a bad attitude before, I couldn't help but laugh my way out of the store. My sister had asked her if one of the jewelry pieces were ankle bracelets, she took a minute to think about her answer and replied "Whatever you want them to be" she said it so rude my sister just paused and looked at me confused and we couldn't help but just laugh and walk out because we had no idea what set her off so much about a simple question. This is a location I go to quite often since im frequently visiting laguna, I always stop by but I won't be anymore. Their Huntington Beach location was much better. Attitude check highly suggested. read more

Finally! A boutique filled with trendy clothes and accessories that doesn't cause a bout of anxiety prior to checking the dreaded price tag! In fact, on my most recent visit, I found that there are no more tags. During that visit, I actually stopped in and bought a cozy sweater spontaneously, as the weather had suddenly gotten chilly. At $15, the impulse-buy didn't leave me guilt-ridden. Located in the idyllic downtown hub of Laguna Beach, you can now visit the area without the worry that every merchant here houses skyrocketed prices. Heavenly Couture is a ray of hope for visitors who sadly pass on the $50 blouses offered by the array of high-end surf shops lining the streets here. Even with the huge sign outside the store proclaiming every item's $15 or under price mark, there still managed to be a few puzzled shoppers asking associates for the prices of clothes without their tags. In the midst of LB's fancy beach boutiques, couture-for-pets shops, and art galleries featuring paintings that exceed four-digit price tags, this store is, unsurprisingly, a shockingly good find. read more

Love love love this store! I've been coming here for a few months now (I live an hour away) and this is the closest one to me. I'm only giving it 4 stars because they don't carry what the other locations carry since they are a lower volume store. Other than that everything is amazing.. the clothing, the workers and the PRICE! Everything is priced at a great amount nothing too expensive yet you get great quality. This is honestly the ONLY reason I come to Laguna... my husband and son love the beach so it's perfect lol. read more

This deserves 0 stars the clothes are overpriced for the cheap quality. And I also got stung by something in the dressing room and I told the girl working and she just gave me a weird look and said "I just sweeped in there" like okay.. I don't care, I got stung. Super rude and now I have a severe allergic reaction on my foot from whatever stung me in that store today. read more

Um...super cute, on-trend fashion in a boutique-style setting for $15 or less, are you kidding me right now? Ladies, this is a no-brainer! This little store is packed to the rafters with dresses, shorts, tops, accessories, and everything in between. I like how everything is organized by color - it's very easy on the eyes! There are a ton of styles to fit every body type, and the quality is also pretty impressive considering the modest pricetag. My advice? Take your time when browsing here instead of going into impulse-buy-mode. It's easy to grab a ton of things and head to the register with a mile-wide grin, but make sure to try everything on. I found that the fit was sometimes different between items in the same size. No big deal, but worth the trip to the fitting room. Retail therapy on a budget - YES! read more

Always love to come in here to pick up things for my niece - all the girls working here are just lovely and the store is adorable - Especially love Kelly ( i think thats her name lol) she knows exactly where everything is asap. read more

I mean you basically get what you pay for. Every item of clothing is under $20. Very fashion foreword and fun, but not the best quality. But who can blame em-the store is very cheap and ideal for those on a budget. read more

A must when visiting Laguna Beach! $16.00 for every item in store. Nice things because some are unique and not "cookie cutter, same everywhere place". Very small inside but there is no woman I know that cares about the size of a place if the prices are good! This is hit and miss. Decent place for a quick get me something for tonight or tomorrow. Really liked the sales girl that wears the Doc Martens. A Laguna Beach must. read more

Horrible store. Lots of crap for sale. I should have known when i walked in. Oh well. Lesson learned

The service in this store is despicable! I asked for help finding a top featured th their window- and was brushed off and ignored while 2 shop girls prattled on about their schedule . I assisted myself to the dressing room- unattended to. I peered out and asked the girls could find a top in a different size and they CONTINUED to talk forever and ignored me. I finally covered and had to retrieve my own size. Shame on these uncaring workers. Shame on the proprietor for not noticing either! read more

I finally got hold of them and they refunded the extra charge. Said were in Process of changing ownership. She apologized a lot. I will go back again. Has some good stuff. I had to get cleaners to repair jacket. Didn't know there was a tear at the seam. read more

I came in with my wife when strolling in downtown and the store is clean, looks appealing and the amount of clothing she got for the price we paid is phenomenal. We were in a store just down the block and bought one top for the same price. I'm not sure it was better looking either. I would say highly recommended. Two thumbs up! read more

Cute, inexpensive clothes but be sure you love the item you're getting because they don't to refunds and only do exchanges on some items. I bought what was considered a "basic" which did not qualify for an exchange. Had I known it was absolutely not exchangeable, even for a different size, I would not have bought it. It's sad when cheap prices trump good customer service. read more

I don't know why I was here...oh yes I do. Wife wanted to look at a bunch of clothes that she had little intention of buying. From the sounds of it, this is a decently trendy place with decently priced clothes for women of a decent quality. To me, personally, it seems like this is a smaller, females only version of H&M. But I'm just a stupid penis-having man, so what do I even know? read more

I discovered this lil store within the past year and now I shop there about once a month. EVERYTHING IS $15 OR LESS!! Even though the prices are extremely cheap, the merchandise is way better quality then you would expect. All of my purchases have stayed in great condition. (I can't say the same for stores like Forever 21 where the shirts get a hole in them the first day you wear them; so I would definitely shop at Heavenly Couture before I ever set foot in a Forever 21.) Most of the stores in Laguna Beach are very stereotypical "Orange County" with their overpriced clothing and their snobby rich girl sales associates that don't lend any assistance, but Heavenly Couture is friendly and affordable. Since shopping at Heavenly Couture, the employees that have made the greatest impressions are Lauren and Aiko (hope I spelled that right!) because they are the most helpful and knowledgeable. They are always dressed really cute and have been really great with helping me find items and sizes. So, you should definitely check out this shop when you are in Laguna Beach and it won't massacre your wallet! ;) read more

Really cute and trendy clothes! Similar to Forever 21 or H&M, really cheap prices especially for Cali. Most of clothing is cheaply made but prices are good! read more

Cute clothes along with great deals - definitely not common in Laguna Beach. This place was open on Thanksgiving Day and it was packed - smart business move! Give up the turkey and be one of the few stores open on a day where there were tons of people walking the streets looking for places to shop. I dropped in and picked up a cute silver-ish ring for $3 and a purple acrylic scarf for $10. I'd say most of their clothes are for the 16-24 crowd, a lot of different eclectic, trendy items. But occasionally I could find something for myself, for sure. read more

Very cute and chic boutique. I`ve only been there once.. I bought a few items. I want to go back.. Would love to see some pictures of the new merchandise.. Nice and friendly cashier. Love the ambiance.. read more

customer service here isn't great. the girl working the front didn't even acknowledge my friend and i when we walked in and didn't help us when we needed rooms. she continued to gossip to some other girl in the store who was buying stuff but it seemed like she worked there also. they were talking badly about their managers and the company. makes you lose respect for a place like that. wouldn't come back again. read more

Just brought a cute dress here for $17.99 and saw the exact same dress in another store several blocks away selling for 3 times their price! Great deal. read more

Not a high quality store at all! Everything went up from 15 to 16$ and its not couture clothing what so ever. The workers are on top of you the whole time you are shopping and will not leave you alone. Spend a little extra money and get something that will last you longer than a week ! read more

This store rocks. Cute, fun, now clothes for all women. The service is great and the personnel are super nice and helpful. Price point let's you indulge yourself. read more

Was visiting on vacation and doing a little shopping. Cute boutique, with cute clothing and priced right (at $15 each item). I bought a couple of items and have been happy with my purchase. I would equate this store with a store like Forever 21 (found in shopping malls). Clothing is cute & trendy, priced right, but not high quality. Great for some pieces to to add to your wardrobe on the short term w/out hurting your wallet. read more
