There's a lot of light-blue hues that I admire. I wish more of these colors, and the type of linen will always be at the top most fashion brand in the United States of America. The reason I love and like this place is because of its soft hues, type of soft linen, and belts. read more

It saddens me to write this review, but you have the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. I called and sent an email about being overcharged with a purchase and never got a response. I was overcharged $70 and never received any kind of acknowledgement regarding my purchase! I am disappointed and will be telling my friends about the terrible customer service. Although they recently raised the price, the quality of the clothing continues to improve. Such trendy and fashionable items at such an affordable price especially considering all of the pricing of the stores in the surrounding area. The manager always greets me and gives me the best service it's like having my own personal shopper. It may get busy but they always seem to give everyone a little bit of what they need. The words "bargains" and "Laguna Beach" usually aren't found in the same sentence. Heavenly Couture sells ladies clothes for $15 and accessories for less. While their stuff may not be high quality it's all cute. And for $15 you can't really go wrong. I guess unless maybe cotton blends are flammable... The store is very neat and tidy and the girls that work there are super friendly. While I wouldn't go out of my way to specifically drive to this store, it definitely shouldn't be missed if in the area. read more

There was a woman working there today July 3, 2020 at around 7pm she had blonde hair with a blue mask with stars on it. I've never encountered someone with such a bad attitude before, I couldn't help but laugh my way out of the store. My sister had asked her if one of the jewelry pieces were ankle bracelets, she took a minute to think about her answer and replied "Whatever you want them to be" she said it so rude my sister just paused and looked at me confused and we couldn't help but just laugh and walk out because we had no idea what set her off so much about a simple question. This is a location I go to quite often since im frequently visiting laguna, I always stop by but I won't be anymore. Their Huntington Beach location was much better. Love love love this store! I've been coming here for a few months now (I live an hour away) and this is the closest one to me. I'm only giving it 4 stars because they don't carry what the other locations carry since they are a lower volume store. Other than that everything is amazing.. the clothing, the workers and the PRICE! Everything is priced at a great amount nothing too expensive yet you get great quality. At $15, the impulse-buy didn't leave me guilt-ridden. Located in the idyllic downtown hub of Laguna Beach, you can now visit the area without the worry that every merchant here houses skyrocketed prices. Heavenly Couture is a ray of hope for visitors who sadly pass on the $50 blouses offered by the array of high-end surf shops lining the streets here. Even with the huge sign outside the store proclaiming every item's $15 or under price mark, there still managed to be a few puzzled shoppers asking associates for the prices of clothes without their tags. In the midst of LB's fancy beach boutiques, couture-for-pets shops, and art galleries featuring paintings that exceed four-digit price tags, this store is, unsurprisingly, a shockingly good find. read more

And I also got stung by something in the dressing room and I told the girl working and she just gave me a weird look and said "I just sweeped in there" like okay.. I don't care, I got stung. Um...super cute, on-trend fashion in a boutique-style setting for $15 or less, are you kidding me right now? Ladies, this is a no-brainer! This little store is packed to the rafters with dresses, shorts, tops, accessories, and everything in between. I like how everything is organized by color - it's very easy on the eyes! There are a ton of styles to fit every body type, and the quality is also pretty impressive considering the modest pricetag. My advice? Take your time when browsing here instead of going into impulse-buy-mode. It's easy to grab a ton of things and head to the register with a mile-wide grin, but make sure to try everything on. Very small inside but there is no woman I know that cares about the size of a place if the prices are good! This is hit and miss. Decent place for a quick get me something for tonight or tomorrow. I came in with my wife when strolling in downtown and the store is clean, looks appealing and the amount of clothing she got for the price we paid is phenomenal. The service in this store is despicable! I asked for help finding a top featured th their window- and was brushed off and ignored while 2 shop girls prattled on about their schedule . I assisted myself to the dressing room- unattended to. I peered out and asked the girls could find a top in a different size and they CONTINUED to talk forever and ignored me. Cute, inexpensive clothes but be sure you love the item you're getting because they don't to refunds and only do exchanges on some items. I bought what was considered a "basic" which did not qualify for an exchange. Had I known it was absolutely not exchangeable, even for a different size, I would not have bought it. I discovered this lil store within the past year and now I shop there about once a month. EVERYTHING IS $15 OR LESS!! Even though the prices are extremely cheap, the merchandise is way better quality then you would expect. All of my purchases have stayed in great condition. (I can't say the same for stores like Forever 21 where the shirts get a hole in them the first day you wear them; so I would definitely shop at Heavenly Couture before I ever set foot in a Forever 21.) Most of the stores in Laguna Beach are very stereotypical "Orange County" with their overpriced clothing and their snobby rich girl sales associates that don't lend any assistance, but Heavenly Couture is friendly and affordable. Since shopping at Heavenly Couture, the employees that have made the greatest impressions are Lauren and Aiko (hope I spelled that right!) because they are the most helpful and knowledgeable. They are always dressed really cute and have been really great with helping me find items and sizes. So, you should definitely check out this shop when you are in Laguna Beach and it won't massacre your wallet! ;) read more

Cute clothes along with great deals - definitely not common in Laguna Beach. This place was open on Thanksgiving Day and it was packed - smart business move! Give up the turkey and be one of the few stores open on a day where there were tons of people walking the streets looking for places to shop. I dropped in and picked up a cute silver-ish ring for $3 and a purple acrylic scarf for $10. I'd say most of their clothes are for the 16-24 crowd, a lot of different eclectic, trendy items. But occasionally I could find something for myself, for sure. read more
