Apparently Windsor is considered another "fast-fashion" type of teen and women's apparel store that…read moresells some everyday clothing as well as a pretty decent selection of special occasion dresses for proms, homecoming, and weddings. They had many options, and were definitely more affordable and offered more options than shopping for a dress at Nordstrom or Neiman Marcus. Macy's actually offered quite a bit of options, but my daughter just didn't find the right style or color that suited the theme that she was going for. (There were a lot of floral options at the other stores that just weren't dressy enough.) So she ended up choosing a beautiful beaded light yellow long dress from Windsor. It was reasonably priced for a dress she will probably only wear once (twice, if we're lucky). The only problem with getting a dress at this type of store is that we found another girl wearing the exact same dress at their prom. I also noticed other duplicates at the picture taking event of other dresses I had recognized from the same store. I guess it's the "one" go to store for proms! Lol!

It's such a sweet moment to be dress shopping with my kids now. Me being the mom. I remember shopping with my mom those many years ago. I find myself always telling them not to judge something on the hanger but to always try it on first. Something my mom used to always tell me. She was so right. Windsor has some very nice dresses, some with not so nice material, but we were happy with selection for the most part. Dresses can be formal while others can go either way depending on the shoes. They also carry different type bras for the kinds of dresses that are difficult to wear a bra with, dressy shoes, accessories and costume jewelry. I usually start off at Macy's women before coming here so I can at least have comparable styles and prices in my head. Customer service is ok. I haven't really had anyone greet me. Once in a while someone asks if I need assistance. I can tell you though that when we are paying, the staff are friendly and make sure to say thank you for my purchase. Would I come back to shop here again? Yes. Yes I would.

VUORI @ SAN CLEMENTE OUTLETS…read more Parking was right out front and very easy to find, with plenty of spots available. It's free, and since this store is located in the San Clemente Outlet, the mall itself is large and enjoyable to walk around. My boyfriend is absolutely obsessed with Vuori, so we had to stop by while at the outlets. Being an outlet location, the store has many sales items, and I was excited to check out both new arrivals and discounted favorites. We found the Aspen Half-Zip Jacket in gray for only $59, which was a great find. We also found a pair of shorts that were marked on sale, but the price was actually higher than the U.S. retail price. When we asked the staff, we were told it was full price and nothing could be done, which was a little frustrating. On the positive side, Lindsey that was helping with customers in the dressing room were super helpful and kind, making our shopping experience pleasant. We ended up buying the shorts at full price but still felt good about the value of the jacket. Overall, the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing. I would recommend checking the prices beforehand, but it's definitely worth a visit!

This one's inside of San Clemente outlet. I have been wanting to try out their gears for a while. Everyone I know have been talking about it and I see people in my area wearing them often. Their item prices are comparable to the ones by Lululemon. In my opinion, it's really more a comfort wear rather than serious athletic wear. The fabric itself has a softer comforting feel to it. I really love their soft fabrics and decided to try out their famous leggings. I am probably going to end up with dozens of them in the next few months!!! It's not as bulky as wearing my sweat pants. But it still have enough structure that I wouldn't feel like I am walking around outside in my pajama leggings. Parking is easy and free at the store. The store merchandising was well organized and less cluttered than the Lululemon store outlet down the corridor. I have been sold!! And I hope everyone else gets to find out what the hype is all about.

Love this store, but do not appreciate being intentionally misled by staff and I unfortunately had…read morea very poor experience yesterday. I've ordered from here for years, it's hard to find bikini tops in my size and this store is super accommodating with their sizing which is amazing! I came in solely to try on a specific style and size, I had 3 items I wanted to order online and just needed to confirm that the smaller size I was ordering would fit me because the print was so cute! I came in and was helped by who I believe is Irene. This wasn't my first time with her, and she always seems very frazzled. I told her the style and size I needed to try and was given the wrong size. We then found the correct size and I went to try the item on. Afterwards I thanked her for her help and said I would go home and order the 3 bikinis I had saved to my cart. She tells me I should order in store with her because otherwise I'll be charged for shipping. I said really? Even if I order over $300 of items it's going to charge me for shipping? She lied and said yes. I really do not appreciate being lied to by staff especially because it proceeded to take over 20 mins for her to get the items ordered. At the time I believed her so I went on my phone and searched the bikinis I wanted to buy so I could provide item numbers for Irene to order them. She had me read the item numbers as she wrote it down, I also wrote my name and email for her. She then proceeded to incorrectly type everything. She literally could not read her own handwriting and had to ask me what letter she had written down. It got to the point where she asked me to come type it myself for her on the computer. Once I could see her screen I noticed all the issues. Items are in the wrong size, my email is spelled wrong even though I wrote it down for her. I kept telling her it's L-E-X-Y and she keeps typing the letter "i" and then randomly adding a Y to my last name. I cant state how insane this was and how much time was wasted. I only entertained all this because I believed her when she said i would be charged for shipping if I didn't order it in store with her. During our interaction she asked her coworker to come help numerous times and then had me come around the counter and type on her computer for her because she simply couldn't do so...I literally asked the coworker if she could just stay and help finish the transaction because it was taking so long. Coworker looked fed up with Irene too but she would only help for a moment and then leave and Irene would make ME come help her type the info out. Staff really should know what they are doing, the amount of issues we dealt with was unbelievable. She's been working here for years and can't correctly type a single item number or be thoughtful enough to make sure all my personal information is spelled as written. I was so frustrated with this experience that when I got home I added one single item to my cart and as I expected, there was no shipping cost. So Irene fully lied to me in order to trick me into ordering through her, likely so she gets a commission she truly doesn't deserve. Very disappointed and I will make a point to only order online and avoid coming in so I don't have to deal with deceptive staff.
