Amazing service. Accommodated my random fix. Quickly did the job and the price was extremely fair.

If you want to wait around forever with little to no information on if you will be helped come here! Waited two hours for two 90 degree bends and a "Y" pipe and I waited around forever. One guy told me it would be 30 minutes but they continued to take drive in after drive in. 30 minutes came around and all the guys working are just staring at me not even trying to address me. I asked the short little Spanish guy with no teeth and he started giving me nothing but attitude because I'm trying to get what I asked for so I can leave and he is telling me "you don't have to wait" "you don't have to get that stuff here." DONT COME HERE, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND EFFORTS IF YOU VALUE THEM! read more

I recommend this exhaust shop because they work with you to get your vehicle done the way you want. They are very helpful and patient. The employees know what they are doing and every time I go I always see new customers smile when they leave. read more

Let me start this off by saying that I've worked in customer service my whole life. Having had the opportunity to be on that side of things has really made me a patient person and I understand that sometimes there is a million moving parts that the customer is unaware about or doesn't take the time to consider before lashing out at a worker. I had my catalytic converter stolen from my car and although I know it sucks, it's not the end of the world. All I cared about was getting it fixed and I started the process of looking for a local shop to give my business to. Through Yelp and Google I came across this business and then I saw a mention for it on nextdoor so I was excited to have found a place that would help me through this process. To say that the process of dealing with this shop was worse than the catalytic converter getting stolen should say it all. Lies about parts being in stock, no returned phone calls, yelling at me over the phone telling me they didn't need my business because they were already busy and no consideration for the customer. The 3 day process of working with this company was something I hope you won't have to do. I paid out of pocket to get it towed to another shop who was a lot more deserving of my business and a lot more accomodating and responsive. If you're thinking about having your work done here, good luck. read more

My car failed the smog test, the check engine light was on. I had the codes read and was told I needed a new catalytic converter. My car is a 2003 Toyota Corolla and it was time to install a new catalytic converter. Problem was, my stupid check engine light had been shut off due to the replacement, but then popped again. I took my car to High Flow because they had good Yelp reviews and were fairly close. Let me tell you, Pepe and his employees are awesome. My car kept popping the check engine light until Pepe kept it for several days, gave it a major tune up, replaced my starter, replaced the air mass sensor (did I get that right?) and other hoses and sensors until the problem was fixed. It took about 3 weeks to finally fix my car. I had to bring it back a couple of times. Pepe told me he had to keep going when I was ready to give up, he said he wanted to find out exactly what the problem was and fix it so if he ever came across the same problem again, he would be able to fix it. The people here are excellent mechanics. Pepe is the owner and I trust him with my car completely. If you need muffler work done and aren't sure where to go, go see Pepe and his crew. They will treat you right and not over charge you. Every penny I spent was worth it because my car is running beautifully now! read more

I was recommended by a friend to High Flow Mufflers. My first experience was getting a simple bolt on exhaust system installation, which came out excellent. I soon returned to change my exhaust tips, and this is where the issue started. Pepe, the owner put the quad tips on unevenly. When I returned for him to fix, he blamed me for not noticing before leaving his shop. Also, he charged me correct it, and was very rude to us while working on it. read more

Fast, cheap prices, and reliable. Would definitely hit them up again for some muffler work in the future!

I have NOT gotten my catalytic converter repaired yet but still had to leave a review for the honesty and customer service alone. Their prices are fair and the tech that took my call had very informative information. I can tell just by the detail of their questions that they know what they are doing. I called lots of places in the area and this was by far the best price with the most care when speaking to me about my cars issues. ...I appreciate that! Had a great experience. I own a 2008 Mercedes E550. I had my stock mufflers removed and E63 mufflers installed that I purchased from a third party. I also had my resonators removed and replaced with an X Pipe. They also trimmed my bumper to fit the new quad tips. The whole job took about 2.5 hours. They did a quality job for a good price. The whole job was about $360. Great service. read more

These guys rock! Super professional, very nice, and they are efficient and fair. Although I thought it was my muffler they allowed me to touch the pipe that had a hole in it so I could see for myself what the problem was. He presented me a couple options, both of which were about $150 cheaper than my trusted mechanic. (Maybe not so trusted any more). I actually called them to get a quote (based off Yelp reviews). He told me to show up in 90 min. I did and I waited about 10 min to get them working on my car. They finished it up within 30 min. I was very happy with them, with the amount of time it took, with the price, and with the job they did on my car. I absolutely recommended these guys and a shout out to the dad- no, my car doesn't make any noise any more!!! read more

My relative recommended this place due to its high yelps reviews. Absolutely worst experience I've had with a mechanic. Sloppy job not fully done. Left the plastic cover underneath untied. Came two days later to claim. Made me wait 1.5hrs and then later told me to wait another hour for a 10 minute rework.Terrible customer service, incomplete work, not coming back. read more

I took my car in with a flashing check engine light. I thought it was exhaust related. It turned out to be a bad plug. They recommended a change of plugs and one coil. The car is running great again.
