One guy told me it would be 30 minutes but they continued to take drive in after drive in. 30 minutes came around and all the guys working are just staring at me not even trying to address me. Fin sadly get them installed (he did 4 wires in 2 mins) do no wonder soon as I left the lot my car was struggling to move toward. Cut off got code poo52 -directly connected to o2 pass side wiring or connection . I limp back there for the theatrics . Let me start this off by saying that I've worked in customer service my whole life. Having had the opportunity to be on that side of things has really made me a patient person and I understand that sometimes there is a million moving parts that the customer is unaware about or doesn't take the time to consider before lashing out at a worker. I had my catalytic converter stolen from my car and although I know it sucks, it's not the end of the world. All I cared about was getting it fixed and I started the process of looking for a local shop to give my business to. Through Yelp and Google I came across this business and then I saw a mention for it on nextdoor so I was excited to have found a place that would help me through this process. To say that the process of dealing with this shop was worse than the catalytic converter getting stolen should say it all. Lies about parts being in stock, no returned phone calls, yelling at me over the phone telling me they didn't need my business because they were already busy and no consideration for the customer. The 3 day process of working with this company was something I hope you won't have to do. I paid out of pocket to get it towed to another shop who was a lot more deserving of my business and a lot more accomodating and responsive. My car failed the smog test, the check engine light was on. I had the codes read and was told I needed a new catalytic converter. My car is a 2003 Toyota Corolla and it was time to install a new catalytic converter. Problem was, my stupid check engine light had been shut off due to the replacement, but then popped again. I took my car to High Flow because they had good Yelp reviews and were fairly close. Let me tell you, Pepe and his employees are awesome. My car kept popping the check engine light until Pepe kept it for several days, gave it a major tune up, replaced my starter, replaced the air mass sensor (did I get that right?) and other hoses and sensors until the problem was fixed. It took about 3 weeks to finally fix my car. I had to bring it back a couple of times. Pepe told me he had to keep going when I was ready to give up, he said he wanted to find out exactly what the problem was and fix it so if he ever came across the same problem again, he would be able to fix it. The people here are excellent mechanics. Pepe is the owner and I trust him with my car completely. If you need muffler work done and aren't sure where to go, go see Pepe and his crew. They will treat you right and not over charge you. Every penny I spent was worth it because my car is running beautifully now! read more

100 stars is not enough for these guys. They have saved me so many times. From the wiring in the to the back, multiple starters flywheels alternators helped with gas a couple of times. Pepe is super super patient with me. Truck wouldn't stay running they fixed that in a matter of seconds comparably. Brakes they had to completely redo my exhauste and did it to perfection. I also had my resonators removed and replaced with an X Pipe. They also trimmed my bumper to fit the new quad tips. The whole job took about 2.5 hours. They did a quality job for a good price. Although I thought it was my muffler they allowed me to touch the pipe that had a hole in it so I could see for myself what the problem was. He presented me a couple options, both of which were about $150 cheaper than my trusted mechanic. (Maybe not so trusted any more). I actually called them to get a quote (based off Yelp reviews). He told me to show up in 90 min. I did and I waited about 10 min to get them working on my car. They finished it up within 30 min. I was very happy with them, with the amount of time it took, with the price, and with the job they did on my car.
