Unfortunately, the first job was poor: uneven coverage on each wall, holes and trim hooks left unpatched, light ceiling coverage, messy edges, and paint spots on the floor. They also didn't leave the paint cans behind. Miguel wasn't present, even at the end to look it all over. When I contacted him a few days later, he agreed to fix it and returned a week later with the crew. They repainted the whole alcove, and the result the second time was satisfactory. While I appreciate that he came back and corrected the work, the overall experience--miscommunication, bringing the wrong paint, poor initial workmanship, and the delay it caused--means I wouldn't hire this company again.

I reported the problem immediately and the team worked quickly to mitigate the issue by reworking the affected area under their warranty. I had to give feedback during the repairs to the team onsite that the foundation foil and protection was properly applied to the deeper level, instead of just lowering the trench on the bare concrete.
