Fast forward, Aaron came to do the initial consultation and with a few tweaks the Master Closet design was brought to life. The process was smooth and he did such a fantastic job that I had two more closets designed. His designs provide the maximum amount of usable space proportionate to each closet and while some items were on backorder I was able to pick them up at the Woodlands location. I had to have a couple of shelves recut due to some adjustments, but the staff was top notch. Note: If you do not use all of the products in your design (i.e. extra anchor screws, shelve covers) you can return them for a store credit.

My cat knocked over one of my favorite lamps at 3 AM. I was expecting to be taken to the cleaners for the repair because frankly, there's no way I would know how to fix a lamp. They said it was a minor repair and they actually did it for free! But they do start out at $50. had it been an even worse repair which I still find very reasonable. And Nina was even able to adjust the lampshade that had been made crooked from the fall and she has a hand brace on! I can't say enough about this place. They look like they have a lovely selection of modern lighting. If I ever go to purchase lighting, I will definitely go there. They have won my trust and business!

We called Steinhauser's to order a round bail for our horses and they told my husband that they did not have any good round bails (they had cockle burrs) they would not sell the hay to us which is great, we opted for square bails - I do not buy poor quality hay for my senior horses. I greatly appreciated their honesty - they could have sold us the round bail and would have lost a customer in the process but they were honest and upfront about the quality. We…read morepurchased a Stihl weed eater from Ace in Willis 8 months ago and the unit would not stay running. It would start and work for 1 minute and stop. Ace Hardware Manager told us to take it to Southern Tractor that they perform Warranty for Stihl purchases from Ace. Also, Ace told us that the Stihl Warranty covered any issue for the first year up to and including replacement of the unit. We then took the unit to Southern Tractor and the gentleman that helped us took it and said "Oh yes, any issue would be covered by warranty". We received a call from Southern Tractor telling us the unit was ready - no mention that there would be a charge. My husband went to pick up the unit and was told, that it required a carburetor adjustment and the charge was $55.00. Manager Amy at Southern Tractor, says that they had to adjust first before they can find out if there were any other issues - no other issues - so they say we are responsible for the adjustment fee of $55.00. Amy was also very rude on the phone when I called to discuss. I do not recommend Ace Hardware for lawn equipment or Southern Tractor to perform work. Remember the warranty on lawn equipment is not worth the paper it is written on.
