J&B also carries large truck parts, can make hydraulic hoses to your specifications, and has a starter and alternator shop as well. I highly recommend J&B for your auto parts needs. From the moment she answered the phone, her demeanor was incredibly disrespectful. When I asked about the specific flowers I was looking for, she responded with grunts and a truly awful attitude, then put me on hold. Upon returning, she only provided a partial answer, stating they had three types but refusing to specify the last one, even after I explained I was particular about what I plant. She then audibly grunted, dropped the phone, and walked away without putting me on hold. When she finally returned, she spoke so quickly I couldn't understand her. After I thanked her and asked for her name, she replied with an extremely sarcastic and rude "thank you." This level of customer service was completely unacceptable and left me with a very negative impression. It's a shame, because despite the incredibly poor customer service, the products themselves are actually excellent. I bought some plants from them about a week and a half ago, and they're already sprouting beautifully. None of them were bad seeds, which is impressive, especially since I didn't even plant them right away--they sat on my desktop for about three weeks before I got around to it. The quality of their products is clearly top-notch; it's just the customer service that really needs a lot of work.
