Finally got to enjoy a date night with the hubs at the newest Hideaway Pizza in Norman. From start to finish it was an enjoyable meal. Friendly greeting when arriving, asked us what we preferred for seating...tall table or booth. Warmly greeted by our server Brie who took our drink orders right away. Once we ordered, it was not too long to get our appetizer of meatballs with marinara sauce and our individual pizza orders came soon after. Everything was good, hot and yummy! The new place is spread out with a nice bar section, welcoming decor and great atmosphere, plus the overhead music playing was a great mix of songs. Hideaway has been a college hangout known for its incredible pizza for decades. While I can't say it's the best pizza I've ever had, it's pretty good for a local chain and I'm glad I don't have to trek across town to campus corner to get some. It is a bit pricy but it's worth it if you don't eat pizza that often. Lots of topping options, good sized salads and drinks available too. The only bummer is there is a limit on how much you can put on a gift card. read more

Food outstanding! Ambiance was exactly as it should be fun clean load and happy! Service not good at bar waited 10 minutes to be recognized then another 5 minutes to be served. This is a perfect example of why you do not allow employees not drink at bar when they are not working.... I can't tell you how excited I am to have a new Hideaway pizza location on the area. The decor is fun and refreshing, and the food is delicious. Today was supposed to be the Grand Opening of this location, so the wife and I made a point to have lunch here. We broke from the traditional pizza choices today and went with something different. Out in Oklahoma for some training, it was a Friday me and my co worker wanted some pizza. I yelped a couple locations. Came upon this establishment. When we came in there were groups waiting. Thankfully for us we got right in. Ordered a beer and a pepperoni sausage pizza with extra sauce and mango habanero wings. While waiting for our food the tvs were playing sports, it was busy but a nice atmosphere in the place. The pizza was really good. And the wings were nice crispy and saucy. It's been a couple years since I've had Hideaway pizza, but this location was the best I ever been to. Service, quality, speed, and accuracy was on point. We got right in and were greeted by our waitress who quickly put in our appetizer order. After she came back with our drinks she took our entree order right away. I didn't catch her name, but she did a great job. She wasn't chatty at all, but that's just fine. She was fast and always there when we needed her. Our appetizer and food came out really quick. Great job, Hideaway! Very impressive! We got the 50/50 Starter. It was a handful of mozzarella sticks on a huge bed of fried mushrooms. Super tasty! When my paradise pie came out it was even better than I expected. I loved all the toppings! Definitely my kinda pizza. My wife really liked her Chicken Bacon Mac and Cheese. It looked amazing! The kids Mac and Cheese was a very small amount, but my son liked it and had enough to eat with the garlic bread. Overall, very pleased with our dinner! Well what can be said about a pizza place that hasn't been said... this place is a gem here in Norman OK! The food was incredible!! We got apps that didn't disappoint pictures below as well as three specialty pizzas! We all shared so it made it even better!! Some apps and 4 small pizzas definitely did the table justice!! The service was amazing! She was spot on with refills checking back to make sure we were were good ! She was very personable and knowledgeable and made great recommendations! The ambience and vibe in the restaurant was elegantly done but honoring schools , community and city with pictures and memorabilia ! Let's be honest, hideaway is delicious at every location. I've always appreciated the consistency from location to location. This one is no different. The staff was super friendly. Murphy, our server, was great. The drinks were delicious as well. The space, which uses to be a Zios, has been transformed unto a welcoming space just like all the other locations. This one is much closer to our house then the other Norman location so I'm sure we'll be here a lot. read more

Love the location! Very convenient to shops, the Highway and many hotels. We got the fried ravioli appetizer and two single pizza's. They were small pizzas but definitely more than a single serving! They serve from 4-7 happy hour . We also got a small wedge salad super delicious and fresh. The raviolis were cooked to perfection and the pizzas were melt in your mouth. There were tons of servers, staff picking up and cleaning as well as a few hostesses. Super nice and upbeat, great personalities and the music was just perfect! The waitress took our drink order, food order, did notvsee her fo another 15 min , when i asked for refills she rolled her eyes and actd like i incovienced her by asking, my drink was empty over 10 min.
