My husband beholding the cocktails! From left to right, Rosemary 75, Espresso Martini, Perfect Margarita and Abominable Snowman.

Went for happy hour cocktails only but WOW........I got the Rosemary 75 with a fresh rosemary sprig! It was so nice and refreshing. My husband had their margarita and it was incredible. Our group enjoyed several different types of cocktails that included the Rosemary 75, Perfect Margarita, New'w' Fashion, Espresso Martina, Pineapple Express and Abominable Snowman. All of the drinks were fantastic and I love how they structure the happy hour prices. $3.95 at 3pm, $4.95 at 4pm, and $5.95 at 5pm. Our server was attentive and friendly. We sat in the patio even though it was chilly out. The heaters and wind walls were effective! I look forward to coming to Pub W when we go back up to see "the kids!"

Went to pub w for dinner with friends. We sat outside, on the patio and the weather was quite nice l. I tried the chopped cheesesteak with cheese and it was delicious this was my first time getting this meal. My friend got the the jalapeño bacon burger sub the patty for a vegan patty with no bacon. She enjoyed it and said it had some kick to it. Now my other friend got the abacora bacon cheeseburger and she was less then impressed. She stated it was not seasoned well just tasted like cooked meat. We sent it back and Courtney our waitress was lovely. We all enjoyed the French fries and ranch. The ranch was very good. Her burger was replaced by the chicken salad which was also not her favorite, the chicken was cubed and had raw onions which she isn't a fan of. Now i always enjoy this place and the drinks are my favorite. I had the banaquri and i love it. It is one of the new drinks this season. Another friend got the margarita which she enjoyed, and a classic gin and tonic. Overall the experience was good besides the food mishaps.

I took my daughter here after she got her masters degree from the university of Oklahoma and her and her friend ordered some good food and they loved it. The portions were large. The prices were very reasonable and the service was perfect. I believe the girls name was Emily and she was super nice and good and they were very busy and she did a great job and everybody was nice and friendly and I appreciate that.

I've eaten here many times. I would say by and large, the food is always good. I pretty much get the same two things every time, Baked Salmon or the Jalapeño Burger. This time I got the Baked Salmon. It was really good. I got double Brussel sprouts. They're roasted and marinated in a balsamic glaze. It's got a good savory flavor. This particular day the sun was perfect so made for a good pic. My wife got the Moroccan Salmon Salad which she really likes. I guess that's it... D

Every time we visit Norman we like to stop in and have a bite to eat at Pub W! The service is great and we enjoy that they have lots of TV's for you to catch the local games. The pretzel burger buns are the best! Drinks are always just right! Thanks Pub W until next time

I really like coming here because it's chill and I can sit at the bar by myself and not be bothered. I've tried quite a few items on their menu and I haven't had one bad thing yet. Keep in mind, outside of a burger, they don't offer red meat options so this place has a cross between sports bar & grill type food and healthy coastal type dishes. I love their salmon poke bowl which is sadly the only poke bowl I've been able to find in Norman. My favorite thing might be their Chili Lime Chicken Salad which was recommended to me by the bartender my first time in and never disappoints. They offer a full bar with top shelf liquors, a wide selection of beer on tap, local brews and a small wine list. Staff is friendly and like to address you by name which is a nice touch.

This is becoming one of my favorite spots! The staff are all so friendly. It's always clean, including the bathrooms. I like that they bring your water in a craft to the table. That way you can refill as needed. Happy hour is legit here. Everything thing I've been served has been amazing. They do a monthly HH appetizer along with the drink specials. The menu is varied and you can get anything from a sandwich to a steak grilled to perfection. On Wednesdays they feature a wine at a special price. Brunch is really good too. My favorite is the chicken and waffles. Plus they mimosas are at a really great price. Try it out! You'll probably see me here.

I fell in love with this place the first time I was here! This has become my fave hangout for OU home games, while my son and his buddy use our season ticket seats. The outside seating is awesome, inside is great too! It's like an modernized pub that kept its hometown pub feel. The drinks are great (they have Guiness!!!!!) I haven't had anything I didn't like on the menu, but I haven't tried everything yet...lol! The establishment is clean, the bathrooms are clean, with great decor! The staff is friendly and helpful!

We went on a Sunday night. Loved the vibes of the place and lots of tvs. My bf got a beer and I got the blackberry spritz which was delicious! We both ordered sweet potato fries. I had the chicken and Brie which came with fig preserves and pears. Such a unique sandwich and loved the pretzel bun. Will be back!

The only good thing besides the one Artisan European style dinner roll was the authentic Dosseldorf mustard. Entree I ordered was 1 Beef sausage and a Pork sausage. Both called a different name in German. I ordered Germain potatoes and Red Cabbage. My beef sausage was way over cooked my pork sausage was fine and I guess they were of average flavor. The German potatoes were flavorless and no where close to German. My redcabbage was good. I ordered Mushroom gravy on my sausages. If done right that gravy is very good. However, they made this gravy with canned mushrooms and instant brown gravy mix and was pretty much flavorless. My dinner came with a dinner roll. They placed it on my dinner plate in the gravy. Couldn't pick it up without getting gravy on my hand. My date ordered a Weinerschnizel. It was good but very over cooked they gave my red Cabbage to her. She didn't order it but it was big enough to share. She ordered Pommfrietes (seasoned French fries not really authentic Pommfrietes. They were not so great. Server was over worked as they were busy. We had to get up with drink glasses and go chase down water refills. They kept the glasses and about a minute later the waiter walk by with our water glasses and gave them to two other people at a different table. I bought him on the way back by our table and said excuse me but you just gave our water to that table up front. He said oh yes, I did. I suggested he retrieve the 2 glasses of water before they drank out of them. He did do that. Brought them. Back to our table without us knowing if they drank out of our glasses. It was not fresh, it was not authentic and it resembled German foods by was a bad representation. I won't be back. Restaurant was clean no low dinner music. Ambiance was lacking. Waiter was a nice young man but either timid or thought he should not talk loud enough he wouldn't disturb other customers by talking to us. Oh and instead of putting our butter on a small plate or dish. They put it on my dinner plate in the gravy. This place was definitely not a class place. Not that it had to be. However, for their moderately priced menu. It needed to have more class than this restaurant showed.

We ended up at Scratch after trying to go to a nearby restaurant and it didn't work out. I called to see if we could be seated at Scratch without a wait and the person answering the phone was SO kind. Turns out he was the host. We were seated immediately and Madison F. took our drink and app order. The green chile hummus was OUTSTANDING although I would have liked some carrots or celery with the pita instead of the olives. Cosmopolitan and Old Fashioned were well mixed. The entrees? Holy cow. I had the coffee crusted pork tenderloin with Parmesan risotto and lemon Brussels sprouts. The pork tenderloin was the BEST I've ever had, hands down. The risotto was creamy and delish. Not a fan of the Brussels sprouts as they were too oily. Husband had the Creole seafood pasta and he ate every bite. We will absolutely be back.

Lots of faux foliage and neon cursive isms on the walls. We sat at the bar, which gave a beautiful display of the spirits inventory. The menu gave so many good savory options for the Fall weather from pork to beef to seafood, and appeared to feature mushrooms in a lot of their dishes. The bartender said he just started, so we knew to expect novice service. We had to flag him down for every order with only 4 people at the bar and when another staff member came back to help, neither of them could answer questions about the menu items such as whether or not the risotto had mushroom chunks in it. Fried green tomatoes - The plating speaks for itself, so I'll leave that to the readers' discretion. This a favorite for me wherever I go, but this was so bland, I was confused by the lack of flavor medley you usually get with this mixture. It appeared to have pepper seeds but I couldn't find any to determine what they were using for the heat component. They might have opted not to include a pepper. It was entirely watery and watered down. The tomatoes were breaded with more flour than cornmeal, which is fine, but we couldn't figure out what they were seasoned with. With the amount of water left around the slice causing a hard to cut, I stopped at one. This appetizer is served with your option of pimento cheese or black bean corn salsa. We chose the salsa, which is comprised of black beans, corn, tomato, red onion and traces of maybe cilantro or parsley. The buttermilk ranch has something like dill or similar note added into it, which helped make up for the lack of flavoring, but didn't cover the problematic bite. But let's get into the exciting stuff: We ordered the 4 dishes that stood out most based on sides pairings. Meatloaf: a slice of dense, somewhat mushy meatloaf loaded with flavor and topped with heat in the form of a tomato base sauce. It is mentioned on the menu that the space is spicy, but it really give us a surprising heat that balances well with the sweetness and savory notes. It was served on a plateau of red creamed potatoes. Listed as mashed, but definitely creamed. The potatoes mix very well with the flavor able oils from the meatloaf. This dish is also served with a seasonal vegetable which turned out to be eggplant and red bell pepper. I ended up picking out the red bell pepper to add to the risotto that came with the pork loin and leaving the eggplant. Pork tenderloin - encrusted with coffee grounds - a very interesting take on slow cooked pork. The risotto was creamy and soaked up the flavor from the tenderloin, which made for a wonderful infusion. Chicken Alfredo - this creamy dish was an easy fall weather pick. We took this home and the reheat was even thicker and flavorful from the seasoning and juices on the chicken. Salmon - this was served on a bed of thick, hearty risotto with lemon-fried Brussels sprouts. You can't taste lemon, so I think the acidity might have helped balance the Brussels as they cooked down. I prefer a crispy Brussels, so not my cup of tea, but the flavor was nice with the salmon's seasoning. Overall, the service, plating, and quality testing could improve the experience, but I don't want that to overshadow the incredible flavor pairings the kitchen put out for this first visit. Very much looking forward to returning for the next menu turnover to see what amazing plates Scratch will create
