    Whipped ricotta
    Julia T.

Over all the place was aesthetically pleasing, the service was attentive, and the food was flavorful! We got the whipped ricotta and lamb meatballs to start off. The whipped ricotta could have been a meal in itself. Super creamy with the flavor complimented well by the pistou sauce. The meatballs were very large in size and flavored very well. They definitely needed the sauce because the meat itself was a bit dry. My hanger steak was delicious! Cooked to perfection and so tender. I loved the chimichurri and arugula salad that accompanied it to cut the richness of the meat. I forgot the name of the drink I ordered but it was STRONG! Worth the try but I'll probably stick to a mocktail next time.

Pretty good and fresh but not my kind of flavor or lack of. Very pretty inside. I would come back if friends ask me to.

I'm obsessed with this place! I literally try not to go here too much for fear that I will get used to it and I won't feel the same. The chicken Caesar salad is so good but the Hanger steak is even better and I won't shut up about it! I've literally been telling everyone I know how great this place is. The service is great, the atmosphere is gorgeous and it hasn't gotten too popular yet to where it's so busy that you can never get a seat. I've sat at the bar and at tables and can't wait for warmer weather so I can sit outside. 10/10 recommend to anyone!

Been craving artichokes and had seen some reviews speaking highly of them so I wanted to try them and they did not disappoint. They look like drumsticks, crispy and flavorful with a side of remoulade. Came in on a Saturday evening and immediately sat at the bar. My partner and I ordered a few cocktails, an extra dirty martini and one of their seasonal cocktail smoke, spice and everything nice was fire. Our bartender was super knowledgeable and friendly and didnt hesitate to answer all of our questions.

My girlfriend and I went here specifically to try the $10 lunch that some restaurants in midtown do on a reoccurring basis. Since it was just 2 of us we opted to sit at the bar. The restaurant filled quickly though. The bartender made us fantastic drinks. Mine was the espresso martini. For lunch, we both did the fish tacos. The fish was lightly batter and very tasty. Chips and salsa were also great. I definitely want to return to try additional options.

Beautiful restaurant, nice natural light, outdoor seating, friendly bartender. Both cocktails (cosmo and clover club) were delicious and beautiful. We just had cocktails and an app but great experience. Chips and guac and salsa were really good, tasted freshly made. We would definitely visit again.

This new spot in Midtown is a fun vibe with delicious food! Stopped in for their $10 buck lunch deal this week and the portions are pretty good size and flavor was fire! The potatoes that came with the burger (cpp) are outstanding too! I had their skinny marg w tajin and it was really good! The service was really good and the staff was truly kind! Glad to have a new restaurant/bar in the midtown area! Plus the set up of the place is quite a vibe too!

Pretty solid restaurant and bar with nice salmon dishes, hamburgers/sandwiches, salads and desserts like ice cream Snicker baes. Prompt and attentive service and very cool interior atmosphere. Check it out in Midtown, and it is new!

We stopped into Bar Serra on a Monday for dinner. With plenty of seating this spot is a great place to lunch with friends or a dinner date. We tried an appetizer and two entrees. And everything was cooked to perfection. It was our first time dining and our server was super helpful and kind. The drinks were also well made.

The whipped Ricotta ‍ I would go back just to munch on that! Caesar Salad was great, the chicken was grilled and seasoned to my liking. The service was great. Music was great. Wanting to go back in the evening, passing by it always looks so moody.

While visiting from Ohio, my son took me to this place. We love McNellie's and he had been wanting to visit. Oh my! What a wonderful experience we had! Walked in and was greeted by every employee we passed while heading to our table. Vibrant atmosphere. We ordered the whipped ricotta, which was so rich and creamy and the chicken tikka meatballs which were in a light sauce and delightful. We shared an entree of fish tacos which were Mahi Mahi with Chipotle crema, spicy avocado tomatillo salsa and tortilla chips onthe side. The Mahi Mahi was perfect and the taco was quite spicy. I did not get a picture of the entree! This was just a great experience. Would highly recommend for a night out.

Cute little restaurant. Parking can be quite a challenge. Service & food were good but I think they forgot to serve salsa with the fish tacos. Food was not very hot when served. I love the garden vibe of the dining room. There was also outside seating.

Chicken sandwich and Mediterranean bowl were both great!

It's a quaint little establishment that's chiq and comfy. We love popping in here for a quick bite and the service is always attentive. Some of our favorite dishes are: the steak, pad Thai, drunken noodles with spaghetti, the tom kha soup, and the mango sticky rice is SO good. My absolute favorite item at this restaurant is the mango sticky rice cocktail. I've literally never had anything like it and it's amazing. He said the food was good and the people were wonderful, so I made a beeline to give it a try. I have to say he was right in all respects. The hostess I dealt with was so nice, and I enjoyed my meal. When visiting a new Thai place I tend to start with their pad see ew, so I ordered the lunch combo. It didn't take long for the food to arrive. The veggie filling in the egg rolls was interesting. I really grew to like them. I was impressed with the pad see ew. I have a favorite Thai spot near home, and I love their pad see ew. This is the closest I've found in the metro. I really like the flavor it adds when they finish the dish with a good amount of dark soy sauce. The chicken was tender and the vegetables fresh; a definite thumbs up. I understand they spruced up the place, and it's very nice and clean. For being fairly new, they had a good amount of traffic. I'll be back soon.

Walking in, it was dimly lit & it reminded me of a bar Downtown in Tulsa. We found a table (the place got filled up pretty quick afterwards) caddy corner to the bar & we got help quick. My partner ordered the Oaxacan Old Fashioned, a friend of mine ordered some Truffle Fries & a drink that I didn't catch - as for me, I got the Ginger Beer (I don't drink). The Oaxacan Old Fashioned looked nice with the orange peel climbing out of the glass & had a really good aroma (I took a big whiff of it). The ginger beer was a spicy ginger beer & it was really good. With every sip, it was opening up my nostrils, it had some spice to it for sure. I tried my friend's Truffle Fries & it's something I'd order, especially if I wasn't as hungry & wanted a "snack". You can smell the truffle while the taste was real subtle. All in all, the place was chill. It was a nice wind down from leaving an art show & The Collective (I had no clue it turned into a clubbish scene on a Saturday... they were jammin' that night). My friend was a regular there, the individual who served us was super nice & friendly. There was whole menu to explore full of sandwiches, burgers (I want to try the South West Burger along with the Umami Burger) & all kind of other dishes to choose from. As much as I come down to OKC, I still get familiar with the scene more & more - R&J is added to the list of places that I'd return to. Side Note: A friend of my friend stopped by right before my partner & I left. She ordered the Brussel Sprouts and Bacon & in my head, I dove into her plate before she could.

I finally made my way here tonight before a work get together and initially I enjoyed the space and atmosphere. It is very cozy and intimate, and there are not many bars like it in OKC. However, when it came to the bartenders (two from my interaction) and cocktails -- my experience was less than cozy. Long story short, I asked for an espresso martini, a basic drink I know. And I was told as such by both bartenders working, one of which called me 'boring'. They wanted me to try a drink off their menu, and I respect the pride and effort this business put into crafting unique, holiday cocktails. However, none of them spoke to me tonight, and I wanted a run of the mill espresso martini. One bartender asked if I would be willing to try one of their drinks similar to an espresso martini, to which I agreed, however I still did not enjoy and requested a regular (boring and basic) espresso martini. They said they typically avoid making these popular drinks, but made an exception for me. Which is really unfortunate, because it was one of the best espresso martinis I've had in the city. Both bartenders later apologized for their comments, but I'm unsure if they were genuine or trying to save face. All in all, if you're willing to explore untraditional cocktails with a cozy vibe, you should try this place. If you have a simple pallet, that doesn't need to be wowed, it's questionable if you should visit. If this review doesn't get me banned, I may give it another try. Happy drinking!
