She just let us know we could scan the QR code for the menu on the table, and come up to the counter to order, when we are ready. We were debating which one to get, Golden Mango or Matcha Mango Bingsu. The cashier said Golden Mango is giving different texture, even though it's all mango flavor; the Matcha Mango is using matcha shaved ice as base, then top with Mango fresh fruit. So we final decision was the Golden Mango Bingsu. Once we ordered, we got a electric alert board. We won't wait long, the alert board was beeping when our order was ready. I went back to the counter to get my Bingsu. This desert is not big that costs $12.55+tax. Sago has no taste. Fresh mango is on the top, mango base is mango flavored shaded ice, which is like ice cream that smooth. Mango sauce as layer is in the middle of the base, which makes stronger taste. Overall, it's pretty tasty and fresh. That's another type of ice cream for me. The store was open until late night, and I was seeing couples coming in. I liked the green tea bingsu the most as the ice was very fine and creamy. The milk tea was very choppy and I didn't like the texture as much. I think it's part of the aesthetic, but they serve the bingsu piled up super high in proportionally small bowls. They fully expect a mess so they provide trays for every bingsu to catch the mess as it melts, floods pass the bowl, syrups drip off the ice and toppings topple off. I wish they would just put it in a properly sized bowls instead of the mess. Also, the wooden trays are chipped and broken which doesn't feel hygienic. Service was super friendly even though it was busy, so extra star for the hardworking staff.

They are also one of the few allergen-friendly spots (most places use nuts or almond powder surprisingly). They have a monthly soft serve ice cream flavour and I strongly recommend dropping by and sharing with someone (it's huge). I recently went and got their orange creamsicle flavour (twisted with vanilla) and thoroughly enjoyed it. My favourites so far are their blueberry and mango flavours too. This month seems to be a strawberry lychee mix, so will definitely be back before the end of the month to try that out!

The texture is smooth, creamy, not overly sweet, and made in-house with high quality ingredients you can taste. You can sample max 2 flavors & also buy their products pre-portioned to take home or give as a gift. In my opinion they've got the best TRUE pistachio gelato of you're into that.
