Located in a residential area of what seems to be a make shift mechanic garage (an auto repair is in the third stall) In the local Fairfield magazine, they offer a coupon for $22. 75 with $8.25 certificate. A nice guy handles the smog in about ten mins, no free retest read more

The whole family goes here for their smogs. They are very efficient and fast as well as being honest- no switcharoos!

Quick and friendly service. Check the website for a valuable coupon. It's right next door to an auto repair shop (on the right). Clean establishment. Will be back! read more

The technician charged 31.75 dollars more only because my car had two damaged hoses and I replaced right away and it only required visual check ! I had to pay because if not my car not pass the smog check, he could waive the fee it didn't required a re test!!! I'm in desagree with that!!! read more

So happy I found this place. Found a coupon online for $25 plus $8 and change for the certificate. Called and was told they had no wait. Arrived and the very nice man checked me in, and even offered to turn the heater on for me. They have a little wait area with some good magazines, not that I needed them, since I was in and out! The whole thing from arrival to leaving took less than 15 minutes. Was able to get it done on my lunch break with plenty of time to spare. The man told me I could pay it online the following day and my stickers would arrive in about 12 days. Friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and affordable!! I can't recommend Hi Tech Smog enough. Support local businesses! read more

Quick and friendly service! No appointment needed. The guy working was really nice. Provided bottled water which was nice of him. I actually had a mobile coupon from his website which he didn't honor at the time.. not so sure why but all in all.. it was a good experience. I'd come back for sure! read more

Came here on a last minute notice. I was going to go to this other place but the other place was charging way more. The owner was friendly over the phone when I called asking for the price and he offered me the coupon discount on his website without me even knowing about it which took 25 dollars off my total. I thought that was nice of him. My smog check was really fast. He was very fast and efficient. I was in and out of there in like 7 minutes. I definitely recommend this place! read more

Took my car here for a smog, with appointment, that took over an hour. Seemed that many people were being told things were wrong with their cars. My car had the check engine light on which I later found out would cause a failure on smog, but this business ran it anyway and charged me for it. I would expect a business to know and advise a customer about this up front. I strongly recommend going elsewhere!! read more

This was my first experience with Hi Tech Smog. The gentleman that ran my smog was friendly and fast! He even set up a heater for us while we waited. Highly recommend! read more

Quick, courteous service at great prices. No AC in waiting area, but was in and out so quickly that it didn't matter.

Time to smog the Tacoma! So what do I do? get on my hometown's small business circular and found Hi Tech Smog with a sweet coupon for a smog check. I was puzzled why was the price so great, you know what? I won't ask stupid questions like that anymore and just take advantage of such a great offer. The place was impeccable and Mrs. Kaur was efficient, friendly and professional. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I really enjoy dealing with local "mom & pop" businesses and will definitely bring my other vehicles here. I wish them success. They accept cash, debit and credit cards, I recommend using cash to avoid having them pay for the credit card usage fee but as they said, they will happily accept all forms of payment mentioned. No personal checks accepted though. read more

Hi Tech Smog - Mrs. Kaur in action! Great service and efficiency! - Smog Check Stations Near Me - Fairfield, California

We took our 3 cars in for smogs all at once. Great service and very competitive pricing. Will be referring all my friends and family to them

This guy was a rip off to me! I think he targets women, by the time I got out of there it cost me $50.75 and there was nothing wrong with my car, except I had to drive it for a while to warm it up, which I mentioned before he started, and he told me I did not need to do that. Afterwards he told me it failed and for me to drive it for a while, which I did, and it passed then he wanted another 30.00 when I complained he said he would take $20.00 I will not return to his shop!! read more

Fast pulled right in. Nice people. would recommend good price . I found it in nextdoor and will record it again

Fast, inexpensive, friendly, and exceptional service. Highly recommend this smog place.

This place is near my house, and after reading the Yelp reviews, I decided to call. He told me to come over any time. I didn't get there for 2-3 hours, and he saw me immediately. I could not believe how fast it was - It probably only took 10 minutes, if that. He also explained to me that the results (Passing) would be sent to DMV first thing in the morning, so to wait until tomorrow before I go online to renew my registration. That was great, as I otherwise would have gone home and tried to do it. He was supernice, cheery, and a really nice smile. Won't go anywhere else . . . . read more

Excellent customer service!! I was in and out which I liked, however the down side was that my computer was not registering when they checked it and I had to pay about 70 bucks total to have it checked again. Not a pass or it's free place. read more

Friendly, quick and decent priced. Perfect. Can't ask for anything more for a smog check! Honest, friendly guy who did a great job.

I had my Porsche smog checked at Hi Tech Smog in Fairfield last weekend and was pleasantly surprised. This place is in the middle of a residential neighborhood and doesn't look like much on the outside, but the owners (husband and wife), are very good and very friendly. They did a great job and I will go back with my other cars. read more
