Always friendly, courteous, and professional. My wife had tried to do me a favor and take my truck in for a smog test to someone else. They ran the test, and then failed the vehicle because of an after market exhaust system. I had the stickers, but had not put them on, returned to that other smog place, and they required an additional fee to re-run the test. No... When I took the truck to American Smog, he indicated that he would have noticed that right up front and not even performed the test without the stickers, as he would be required to fail the vehicle. This is the ONLY place I will go to have my vehicle smog tested. My mechanic recommended this location to me years ago and I always come back. The customer service has always been amazing and I love that they automatically send the certification to DMV for me. American Smog provided fast and friendly service at a great price. For $40 I was able to get my out of state vehicle smog certified. It took 10-15 minutes out the door.
