Called to make sure that walk ins were okay that day, which they were. It's located in a little industrial area. The worker greeted me to confirm I was in the right place. Invited me in to wait until it was my car's turn. The waiting room is modest, and has maybe 6 or so chairs. There were only 2 of us waiting at a time while I was there. Didn't take more than 10 minutes until it was my turn. Gave him my registration notice, filled out simple paperwork, paid about $58. Waited a couple of more minutes for my car to be tested. I have an appointment at 3 o'clock and they were very timely and started the appointment immediately. So immediate that I felt comfortable on waiting for the service to take place. They were very honest and explained what they could do and what they couldn't do, but increased my AC performance and lower the temperature quite a bit. Very satisfied with their service today and their professionalism. If and when I need future service, I will not hesitate to come to them.

However, a second mechanic found that the bushings were fine and that the marker light lens only had a small chip on the corner before the glue seal -- not an actual crack or structural damage. The second shop completed all necessary repairs for about $700. When I brought this up to Ryan's, they insisted their assessment was correct and dismissed the other shop's findings. On a positive note, the front desk staff was pleasant, which is why I'm giving them two stars. Overall, it felt like a money grab, so I'd recommend getting a second opinion.
