He even opened the door for me coming in, which immediately felt welcoming. They take walk-ins, the process was super quick, and my car was done in less than 20 minutes I think. The lobby was also surprisingly cute and comfortable with plenty of seating. I especially loved that they had books for kids while waiting, including Where's Waldo, which was such a thoughtful touch. Friendly service, easy process, and overall just a genuinely pleasant experience. Definitely recommend if you need a smog check in Vacaville!

Not knowing they could do the testing without it, I ran home and realizing it was already time for my appt, I called to let them know I was running late. Thankfully, the next appt was already there, so we were able to basically switch spots (them taking the current time that had been mine and me taking theirs). The woman in the office was so helpful and kind about it! One of them walked me to the main office and waiting area. I paid for the smog service in less than 3 mins. I was asked to wait in the waiting area until the Smog was finished. The waiting area is very cute with all the decor and model cars. There is also a restroom available in the waiting area. The entire process took less than 20 minutes.
