A customer had purchased a used car recently and needed it smogged. It did not pass and Sat understanding the impasse that this customer was facing provided her some guidance and sympathy. He did not have any type of prior relationship with this person but he did what he thought was right and felt bad that this individual was in this predicament. He even spoke with the 3rd party who sold the car to the customer. After observing and listening I engaged with Sat while he worked on my car and we talked about the importance of doing right by others. I encourage you to support Sat and his business. I know that by going here he will have your back back whether he knows you or not. Good people need to be supported. Good people = good business and this is what makes a great community.
