We were debating after dinner treat between dessert or bbt and found an option for both here. Everyone was getting drinks but we spied an ice shaving machine on the back counter and opted for the milk tea flavor. It was creamy, refreshing and the tea flavor really stood out. It paired well with the foam cloud and pistachio crumble on top. Even better was that there were soft tapioca pearls on the bottom. Perfect balance between a dessert and a drink,

Always a huge line! But, I didn't have to wait crazy long! Once I got my order taken I waited around 10-15 minutes for my drink. I ordered the Coconut Mango Blue which is Mango + Coconut Milk&Jelly + Sago + Spirulina + Jasmine Tea. I absolutely adore this drink! You can taste the freshness of the mango and the coconut jelly balances out the tartness and the sago was such a great textural component. I loved the aesthetic blue color from the spirulina and the jasmine tea was perfectly floral without making the drink perfumey! It was so good that I'd definitely keep coming back for this if I lived in the area! Wish there were more locations in America!

Went to HeyTea a few times and what's great about them is they have seasonal drinks (something to always look forward to when viewing their menu)! The interior is super clean and there is a seating area. But the line ups are actually insane (at this location especially), and the drinks are pretty pricey for some of them to be pretty mid.. (don't assassinate me pls). Not my personal cup of tea for my outing boba but if you do order from HeyTea I recommend doing it through the app!

This is the fourth and newest location of this very popular tea shop brand. They sell high-quality, fancy teas; implying expensive and long lineups. This location is located in the middle of the iconic Tironto Eaton Centre. They opened on 2026-02-16, with different promotions days 1 to 18, like BOGO on days 1-3. See my photos for details. They have their regular series of teas: matcha, teamix, superfood, and boba milk. Then they have fine-dining inspired teaming series: Rock Oolong, Single Gongfu Black Tea, Leshan Gazdenia, and Hand-Whisked Jingshan Matcha. Their Rock Oolong Cavier ($12.90) even has caviar on a crack on top of the drink! See my photos for details. The customer service was good, considering there are long lines all day long! The inside has a white and bright vibe. There are some seating areas, including in a back room. There is free WiFi provided by the mall. The store is wheelchair accessible. There are separate male/female washrooms in the mall. There is paid neighbourhood street parking and paid parking lots. Review 2026-034

Newly opened heytea lab in eatons! Got there on Sunday and had to wait 30mins total for line/getting my drink. Got the rock oolong 2, refreshing but creamy with the too yuzu cloud. Decent amount of seatings. Very busy even though it's been opened for a few weeks.

Despite being in such a busy location within Eaton Centre, this Heytea exceeded expectations! There was a long line outside the shop and so I decided to order via their mobile app. It was a short wait till my drink was ready. When I entered, the staff welcomed me and helped me immediately with my pickup order. There was also seating available at the back of the shop. The matcha was high quality and the matcha mochi was chewy and tasted fresh! It made the perfect pick-me-up treat after a hard day.

Caviar & tea?! You got it. I checked out HeyTea during their BOGO week (plus a free Toronto magnet for the first 900 people daily -- yes, the line was real!). Even with the lineup, the experience felt organized and the staff kept things moving. It honestly added to the excitement. Their current signature drink is the Rock Oolong Caviar -- oolong tea, milk, yuzu cloud, caviar, and a cracker. It's definitely on the elevated side and such a unique concept. Tea meets luxury snack vibes. I was personally recommended the Coconut Mango and it did not disappoint. Creamy, decadent coconut milk blended with mango over ice, plus mango and coconut jelly -- basically dessert in a cup. Super refreshing but rich at the same time. I also picked up the Kale drink (saving that one for later), and grabbed one of their $50 black gift cards featuring the gold CN Tower design. It's sleek and makes for a cool keepsake. Staff helped set it up on the spot, which was a nice touch. Overall, a fun launch-week vibe, creative drinks, and a lineup worth conquering. If you're curious about elevated bubble tea, this is your spot.

Love the ambience at HeyTea Lab at Eaton Centre! Really cool aesthetic and nice decor. They also have some special drinks like the Rock Oolong series + ice cream and shave ice. Service was pretty prompt..although they did have some ingredient shortages, so some drinks were not available. Drinks are certainly pricey. It is a nice experience and I'd come back.

This is the first hey tea lab in canada we tried their oolong drink and matcha 0 they were both pretty good. You can also order on their app for their pickup. Interior was clean and aesthetic :) The staff were fridges as well.

Had high hopes for gongfu 3.3, which looked pretty aesthetically. But at almost $10 for the drink, it tasted good, and not amazing. Their caviar ice cream was also cute. Again, it tasted good but it's not a flavour that I'm obsessed with. Overall, high price points with long wait times (almost 50 mins on a Friday evening at 5PM). Shoutout to the staff who did notice that I was waiting a long while for my order and tried to expedite things but I'm not sure it was worth the wait!

I have high hopes that the matcha here will be good since I always see this spot packed with people but was really disappointed when I tried their popular Strawberry Matcha Latte. It's incredibly frustrating to pay a premium price for a matcha latte only to end up with a dull, muted matcha flavour and overly milky drink. This is also one of those places that doesn't let you customize ice level so you're left with an over diluted drink that you can barely taste the matcha flavour. Their cakes aren't any better specifically the matcha roll cake. Tasted blah and has an underwhelming matcha filling. Yes the cake is soft but at the same time tasted gummy and has a dense texture which gives off a floury flavour. Unfriendly, unwelcoming and rude staff who leaves your takeout order on the counter without handing it over directly to you. Definitely will not return back to this place.
