Commerce Gate has a few new options since my last visit! Would've came here if it was around last August but glad I saw it this trip. Ordered their jasmine milk tea drink and it's honestly one of the best ones I've had. There's more emphasis on the tea flavor. I ordered zero sugar and no ice. Drink was around 8-9 CAD (seems like drink prices have been going up in Canada too). Store is fairly small. Service was quick. Staff spoke mando and English. Overall good experience.

I've tried a few drinks from Molly Tea, and while they're all very delicious and fragrant, I do think that they're a bit too pricey for just simple milk teas :')

As a chugger, I hated the straw. The drink was very strong in its scent. The place was very fragrant and the cream still makes me tear up at how amazing it was, especially with the nuts. Ill buy it in bulk please The service was amazing. I was struggling with my order and they were kind, accommodating, and understanding with me. Would def come back and I don't even like jasmine tea!

I read great reviews on Molly Tea so we decided to try it while we were in the area. They were busy considering we got there in the middle of the day and in the middle of the week so our orders took quite some time. They also had some orders online to prepare which affected service time. The place was quite small and didn't have a lot of seatings so most customers had to stand and wait for their drinks. We ordered the Gardenia Oolong Milk Tea (3/5) and the Premium Jasmine Oat Milk Tea (3/5). We were hoping for a strong earthy, floral and herbal flavour from both drinks. Unfortunately, both were quite mild and those flavours were not as prominent as we'd like them to be. I don't take sugar in my teas and my partner does, and we both agreed on this. We did enjoy their crystal balls which were so bouncy and chewy. I'm not exactly sure if I'd come visit again. But maybe if I'm with a friend who wants to go and get a drink from this place, I wouldn't say no.

This is their first location. They focus of floral flavours. They opened on 2024-11-23. I went there on their opening date. We went back on 2025-04-21. By this time, they have opened a second location in Markham. We ordered the following (all with 50% sugar and less ice): 1. Snowy Gardenia ($8.45). 2. White Champaca Oat Milk Tea ($8.75). 3. Osmanthus Green Milk Tea ($7.45). 4. Peach Oolong Milk Tea ($7.45). I chose Gardenia because I've never had that flavour before. It has a sweetness taste. I like it. They put whipped cream and pecan bits. I also ordered White Champaca because I've never had that flavour before. It has a stronger and less sweet taste. It was quite reasonable. Definitely floral! I have had and liked Osmanthus and Oolong before. Their version didn't disappoint. They have two kinds of straws. One is very thin with 3 small channels. It is biodegradable. They also have a bigger round straw which is also biodegradable. They charge $0.25 for a bag. There is no free WiFi. The place is wheelchair accessible, but there is no door-open button. There are no customer washrooms. There is paid neighbourhood street parking. Review 2025-064

2nd time going to the downtown location once for their soft opening and this time I can say each time Molly Tea is consistent with their drinks and service. I feel this location is less busy than the richmond hill one so phew. Only takeout, wish they had a bigger store because they have way too many people in the store sometimes. My all time favourite has to be white champaca oolong milk tea, it's strong with a floral taste. They're known for their green tea and home made whip cream I highly recommend if you're a fan of both of those but it wasn't my favourite! Their matcha is good but it has a weird grainy/texture to it so be aware. FYI they don't have tapioca.

This review is actually for the newly opened location in Richmond Hill. What an amazing tea shop. The jasmine aroma as you enter into the store is next level. They have a wide variety of drink selection. The staff were all so trained, patient, and worked as a team. Didn't have to wait too long for the drinks. Absolutely adore this place and will return.

Visited this new tea shop on Yonge street near Wellesley station. The store was very elegantly designed and staff were so friendly. (They'll welcome you out loud when you walk into the store haha) Tried their signature Jasmin snow tea that comes with spoon for whip cream, which was quite nice touch :)

I walked past this place on a whim and decided to go in. I highly recommend. Got the premium jasmine milk tea , 70% sugar, less ice with sago. The flavour of the tea is highly floral, and you can taste it with every sip. Looking forward to trying the other drinks.

I tried the Snowy Jasmine, Snowy Gardenia, and White Champaca Milk Teas, and each one was more delicious than the last. As a huge fan of floral teas, this was absolute perfection--the flavors were delicate and balanced, not overpowering, and the sweetness was just right, letting the tea's natural notes shine through! The interior is quite small, with just enough space for a few people to sit. Better to grab and go. The staff were really friendly, greeting everybody with a cheer as they stepped in.

The drinks here were so good! got their jasmine milk tea and snow top, as well as a white champaca milk tea, which may have been my favourite. It's a little different from their usual jasmine, and the smell is fragrant. They were super busy, with a large crowd there ready for their grand opening. They did manage to make all those drinks within that hour so we were stunned to see it happen. Small shop but very aesthetic, good for takeout

It is not tasty as the one I bought in China. 50% of sugar is still way too sweet for me. Although they offer excellent service, you will still feel not worth it to pay near 9 dollars for one cup of milk tea with whipped cream.

Small bubbletea shop that also serves pastries and Filipino meals…read more Their standout offering, of course, is the bubbletea. The tea is loose-leaf, so is elevated from the typical bubbletea. But it's the tapioca that really makes the drink shine with how fresh and bouncy they are. For a tea shop, this place also has really good food. Tried the scones and they were super buttery, very flavourful, and were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside like all great scones. We also got some Filipino meals - the lechon kawali and lumpia super crispy, the bangsilog had a good portion size for the price, and the halo-halo was refreshing. Place is mainly a takeout spot, but there are a couple of small tables to sit 4. Service is friendly. Tea offerings are extensive. Worth a drop-by.

Cookies: The matcha white chocolate cookie was freshly made. Quite soft and delicious. Reasonably sized cookie. Yema cake: It was my first time having the Yema cake so I was looking forward to try it. I got the ube flavour and a soft chiffon cake texture. It wasn't too sweet and was perfect for a nice small dessert. The staff were friendly and the service was good. It's too bad there's limited seating as it would be great to dine-in. I definitely want to come back to try out their drinks!
