Make sure to validate your parking ticket at whichever location that u go into so that u do not have to pay for garage parking at this outlet omg! I wish that staff did a better job to enforce that. Quick service here and again...best boba that I ever had here in Washington state. Just that the tight space is probably not the move because so many customers coming in and out of this location. Many of whom lack basic customs and courtesy because people close doors on you and will throw trash in your direction in attempt to make it to can. Bruh...I cannot with these foos

Overall: 4 stars Haven't done a HeyTea review in a while but finally went to a new one in Bellevue. This one is a bit off for me compared to the others in the Bay and NYC, but its great to see that its expanding. I love their expanded menu of drinks that appeals to a larger number of flavors. Coconut Mango Boom - I'm not sure what's wrong with this version but something is off balance from the usual. I think the ratio of mango smoothie was not enough so it was starting to taste like a bowl of sago in coconut milk. This drink is only delightful when that perfect balance is maintained. Fun, creative drinks. I've tried the mango coconut boom and guava grape. I prefer the mango one but both are tasty. They have some good promotions or coupons throughout the week and for birthdays. I would order ahead because sometimes the wait can be long during busy times. The is not much seating inside but a few tables outside.

So goooood I love the jelly they have in the triple matcha. Definitely a fun drink, skip if you're a matcha purist. Mango oat bloom is good but the coconut one is better. Fast service, no seating inside but there's seating outside in the Bravern! Came for their BOGO deal.

Mango Coconut Boom: The mango and coconut were lovely together. The slushie was smooth and refreshing. I liked all the different textures from the coconut jelly to the sago. Kale Boost Tea: This was very refreshing, though would have done well with more chia seeds. The bottle design for this drink is cute. When I went, online ordering at this location was disabled. It was easy to place an order in person, and check a monitor to see when your drink is ready. There's not a lot of space inside the store, so it can get a bit cramped if many people are waiting.

heytea is located inside the Bravern, and this location opened about a year ago, but I haven't had a chance to check it out until today. There is always a long line, so it seems to be quite popular. Today there was a buy one get one of a new drink, the golden oolong yuzu, so it was especially busy. I got the Triple Supreme Matcha Latte and ordered on the heytea app instead of waiting in the line to order. After placing my order, the app said there were 50 drinks ahead of mine in the queue, and about a 20 min wait. Staff were accommodating of my reusable cup and were, after some initial hesitation, able to serve my drink in my glass tumbler instead of the plastic cup. Thanks for supporting sustainability even while it was super busy today! The Triple Supreme Matcha Latte was really good, consisting of a strong matcha latte with matcha mochi and matcha jelly. The mochi is very soft and the jelly adds a nice texture to the drink.

The staff is pretty fast and receptive here, and the location is so convenient (next to the Link station and bus terminal). They made our drink to our specs pretty quickly after taking our order. There wasn't really seating inside but there was some very close by and it was so pleasant to have some tea on a nice day while sitting next to a fountain!

Big fan of HeyTea and their wide selection of toppings. The drinks are consistently good and there are lots of options to customize. Customer service at this location was mediocre, during our visit we encountered an employee who kept talking to someone else while taking our order, so I had to repeat myself a few times which was a bit frustrating. The shop itself is really small, so it's more of a grab-and-go spot rather than somewhere to sit and hang out. Overall still a good place if you're looking for a quick drink.

    - delicious, but service could be improved - I was in the area and had a 10% birthday coupon, so I placed an order through the app. It was ready within 10 minutes, which was great. However, the drink wasn't packed, and the employee asked whether I needed a bag in a very casual--almost rude--tone. I said, "No, I'm good," and took the drinks, but I felt uncomfortable. It was a noticeable contrast compared to the great service at other boba places like Chi Cha San Chen or MACU, where drinks are already properly packed for you. I ordered the Coconut Mango Blue, and I got the Supreme Brown Sugar Boba Tea for my husband since the original version was no longer available. My drink was actually delicious--I finished it within 5-10 minutes. My husband, however, said the milk tea wasn't as good as the original. I took a sip and mainly remember that the drink itself wasn't very good, though the boba was surprisingly soft and chewy. I'm not sure how those two qualities can coexist, but they somehow did, lol. After the 10% discount, the total came to $14.85. This place is definitely not cheap by Bellevue standards. I'd probably order from somewhere else next time for better service and overall drink quality.

Stopped by heytea on a Sunday afternoon, and it was so busy! They even paused mobile ordering because they were so backed up with orders. Stood in line and waited to order instead. Ordered and paid at the counter and got a coconut mango boom, then waited outside because the shop was just too crowded. They have a screen showing which order numbers are ready, so you know when to pick up the drink. Mango drink was pretty good, had fresh mango purée and mango chunks, so it tasted like a fruit smoothie.

Is it just me, or is HeyTea kind of... average? I tried the Mango Coconut Boom and it was pretty underwhelming. The mango didn't taste ripe and honestly felt like it might've been frozen, which really dulled the flavor. For the price, I expected much better quality. The space is also very cramped with long wait times, no real place to sit, and prices that don't match the experience. Overall it felt more hype than substance. Hui Lau Shan does mango drinks and desserts way better. I wouldn't go out of my way to come back.

Heytea is super trendy in New York and I was excited to try it here in Bellevue. Located in The Bravern, you can park in their lot and Heytea will validate your ticket for six hours. The shop is small and is mainly a counter to order and receive your drink. Also the guy taking our order seemed like he hated his job, but he wasn't rude, just very unenthusiastic. On their menu, drinks with "cloud" have cheese foam, and drinks with "boom" are slushy. I got the cloud green grape drink and added boba. Wow! this drink was so good. It had cheese foam and it was a slush. There were pieces of green grape as well. The grape flavor was very pronounced and natural, it didn't taste artificial at all. The boba was chewy and sweet which I enjoyed. My friends got the supreme brown sugar bobo milk tea. This is where my review only get 4 stars instead of 5. The drink had a very light tea flavor and a strange after taste. It was hard to describe but I would stay away from their milk teas. Overall their fruit tea is where they shine and I am excited for my next trip to Seattle to try the other drinks.

Loved the combo of pistachio salt foam with coconut juice and jasmine tea. They used premium jasmine tea. Service was quick. There's only standing room. Make sure to validate your Bravern parking for 6 hours.

BUT they are remarkably consistent, with perfectly chewy pearls and high quality teas. So, even though I'm paying a lot, I know it's going to be good. I got the Dong Ding Oolong with cream, perfect sweet and less ice with boba. The Dong Ding oolong is a high mountain oolong with a strong malty, nutty, roasty taste. It perfectly complements the cream. I prefer cream as opposed to milk since I think the cream gives the drink a thicker, more velvety mouthfeel if you mix it into the tea, plus before mixing you can sip on the cream and the tea separately, so it's like you can enjoy two drinks in one cup!

Unfortunately I found this place just to be OK for me... Perhaps OMO was bit a hyped up for me or maybe I didn't get the right thing... hard to say. The venue is a tiny hole in the wall in the corner of a residential apartment complex. Street parking is your only option. Order form the kiosk and the little kitchen window will call out you number. They are fast and efficient. There is some eccentric limited seating outside in the front of store. The presentation was absolutely brilliant! However I thought the taste fell short of the visual delight. The Ube S'mores was more like a light Ube foam instead of Marshmallow Ube S'mores. I didn't think the the Thai Tea or Ube flavor was impactful, I felt both flavors were muted and fairly light. I'll try this place again and order a few items just to be sure... but I won't have high expectations. I do wish to them well and hope they continue to thrive...
