I went when they first opened so the line was super long and they ran out of their popular drinks so I ended up getting their strawberry peach drink. The place is super small so the line is probably usually out the door. It was good but all it says is strawberry peach, I wasn't sure what topping were in it until I drank it and it was a lot going on. Still good but was surprised when I took a sip lol. Definitely want to come back when their mango drinks are not sold out. read more

Wow, I got the coconut mango bloom and it was amazing! First off it's located inside the Braven in Bellevue Washington and they validate parking. The place is very small probably could only fit five people comfortably standing, there's not a place to sit the drink itself was very refreshing and had lots of toppings which was nice. The mango was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this place and would come back read more

We tried the brown sugar boba tea and the mango grapefruit boom. Both were delicious. The boba texture and flavor was perfect. The tea was very good as well, but not necessarily a standout compared to other bubble tea places. The mango grapefruit boom was refreshing and clearly made with fresh fruit. We didn't have to wait that long for drinks after ordering on a reasonably busy Sunday afternoon, maybe about 10 minutes. The system is fairly efficient with your number displayed when ready. Honestly paying essentially $10 per drink with tip is just wild. As tasty as everything was, I can't imagine coming back for that price. read more

Heytea is located on ground level and they do validate parking, so be sure to ask them for a sticker. There was a 20 minute wait and it was crammed inside. You can order online instead, too. Outside of it, they have a large banner that preaches sustainability and that they'll give you a little discount for bringing in reusable cups. We asked them to fill ours and they said nooope. So much for sustainability?? I feel the boba was way too expensive for average boba. We had the mango and the mango/grapefruit (which has coconut and little grapefruit, unfortunately I am intolerant to coconut). The mango was good! But honestly felt like I could get the same elsewhere for $3 cheaper. read more

45 min wait for mediocre tea. Wasn't the best, got their most popular drink and it was just grape juice with salty cream cheese... tea is not strong here. Im not sure why this place is over hyped, but I did not really enjoy it. Also got the classic tea as well, it was okay. Not worth the hour wai read more

Horrible Customer service and long wait times. Employees are unhygienic and rude. Everytime I go to this establishment they act is if I didn't place an order. read more

Heytea - An employee with unwashed hands after touching is face. Every cup is contaminated with his hand germs. - Bubble Tea Near Me - Bellevue, Washington

This is my favorite tea place in Bellevue that I've tried! I love the iced jasmine tea with cheese cloud. Tasted very natural, and not too sweet, completely addictive. A new favorite is minimal sugar coconut mango boom. I'd recommend ordering online. We had to awkwardly huddle in a corner for 20 minutes when ordering in person. read more

Stopped by on a Thursday night and there was no line. The store itself is pretty small. Not much room between the door and the ordering kiosk. They must have mopped or cleaned their store we came, but the store reeked of chemical smells. It made my head hurt. The store is also very brightly lit. They don't really do a good job of calling out your order either. They just expect you to come and ask for it. Asked for a recommendation and ordered the cream strawberry mulberry boom. The drink itself was okay, but this was $10 and it had no toppings inside. Definitely not worth it. There was also no size option? At least I didn't have that option. I will not be back unless something new on their menu catches my eye. I would much rather spend my money elsewhere. read more

I stopped by on a Thursday afternoon and ordered the supreme brown sugar bobo milk tea with less sugar and ice. It was almost $10. The store had a heavy cleaning chemicals smell so I waited outside for 5 minutes before my drink was ready. The store is small with no indoor seating. There was a sandy liang collab, so I got their stickers with my purchase. My drink tasted like a typical brown sugar milk tea, nothing special and I didn't like the boba that much. Chicha has better quality drinks. I won't be back unless to try something new. read more

Heytea - Coconut mango boom, crispy cloud grape - Bubble Tea Near Me - Bellevue, Washington

I am writing to share a disappointing experience I had at your store on Sunday at around 3:30 PM. The cashier who assisted me--a Chinese male with a noticeable mole on his eyebrow--spoke to customers in an unusually rude and dismissive manner, and I believe additional training would greatly help improve the customer experience. I ordered three drinks (two grape and one mango). He told me the wait time would be 25 minutes, but he did not inform me that the grape drinks required a much longer wait because the store was low on grapes. Had he communicated that clearly when I ordered, I would have chosen different drinks. After waiting about 15 minutes, I went to check on my order, and he then told me it would take another 25 minutes because they didn't have enough grapes. At that point I chose to request a refund, as the total wait would have been around 45 minutes. When processing the refund, he told me he could not provide a receipt and that I should "check with my own bank." When I asked for proof of refund, he was unable or unwilling to explain and had to call someone else over to handle the situation. During the entire interaction, he was also chewing gum, which added to the impression of unprofessionalism. In total, I wasted about 30 minutes and left without any drinks. This kind of customer service can cause long delays in-store and risks losing loyal customers. I sincerely hope the store can address this issue and provide better communication and professionalism moving forward. The cashier told me the refund should appear on my credit card within three days. I will be watching for it. read more

My friend from China recommended Heytea, since they are well known back in China. I was a little put off at first by the price, but it was really worth it. They use high quality fruit and high quality tea and you can really tell. I got the Crisp Grape Boom and I could really taste the grape and the tea. I am also a fan of crystal pearls so I'm happy it came with! This is probably my new favorite fruit tea in the area! They also validate parking in the Bravern, so don't forget to ask. read more

Visited again shortly after this review to grab another Matcha Zen; much better experience waiting and getting my drink. Delicious drinks!

The first thing you notice is how divine this little place smells. I'll happily wait for my order surrounded by the smell of tea leaves. Can they bottle the scent and sell that too? Oh. That's right. The drinks are great too. I've only had two so far and both have been great. The staff is also very helpful. read more

I asked my husband to place our order ahead of time using the mobile app, and it showed as "ready." While he waited in the car, he sent our son in to pick it up. Our son ended up waiting over 45 minutes in the store. Eventually, my husband went in to check on the delay, and they claimed the order had already been picked up. Not only was that untrue, but they also accused him of taking the drinks himself and even threatened to review the security cameras. I wish they had pulled up the footage, why on earth would we steal drinks we had already paid for? Especially with our child clearly waiting inside the store the entire time. As a business owner myself, I find this kind of customer service unacceptable. I would never treat a customer this way. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated by how we were handled! read more

Super excited that HEYTEA has been expanding across the US and opened a location in Bellevue at the Bravern. There is no shortage of boba shops in Bellevue and HEYTEA manages to stand out by offering a 0-calorie sweetener option and high level nutrition information available in-app. As someone who drinks boba everyday, the info is very appreciated. The menu is refreshing, full of real fruit teas, cheese teas, and milk teas. The creamy cheese on top of some drinks is delicious, coming from someone who usually removes creama from these drinks. The fruit flavor stands out in both real sugar and 0-calorie sweetener options. No seating inside the small shop but there is space outside in the Bravern courtyard with patio tables and chairs for anyone to use. This will definitely be my go-to boba shop in the area from now on! read more

Heytea - Passion Mango Blast & Creamy Cheese Yumberry - Bubble Tea Near Me - Bellevue, Washington

I heard Hey Tea was coming to Bellevue and knew I had to check it out, especially with their buy one get one 50% off deal going on until Thursday. Hey Tea is famous for their fruit teas and drinks, known for using real fruit and ingredients without added sugar--unless you ask for it. I ended up going twice during the deal. If you visit later in the day, like after 8 PM, the lines are shorter in my experience. My friends waited around 2 hours earlier in the day, but both times I went, I only waited 40 minutes to an hour. Here's what I tried: - Cheese Grape Boom - Coconut Mango Boom - Supreme Brown Sugar Bobo Milk Tea My favorites were definitely the Cheese Grape Boom and the Supreme Milk Tea. The Cheese Grape Boom stood out because no other place offers anything like it. The cheese topping was one of the best I've had at any boba shop, and even though I'm not usually into grape-flavored things, this one was made with real grapes and tasted super fresh. The clear jelly topping added a really nice texture, and it comes with both the grape and mango drinks. The Supreme Milk Tea was surprisingly good too! The boba had a great texture and just the right amount of brown sugar flavor, making it perfectly sweet. That said, their drinks are pricey, running about $9-10 each. It's worth it for the BOGO deal, but otherwise, I'd probably only go if I feel like splurging or if the hype dies down. Still, I think it's definitely worth trying at least once if you're a boba lover! read more

This bubble tea place is totally worth the wait! It's delicious! I'm not a bubble tea person, but I love this place! You need to use the app so you can do other things and go pick up your drinks when they tell your pick up time is. That way you are not wasting time just waiting around. read more

We were able to catch their buy one, get one 50% off promo. Opening date: 8/30 Days 1-3: BOGO Days 4-7: BOGO50%off I was impressed with line management and their advertising of using fresh ingredients and no powder. By the time I went, around 7pm, they had run out of the yumberry drink I wanted to try, so I went with my 2nd choice: milk tea. This was very milky. I could barely taste the tea. We wanted a fruity non-caffeinated drink for the 2nd drink and went with the mango grapefruit which is a popular dessert drink. It wasnt until we received the drink and looked at the label that we realized there was tea in it. With that said, there are no descriptions on the menu. If you want something without tea, you'll have to ask. read more

Heytea - Sago milk tea and Mango grapefruit boom - Bubble Tea Near Me - Bellevue, Washington

First stop at Heytea! My visit was ~1 month after their grand opening. They were still quite packed, and in total it took us ~20 minutes to get all of our drinks. Once your order is taken, there is a screen that lets you know when your order is being prepared and when it is ready--I think it is a pretty good system especially considering how chaotic it was when we went. The staff were really friendly, but my friends had an incident where they both got the same drink, but one was charged $8 and the other $10--not a staff issue, but an issue with their system that needs to be fixed. Who knows how many people got charged extra for this specific drink. The space felt crowded, and the staff behind the counter seemed quite crowded too. DRINKS: - 8.5/10 Bobo Milk Tea . Really fresh and rich milk with good tea. - 9/10 Grape Boom . Never had anything like it before--the grape flavor was really light and felt refreshing. - 9/10 Coconut Mango Boom. SUPER fresh mango chunks in the drink, and the taste of the coconut & mango was really yummy. Overall, drinks were about $8-10/drink. I think I would maybe get the coconut Mango boom or the grape boom if I am in the mood to splurge or am dining in the area, but not worth it as a regular visit. read more

We got the bobo milk tea, cheese green tea, and the coconut mango boom. Each drink was full of flavor and not diluted, they all had the right amount of sweetness without being overly sweet. We came around 1:00 pm on a Saturday and the wait time was around 35 mins to get our drinks. The space is pretty small and cramped, no seating area. We highly recommended all the drinks we got and would come back again. read more

New boba spot in Bellevue! I got the Coconut Mango Boom and Mango Grapefruit Boom. It is comparable in price to most boba shops nowadays, but I feel like offers a lot more since they pack the drink with such a variety of toppings! I feel like the mixture of toppings for both drinks really made for an overall satisfying experience. If you like fruit slushes then I would recommend these drinks! For the coconut mango, I will say that it was hard to taste the coconut, but it was nice there was some fresh fruit. I would have to try a different drink so I could get a better opinion on their teas and tapioca. Overall I was satisfied! read more

The matcha flavor is really strong which is how we like it. It's definitely surpassed the hype! The ingredients used were very high quality. The cheese foam is mad of actual cheese. The location is in Bravern so you can do validated parking. The service is pretty good but they seem a little aloof. The store itself seems very small so if there is a line then it'll be too crowded. I do love their store design even the matcha powder on the counter area. read more

Ordered the coconut mango boom and cloud crisp grape(hype from influencers).. -Pros: I enjoy the idea that the ingredients are healthier non artificial, no additives etc. They have an app to order ahead instead of waiting in line. -Cons: Tastes just OKAAY not out of the world, drive and park just for this. Can do better with sanitary management (fruit flies flying around everywhere). Prefer Chi Cha San Chen. read more

I absolutely love hey tea! The mango coconut boom will always be #1. Straight up deliciousness can't complain about anything:) Recently tried the new Matcha Zen Latte with boba and it was again DELICIOUS! The boba was so soft and chewy very fresh! I'd give a higher review if we were strictly talking beverage, but my opening weekend experience was horrible. Waiting for 2 hours would've honestly been fine, if not for the fact that the workers told us the wait would only be 40 minutes. In reality, the drinks are as good as all the five stars claim. But the system/flow of the new opening is rough, and the estimate from the staff here made me wish I didn't wait altogether. read more

This is probably my new favorite bubble tea place! The line was super long but was worth the long wait. The tea was tasty, and tapioca pearls were cooked perfectly. I only drink milk tea so I can't say anything about the fruit tea however. The inside is awfully small though. They do validate parking if you show the cashier your parking ticket you got from entering the garage. read more

It is located on 2nd floor which is level 1 on a regular building. It is behind the blue elevators in a corridor. You have to pass the fireplace. It makes sense now all people there while waiting for their drinks. It was freezing! There are no other chairs because it is tiny. Making line was something. The app says you can't order online on busy hours. That's why the line. Waiting to order took about 20 minutes and then another 15 to get our order. The mary something berry was really good. The slushie even had berries in it! The mango coconut was good, but I think I don't have to come all the way here and pay double when we have a very good all Mango and sago place in Redmond. I didn't know they validated parking! Grrr $8 bucks for boba. So yes, validate it. I didn't feel it's worth waiting that long. If they weren't this crowded, I would come often when around. Also have to think it is on the pricey side: $15.5 each beverage. Nicely packed in a nice location. Is it worth it? I guess I'll have to try more because until now I don't feel the hype. read more
