Been here a couple times now and I always seem to get their rendang sandwich. I like it though. Rendang (4): Good quality meat. Large chunks. Tender. Well seasoned and flavorful. The veggies stand out. Fresh and tasty. There's some mint or something in there that makes it taste extra fresh. I like the contrast to the meat. Good location with a lot of options. Will likely return since I work in this building.

This place has potential but definitely needs some improvements. www were there around when they just open and was the only one there. I wanted a hot sandwich but when I tried ordering one, the screen showed 2 out of the 3 options was already sold out, which was disappointing. Luckily I asked the person there and the said they needed to update the inventory so they had the sandwich that I wanted. I got the belly sandwich. The sandwich was really good, there was a huge slab of neat there and flavor was on point. It got soggy after a bit but it still tastes good. However, the menu said it has an egg but that was completely missing. There is no visible evidence of an egg or even tastes of eggs anywhere.... which is disappointing

Very solid sandwiches here. I've tried the club and the prosciutto sandwiches. It was flavorful, the ingredients were fresh, and the bread tastes fresh. The service is always fast and efficient. And since this is in the food court, there's plenty of seats.

I would give this place a 3.5 stars. Atmosphere: 5/5 Located on the 2nd floor of Lincoln Square (where the skybridge is located). It's toward the back past Dote Coffee near the bathrooms. Service: 4/5 You order using a kiosk. We didn't interact with anyone there. I wish there was at least a conversation, especially because this is a new business. Food: 3/5 To be honest, the sandwiches looked better than they tasted. My partner got the Rendang and I got the club. Paid $29 total after tip. My partner thought the Rendang was decently good. It had similar taste to a banh mi. Not nearly as big as the club sandwich. The club sandwich left much to be desired. I really liked how the sandwhich was packed. However, the flavors were lacking and I'm not sure why. The bread they used was focaccia, which was good but unsure if that was the best choice. Maybe it was the lack of sauce? The description states it included mayo but either I didn't get any or the pesto/oil they put was too overpowering. Also, there are no napkins!!! Nowhere to be in sight. That was a bit frustrating. FYI, their food rating is just "Okay". Location: 5/5 Good location esp if you are shopping, ample parking in the garage downstairs.

Part of a food court with a lot of enticing options. I ordered the belly sandwich, southeast asian inspired sandwich. It was on the greasy side not sure if it's because of the pork belly or if all their sandwiches are like that. Very quick service during saturday lunch time but the cashier was a little rude when we asked for a cup of water.

Great place to get sandwiches. The sandwiches were very flavorful, a bit smaller than expected. I highly recommend the pork belly sandwich. Their drinks were also very good. I recommend and would come back.

Top tier sandwich with noticeably better ingredients than most other places. Can't wait to try all them!

The sandwiches here are incredible. They serve both cold and hot options and come pressed in an industrial panini press giving the sandwich a great texture and bite. Bread is from Macrina Bakery from Seattle. Sandwiches range from: Club, Prosciutto, Salami (cold), and Rendang, Belly, and Steak (Hot). Each sandwich is inspired and hand curated from popular chefs in the region. They plan on adding craft salads to the menu once things get rolling. I love all of them, but the Hot Rendang and the Belly are mind blowing good.

I feel like this place should become much more popular. Their sandwiches are cheap and one the best in Bellevue/Redmond actually. And I always had nice experience with the employees there as well. Highly recommend!

I thought I'd give this chain a try and I was very disappointed. Parking: mall garage, free. Atmosphere: no seating, long lines for ordering, waiting for your order to be completed is longer than waiting in the line (I presume it is because they fill mobile orders at the same time). Menu: posted on the back wall above the register, also a smaller menu at the beginning of the ribbon divider. Service: order and pay at the front, wait for your order to be announced, grab your own straw. Mango Sago Smoothie: I requested 30% sweetness and it was still very sweet but that wasn't the worst part--it wasn't until I reach the bottom of the cup that I saw the sago was nothing but two large coagulated clumps. It was clearly poorly made and not fresh. The mango tasted mediocre and was nothing to write home about. The boba was also very unevenly cooked and was mushy on the outside and rubbery/hard inside. I noticed this on the first sip and wasn't going to stand back in the 10 minute queue to get it remade. I'm all for bubble tea joints and I honestly thought the drinks would be better quality for a chain so large that I hear about.
