I was excited to see Chicago style wings so I decided to give this place a try. I love mild sauce and the reviews were high, so I figured I found a gem. I was highly disappointed with the food here. The wait is long like some reviews mentioned, but your food is fresh and hot- cooked to order. The chicken wings were rather bland, but I figured once I got home and smothered them in mild sauce it'll be fine- NO! The mild sauce was the most disappointing part because it didn't taste good at all, their recipe was far too ketchupy ( not a word, but completely fitting lol) I also a deep dish pizza which didn't taste bad but I wouldn't order again. We also got peach cobbler after the cashier raved about it. WHEN I SAY THAY WAS THE WORST COBBLER IVE EVER ATE, BABY IM NOT LYING!! I was told about this place from a coworker today, and boy was I satisfied.. I had the rib tips and fries.. ribs were tender and the sauce was good.. the only thing I would say is that there should've been more rub tips on the plate.. all and all I will be back .. Hershey is a great place. It reminds me of home back in Chicago. When you first walk in there are a bunch of signatures on the wall. Many people from everywhere come and try a taste of Chicago. I love the menu variety. You can get chicken and shrimp, catfish and chicken, catfish and shrimp, etc. the best part. They have Harold's mild sauce! Wow! I had the fried jumbo shrimp and added a piece of catfish. The shrimp were HUGE and the catfish was fried perfectly. Honestly the best I've had in awhile. The tartar sauce was different than I'm used to, but it was good. You either need to ask for cocktail sauce or they don't carry any. Staff is very friendly. Today my taste buds was craving pizza and I saw an add for Hershey's (Chicago style pizza) so I tried it. It was delicious it tastes nothing like Texas pizzas it's the red sauce. Parking is competitive. Once you walk in there are two counters and neither indicate order/pickup, so people are standing in both lines confused.Ordered my food which was pizza, phillycheese steak, fries and two drinks. I was told an hour wait but it was 40min. The place is too small and due to social distancing you can't wait inside. They only call order numbers on the inside so you have to keep going inside checking to see if your order has been called.The pizza was GREAT, hot and very flavorful. Definitely needs more help within the business. Recently came and it was only one worker throughout the entire restaurant. Placed an order online and the pizza dough was very undercooked, italian beef was salty and unnecessarily dipped, heavily. I went here for the Chicago style hot beef dipped sandwich, and I'm glad I did. I paid a little extra for the mixed sweet and spicy peppers. All in all, it was delicious and perfect. The only complaint I have is about the bread. I got it double dipped, and the break basically disintegrated. These types of sandwiches should use a bread with a harder outer crust that can hold up to the dip. For example, the bread at Jimmy John's (right across the street) would be a better choice. The staff were professional and polite, and the lady who brought my lunch to my table was super friendly. I will definitely go here again when I get a craving for the dipped sandwich, next time I'll get it single dipped instead of double dipped. read more

I've been to this location many times. This is a black owned business that I am rooting for. I'm originally from Chicago so when I found out that there was a Chicago-based restaurant near me that I didn't have to drive all the way out to, I was really excited and so are my parents. the chicken is great especially when is fried hard the fries are amazing the mild sauce just reminds me of home. I have tried their pizza & their deep dish pizza which is pretty good and I have definitely tried their pizza puffs which is just a basically fried pizza burrito to make sense for people to understand what a pizza puff is. The location is pretty small but it is worth it the cashiers and the cooks they're nice they'll help you if you don't understand what you're getting especially if you never had a pizza puff or you don't know anything about the deep dish pizza. The food is amazing. I have had the steak hoagie twice. The sausage and cheese pizza and chicken. I have also had the butter cookies and peach cobbler. I would not recommend the peach cobbler. Gosh, I'm really conflicted about if this should be a 4 star or a 5 star review. My love wanted pizza and he picked this place after a scant 90 second Yelp lookup. I have to admit, the pictures here on Yelp really didn't sell me on this place - dear Business Owners, please put up photos of your food looking yummy and/or pretty! It really helps! But in the end, despite some minor hiccups, I'm really glad we went, and we'll be back! After confirming that they make their catfish in-house, that's what I ordered. And my love ordered the personal deep dish pizza he had his heart set on. My catfish came out after about 10 minutes, but we had to wait about 30 minutes total for the pizza, something the owner warned us about only at the end of that wait period, lol. So we dug into my catfish right there in the restaurant while it was hot, and holy crap it was addictive! Nice and crunchy and salty with a nice amount of zesty seasoning, and I chose to dip it in their zesty-vinegary hot sauce instead of the tartar sauce because duh! And it was a killer combo, I regret nothing! The hush puppies weren't super fresh, but they weren't stale either, and they were really enjoyable either way. The only thing I didn't like was the fries, they were soggy and super bland even with the upcharge to make them cheese fries.... not even the hot sauce could save them. I think I'll just order catfish filets a la carte next time if they'll let me, with a side of hush puppies and lots and lots of that hot sauce! The pizza was only meh. Being from Chicago (Southside), I decided to give this place multiple tries but everytime it has disappointed me. I was expecting the wings to taste like they do in Chicago, NOPE! No lemon pepper seasoning like Chicago! There is a complete difference from the kind you find here, more of a powder that chunks. The pizza is does not taste like authentic Chicago style pizza at all! The fries are either warm or cold when you get them which make they terrible. Plus they charge extra just for mild sauce. I can understand for a side of mild sauce, but to put it on the fries is usually free. Those of you not from Chicago, please don't think this place is a good representation of our food and taste because on a scale of 1 to 10, this place gets a 3! Me and my family were missing some food from back home (Chicago). We read the comments about this place and it wasn't good but, we had to see for ourselves. All together we ordered an Italian Beef, two Gyro's prepared differently, 2 pizza puffs with fries and mild sauce. got a call from wife to tell me that my Italian beef combo does not come with Italian sausage ( go figure) instead it comes with a hot link. Which if anybody that was born and raised in Chicago Italian beef combo sandwiches do not have hotlinks and Italian beef sandwiches don't use Swiss or nacho cheese they use mozzarella or provolone. Also my Gyro only had three slivers of meat on the whole sandwich so I had more bread than anything that to Tzatziki sauce barely had any cucumber in it and instead of sweet peppers on my wife's beef sandwich they put spicy peppers. The beef was more like lunchmeat roast beef warmed up which is not the same.We also ordered six wings which did not taste as good as Harold's. so overall this experience was way overrated in my opinion very bad and it taste nothing like Chicago style food. We ordered 2-9 piece wings (they were out of whole wings) and 2 pieces of fish with a small pizza. When the pizza came out it was a personal pizza. Now on the menu the pizza is listed at 12" and 16" the average person would take the 12" as a small and the 16" as a large. Mind you..if you know that when someone says small they are going to get a personal pizza wouldn't you clarify that with the customer ?? We were not upset but we did ask to pay the difference and get the 12" but we were told that we could not do that because we already had the personal pizza. We didnt open the pizza it was just given to us. So you would rather not allow the customer to right their wrong and keep them as customers we go all the time) over a 4 sliced pizza? I never ordered a personal pizza. Maybe the menu should specify small is personal even though in the pizza world a small is a small and a personal is a personal. Not to mention that personal pizza was $7 and a 12" is what $9 just common customer service would have been..are you sure you want that personal pizza it's only 4 slices??
