Came here on a weekday morning to get some breakfast. Our waitress gave us the best service with a friendly smile. The food came out hot and delicious-even the maple syrup for my bf's pancakes was hot! I ordered the eggs Benedict and it was delicious but so much food. The restaurant was not very loud which I liked since we could talk normally to have a conversation. Great Texas experience.

I really hate giving less than adequate revues, but this was a place full of less than adequate. The coffee was bad. The server wasn't any better. We had to get our own creamer, to drown out the coffee. My wife had pancakes. They were very good, as was the bacon. My entire breakfast was inedible. Just look at oatmeal. Runny, slimey, 4 blueberries. The eggs were flat and overcooked. Did I mention service? She doted on the regulars, and there were a LOT of them, talking over each other like New Yorkers on a subway.

Always very friendly and helpful service!! They remember how I like my tea. I hope they add Apple Pay sometime in the near future.

We came for the Sunday brunch buffet, $15/person. The wait was about 10 minutes. The buffet selection was really good, especially the chicken fried steak with gravy, they also have an omelette station. You can get a free desert to-go pie or cake when you leave.

Stopped in for breakfast on a Saturday morning around 10am. They were busy but we were immediately greeted and seated. They have lots of regulars as numerous guests and staff knew each other by name and that was great to see. Our waitress was very busy but attentive and clearly working hard. Menu has plenty of options to choose from. They have daily specials and a Sunday brunch buffet. I was starving and in the mood for comfort food so ordered the loaded hashbrowns with bacon and biscuit & gravy. It was delicious! A large portion of hashbrowns cooked well with pieces of bacon mixed with cheese then topped with two eggs. You get to choose you meat, how you wNt your eggs cooked, and toast or biscuit & gravy for the side. It was so filling and delicious! I had to try a bite of the biscuit but I brought it home to eat today. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a casual good meal.

Texas Benedict: tasty variation of a classic dish! Mexi-skillet: average flavors. Waffle: solid and soaks up syrup just great Staff are friendly if a bit, umm. Laid back.

Went for Sunday Brunch. For the price the food is very good. Service is , super friendly. It's a nostalgic diner style restaurant. Could use some new upgrades but it's clean. Will definitely be back.

Let's get to the good stuff; the food was delicious. I ordered the blackened tilapia, which came with steamed vegetables and mashed potatoes, but I requested to have the vegetables replaced with just steamed broccoli. My server, Shereen, is super kind and accommodating, and thus I waited patiently for the food. I visited when there was only 1 group of people inside. Because I was a single individual ordering 1 meal, I expected the food to be out at a reasonable time. As I waited, 3 more groups of people arrived after I ordered. Eventually, 2 of those groups got their food. By this point I had waited for 20 minutes for a single tilapia dish, and my server knew it was getting unreasonable. She came over to reassure me it's coming, and offered to discount my meal. By the 30 minute mark, she came over again to check in. I eventually got the meal, but noticed that the steamed vegetables weren't replaced by the broccoli I requested. In the end, I received my singular dish and separate plate of broccoli after 35-40 minutes. As much as the food was delicious, portions were smaller than I thought. I might come back to give this place another chance and hope my experience gets better.

We were instructed to seat ourselves and choose one of the 4 padded booths along the wall. The other seating was table and chairs and relatively small. There's a separate lunch menu and a larger one with more choices and larger portions. Their dessert menu is not included but definitely ask about them; some are house made. My friend and I informed the server that we were going to split two different entrées. She said she would bring extra bowls and we could split it ourselves. To me this is not an unusual request and would be much easier if done in the kitchen. The beef stroganoff and pecan crusted chicken and pasta with pesto sauce were both delicious. The portions were large enough that we were able to take some leftovers home. I liked the bread a lot; it was thin and perfectly toasted. I checked their online menu ahead of time and realized that it is different than the one we received. The pecan crusted chicken was a nice surprise.

TL;DR: Planned to grab a quick sandwich. Ended up eating more than half the menu with Daniel Vaughn while chatting with the talented Marc Fadel. Smoked meats? Incredible. Lebanese twist? Genius. Hospitality? Unmatched. This was a five-star meat miracle. It was just past 11 on Saturday, and I had a simple plan: swing by Habibi Barbecue for a sandwich and skedaddle. But as I pull up to the Ghost Food Park, I spot none other than the BBQ Snob himself, Daniel Vaughn, admiring the big steel offset like it was the Mona Lisa of smokers. We chatted. I fanboyed. He offered to share a meal. I said yes faster than a fat cap melts under a low flame. Out come the trays. Not a tray. Trays. Plural. Overflowing with bark, juice, and joy. The brisket was textbook: tender, smoke-ringed, and confident. The burnt ends were candy with a bark, kissed by just the right amount of sauce. The pork ribs held their shape but surrendered with a gentle tug, seasoned like they'd been given a TED Talk on flavor. The dino beef rib was a whole paleo protein event: massive, primal, and mind-blowing. Tucked underneath the pile, pita bread soaked up all the meaty runoff. I made a little Habibi taco with pickles and sauce that nearly brought a tear to my eye. Then came the burger. Looked like a classic smash: double meat, double cheese, pickles, mustard. But that Lebanese purple coleslaw? That's the twist. Tangy, crunchy, and the perfect cool contrast to the rich beef. Fries were crinkle-cut, crispy, and praise be unburdened by a salt mine. Now my wife, The Side Dish Sage, wasn't with me this time, but she would've elbowed me out of the way for a second helping of the tabbouleh salad: bright, herby, and packed with cucumber crunch. The garlic potatoes had the crisp-on-the-outside, creamy-on-the-inside thing locked down. Finally, the Lebanese BBQ bowl: rice, lettuce, pickles, pickled turnips, hummus, pita chips, tzatziki, and a healthy heap of brisket. It's a flavor bomb. A Texa-bibi mezze miracle. Marc Fadel, this man is the real deal. His family is putting out food with soul, smoke, and story. And they're only open Friday night and Saturday. That's confidence. That's swagger. That's knowing you're serving something worth showing up for. Habibi Barbecue wasn't just a quick lunch. What I got was better: hospitality, conversation, and a top-tier meal with legends on both sides of the table. This is what barbecue is about: community, culture, and craft. I came for one sandwich. I left with a full belly, a full heart, and a new respect for what happens when Texas smoke meets Lebanese spice. That, my friends, is what you call a pita party.

I've been a semi regular at BJ's over the last year and was initially pretty excited about it - Good beer, good meaty pizzas.... But the last 3 times I've been to BJ's, the service has deteriorated exponentially to the point I can never return. Let me tell you about the last straw..... Dinner began as normal - Drinks and food were brought out timely, but I could never have known what would happen next. When I was handed my refill of slightly flat, watered down Dr. Pepper from my waitress, I couldn't help but notice the bottom of the glass was hot. No matter, the drink was sufficiently cold. I set the cup on the table, took a bite of my Epic Five Meat pizza, took the slightest moment to blink... BANG! I opened my eyes to find my glass had exploded, splitting itself perfectly in half, with my 20 ounces of slightly flat, watered down Dr. Pepper evacuating the glass as if it were the Titanic in reverse, spilling onto my pants, shoes, table and my entire side of the booth. As it turns out, the hot glass with an ice cold drink in it was indeed...... The matter. Unfortunately, as a result of the glass exploding, it was unclear, how much, if any shards of glass were left in mine and my party's food. When we attempted to wave our waitress down, she seemed to understand something had happened and reassured us, "I'll get him a new drink." A new drink was the least of my problems. I needed a towel. Thankfully a single towel was brought to us, and the waitress left it while she went to get me another drink, presumably with a bus boy on their way any minute to clean up the remnants of the exploded glass. The bus boy never came. As it appears to me, I, the patron soaked in slightly flat, watered down Dr. Pepper, dealing with the shock of being served an IED with slightly flat, watered down Dr. Pepper as the accelerant, was expected to clean the mess up. There I was, standing in the middle of the restaurant soaked with slightly flat, watered down Dr. Pepper waiting for solutions. Help was not on the way. The waitress brought me a new drink, but with myself and the booth still soaked there was nowhere to enjoy my slightly flat, watered down Dr. Pepper, so we asked to speak with the manager. When arriving on the scene of the exploding slightly flat, watered down Dr. Pepper, the manager seemed to explain what happened, "Looks like you were given a hot glass and it exploded." To which I responded, "Yes. It appears I was.". I explained to the manager that I was not comfortable eating food that possibly had some extra glass seasoning on it from my explosive slightly flat, watered down Dr. Pepper. He seemed to be confused as to what should happen next. He offered to remake the food, but with myself and the booth still soaked, there would be nowhere to enjoy them. So our bill was heavily discounted for the food that was ordered, and I left stickier and sadder than I entered. I, as a man of morals, living by the wise words of George Bush, cannot return to this establishment to, "Get fooled again." And no, human beings and glass shards cannot coexist peacefully. See attached for proof of the exploding glass. Review done.
