We came for Father's Day and it was pretty packed. We only waited 15ish minutes. The food is all coming out hot and fresh. It's cute little old school diner feel. Nothing exciting to look at but very quaint and homey. My kids already want to go back. My only issue was charging the same price for adults and kids. The vibe here is family-friendly and chill, but the food... listen, friends, if you haven't experienced the Sunday Brunch yet, then literally what are you doing with your life? Take an appetite, because if you can't put away a couple of plates, you're gonna be pissed at yourself. I actually worked here for 7 years, so I won't lie, I'm biased. But the reason I worked there for 7 years is that it's just a legit diner with talented chefs and good service. Jenna, Trisha, Sarah, and the rest of the servers will get to know you by name, remember what you drink, suggest the best options (there's nothing bad on the menu; I know that sounds nuts but it's true), and take great care of you. Jessica, Mi, Song, and Danny are the best people I have ever worked for. They have integrity and they honestly love their guests. We've cried when we lost customers, been to parties and funerals for customers, made hospital visits, grieved and celebrated with so many of our diner guests because they became family. Came here on a weekday morning to get some breakfast. Our waitress gave us the best service with a friendly smile. The food came out hot and delicious-even the maple syrup for my bf's pancakes was hot! I ordered the eggs Benedict and it was delicious but so much food. I really hate giving less than adequate revues, but this was a place full of less than adequate. The coffee was bad. The server wasn't any better. We had to get our own creamer, to drown out the coffee. My wife had pancakes. They were very good, as was the bacon. My entire breakfast was inedible. Just look at oatmeal. Runny, slimey, 4 blueberries. The eggs were flat and overcooked. Did I mention service? Needed a brunch buffet close to globe life so we could grab a quick bite then head to the game. Soooo glad this place was recommended by an Arlington foodies group! Great daily specials. Extra variety of sides. Eat here 3 or 4 times a week with friends. The staff is quick and fun.

If you think old style Diner with huge servings and vinyl covered chairs this place is for you. We order fried pork chop and cream gravy which covered the plate, chicken fried steak with cream gravy as well. Cream gravy should be the only legal gravy in the world as it is a delicacy in itself. The vegetables were all healthy and the service perfect. This will be a must visit for us every time we return to our roots traveling back home. PS the deserts were inexpensive and looked so amazing but remember the covered our plate meat - no room left in tummy to enjoy. Next time though an order of desert to go is on the menu. read more

They have lots of regulars as numerous guests and staff knew each other by name and that was great to see. Our waitress was very busy but attentive and clearly working hard. I was starving and in the mood for comfort food so ordered the loaded hashbrowns with bacon and biscuit & gravy. It was delicious! A large portion of hashbrowns cooked well with pieces of bacon mixed with cheese then topped with two eggs. You get to choose you meat, how you wNt your eggs cooked, and toast or biscuit & gravy for the side. It was so filling and delicious! While the regular menu and daily specials are hard to beat, the AYCE Sunday brunch is a real treat! Plenty of fresh out breakfast items such as scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, potatoes, gravy, biscuits and pancakes are available. You can also get made to order waffles and omelets. It doesn't stop there, though. They offer a Sunday dinner with all the fixings - salad bar, chicken tenders, fried chicken, grilled chicken breasts, and all the veggies. They also usually have a large beef roast and a ham that are carved for you. I'm sure I'm leaving several things out but they keep hot food coming from the kitchen to refill all the chafing dishes. You cannot take any food out; however, the meal includes a dessert which they will gladly box up for you to take home. First and foremost, I'm not a fan of breakfast foods. However, mom was in town and wanted breakfast. I ordered and went to pick up. I was allowed to get a lunch type plate and ordered mom a breakfast plate. The food was absolutely worth the price! The service picking it up was excellent. There were sections for salad, Belgian waffles, fruit, and, dessert. The center section held the main dishes which included bacon, omelets, eggs benedict, sausage, fried fish, biscuits and gravy, chicken-fried steak, ham, roasted potatoes, chicken fried chicken, meatloaf, green beans, corn, and macaroni and cheese. I learned that I could get my one dessert to go, I selected the carrot cake. Some food items were lukewarm, but most were hot. I'm happy I got to try their entire menu.
