Nice small food park in Dalworthington Gardens/Central Arlington…read more I just happened by on a Monday but the trucks were in hibernation mode. I came back on early Saturday evening after a nice cooling rain. It was pleasantly not crowded. I got a couple of empanadas from one truck and a couple of smash burgers from another. Both items were delicious. When I go back, I want to try something from the hibachi grill. I got an Oakcliff smashburger and my son enjoyed a Dallas. We loved our burgers. You could tell they were made fresh with chunks of avocado and bacon for me! The empanadas were good if a bit small. The dough pocket could have been premade, so I'll have to try something else from that food truck. That's the beauty and draw of a food truck park as pi your able to try have what you want and still eat together! I hope people come out and give this place a try. Come check it out, they got something for nearly everybody!

I ordered the street tacos with brisket. It came with an order of 5 tacos. I also got the green spaghetti. The brisket had a really good and savory taste to them with a little fat to set them off. The salsa verde could've been a little spicier but still delicious. The green spaghetti was not hot but it was interesting and I'd get again but add some salt. The young lady working at the counter was sweet and helped me make my decisions. The food came out quickly, too. Now I was slightly confused and thought I was at the wrong spot because it's essentially a bar/pool hall that sells food but I was pleasantly surprised. It wasn't too loud or busy either. I ate some of my food and had plenty leftover. Definitely a must try!

Yum. Yum yum yum yum YUM YUM YUM…read more Okay, a few more details: Bite My Biscuit (BMB) made the trek to Lewisville to grace us with their presence at Witherspoon Distillery, and I'm glad they did! But boy, did they walk into a situation that really required 2 to 3 food trucks, and they were the only one... The line was long and the wait was longer, but I can't really fault them for that. Witherspoon had a bigger than expected crowd that evening, with some live music and a couple of events (including a Match.com event - that made for some fun people watching). Apparently BMB was told earlier that day that a large crowd could materialize, so they didn't really have time to buy extra food or prep much. But they kept smiling and were nice about it, and everyone went with the flow and it was fine. By the time we finally got our food (made to order for sure - took a while), we were starving. I got the burger (the brisket on a biscuit had run out) and my wife got the special (which I'm blanking on). Both were very tasty. The burger was maybe just a *tad* overdone and the patty wasn't big, but serving it on a biscuit-style bun with some yummy sauce made for a good, hefty sammich. With a side of fries that we shared - which were excellent - it was plenty of food. Value was pretty good, too, particularly for a food truck. I don't think I'd go as far as calling it gourmet like some people have, but it was good and were satisfied. I'd totally order food from the BMB truck again. Oh, and it wasn't exactly a truck - it's actually a really nice trailer. :) (See the pic someone posted.)
