On top of that, there were obvious new stitches added that hadn't been there before, and they didn't even remotely match the fabric or color of the knit. I also brought in a trench coat, which came back with all the same stains untouched -- honestly, for the best considering what happened to the dress. When I returned to show them the damage, there was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to offer compensation. I had to request a refund myself. The employee handed it to me and simply walked away without even acknowledging the inconvenience. This place used to be excellent before the ownership change. Now it's an absolute mess. Please do not trust them with valuable clothing, especially anything sentimental like a wedding dress.

If that's not fast enough for you, find another dry cleaner. Yes, their service is performed off site at another location, hence the delay in returning your items. One thing I like very much is they are open on Saturday until 7 pm and all day Sunday (because they also offer washer/dryer for do-it-yourself or laundry service). It's incredibly convenient to be able to drop off or pick up laundry or/and dry cleaning on both weekends days. And until 7 pm!! If your clothes have been there a while, they actually call or text you to remind you to come pick your clothes up. They prefer payment at drop off, which I prefer, so you can pick up quite easily, no waiting for other customers, etc. The workers are very polite and helpful.

The pieces that came back cleaned also didn't look like they had been cleaned thoroughly. One of them was a pair of pants that was covered with lint and loose threads. The other was a winter puffer coat that had bits of fuzz still stuck to the velcro parts.

When I went to collect my things their credit card machine wasn't working and all I had was a card. They directed me to the ATM in the store next door and because it was a generic ATM I had to pay a $2 fee. I was a bit irritated by this but what could I do, I had to pay to get my clothes. I needn't have worried. The deducted the $2 off my bill for the inconvenience. I am never going anywhere else but here as long as I am in Boston!

I've been to this laundromat many times and the staff attitude is generally rude, however that does not bother me as everyone has their own things going on. However the latest instance is just completely unacceptable. An employee named James was openly rude and discriminatory toward a deaf customer -- my mother. He spoke to her from behind, then snapped and rolled his eyes when she didn't respond--despite the obvious reason being that she couldn't hear him. Instead of showing basic understanding, he escalated the situation with unnecessary attitude. On top of that, they shut off the lights and force customers out right at 8:50, even if machines are still running--despite starting them well before the final call. We were rushed out mid-process, which is incredibly frustrating especially when we just spent $100 worth of laundry at this facility. Most laundromat's I've been to in the past at least let you stay a few mins past close if you have less than 10 mins left on the dryer. To make things worse, James continued yelling at us in the parking lot after we called out his behavior toward the deaf customer. No one should be treated that way.
