Last winter, I'd brought in a cherished sweater with a moth hole, only to see the hole become invisible on return, to my amazement. She had not promised magic, in fact was cautious when she saw the hole, but she worked hard to create magic. I have been extremely pleased and relieved to have someone as reliable as Lee's in the neighborhood. And even if it weren't in the neighborhood, I'd probably make the effort to go there - over the advertised and promoted cleaners all around.

I'm going to need to take it to someone else to redo it now. She is so ridiculously obstinate and controlling that she is unreliable like that. I have used their dry cleaning service numerous times in the last 12 months. No problems…read morewhatsoever. The turnaround on a Saturday drop off may be Tuesday or Weds. If that's not fast enough for you, find another dry cleaner. Yes, their service is performed off site at another location, hence the delay in returning your items. One thing I like very much is they are open on Saturday until 7 pm and all day Sunday (because they also offer washer/dryer for do-it-yourself or laundry service). It's incredibly convenient to be able to drop off or pick up laundry or/and dry cleaning on both weekends days. And until 7 pm!! If your clothes have been there a while, they actually call or text you to remind you to come pick your clothes up. They prefer payment at drop off, which I prefer, so you can pick up quite easily, no waiting for other customers, etc. The workers are very polite and helpful.

I've never had any issues with damage to my stuff. I had one time a wool sweater was shrank, but that's on me. I didn't mean to throw it in my bag to begin with, and I didn't ask for dry cleaning, just wash and fold, so just be aware of what you're throwing in there. They also ask what kind of detergent you would like.
