I brought it in with a few small fresh…read morestains and got it back with the original stains still there, plus new large oily stains from their "cleaning attempts." On top of that, there were obvious new stitches added that hadn't been there before, and they didn't even remotely match the fabric or color of the knit. I also brought in a trench coat, which came back with all the same stains untouched -- honestly, for the best considering what happened to the dress. When I returned to show them the damage, there was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to offer compensation. I had to request a refund myself. The employee handed it to me and simply walked away without even acknowledging the inconvenience. This place used to be excellent before the ownership change. Now it's an absolute mess. Please do not trust them with valuable clothing, especially anything sentimental like a wedding dress.

There was one pair of pants that didn't have any material in the rear waist for alterations but Lee, expertly, took what material available in the leg hem -- allowing me more wearable life on this suit. So whether it's simple alterations on the length of pants (there's a small fitting area to try things on) or more complicated things Harvard Cleaners is the place to take it. I very clearly instructed her to cut five inches off the bottom and then turn it up and hem it. I returned back the following week and I paid her $45.00 dollars to do it. Well, the sewing job was done well, however, she refuses to cut off as much as I wanted. She only cut off about two inches and then turned it up and hemmed it. I'm going to need to take it to someone else to redo it now. She is so ridiculously obstinate and controlling that she is unreliable like that. I told her that I had other dresses from Temu that I also want to have fixed. Unfortunately, even though she sews very well I'm not going to be able to give her return business.

The washers are 3.75 for small/medium load, 7.00 for the big washer that can do comforters. Extra .25 to do an extra rinse. The dryers are all large and are .25 for every 5 minutes (I think but they didn't actually have it posted). Went in July and it was GROSSLY warm, no AC which was expected but also no fans or ventilation at all. Otherwise it was easy to use, not busy, and they had a quarter machine. Quarter machine only used cash, no cards. No staff in the laundromat, but there's staff in the dry cleaner next door (I think they're owned by the same people?) Overall take is that if there was another option nearby, I would probably try the other option...but this laundromat is directly below my apartment so catch me there every weekend!

I have used their dry cleaning service numerous times in the last 12 months. No problems…read morewhatsoever. The turnaround on a Saturday drop off may be Tuesday or Weds. If that's not fast enough for you, find another dry cleaner. Yes, their service is performed off site at another location, hence the delay in returning your items. One thing I like very much is they are open on Saturday until 7 pm and all day Sunday (because they also offer washer/dryer for do-it-yourself or laundry service). It's incredibly convenient to be able to drop off or pick up laundry or/and dry cleaning on both weekends days. And until 7 pm!! If your clothes have been there a while, they actually call or text you to remind you to come pick your clothes up. They prefer payment at drop off, which I prefer, so you can pick up quite easily, no waiting for other customers, etc. The workers are very polite and helpful.

The large washers are around $7.25 per load, and the small ones were around $3.25. Dryers are only $1.00 (if you wash your clothes there), but unfortunately the coin dispenser was broken so you'll have to provide those on your own. Personally I was looking for either a cheaper wash or somewhere that you could pay with a card, so I'm marking it down a bit. Again, perhaps these are standard for the area, I don't know (but in that case I think I'd also rate the standard with three stars lol).
