Randomly discovered Henry's on the way home from a wedding. Love how late they're open and honestly it's just a good cheap doughnut. We tried the Boston cream and maple bacon. Donuts were super greasy. Also weird to have the entire case full of donuts at midnight, with no costumers in sight. How long do they have them sitting? Also you can't see them boxing the donuts from behind the counter, so as I was telling him which ones I wanted he was boxing them. I didn't think about the price too much, but noticed when I got home and opened the box he added more donuts I didn't ask for, so I was charged more than I should have been. read more

This place may have been the default go-to back in the day, but with so many new options for donuts and pastries in Everett and absolutely no changes made by Henry's to keep up or innovate, I really can't think of any reason to keep going here. You would think that a donut shop that's open 24 hours would be making new stock throughout the day, but if you get here past 9am, you're stuck getting what they might have left. Get there past 1pm and everything is dry and old. I've started going to a different bakery on Broadway and can't imagine ever going back here. read more

I came to this Henry's Donuts Everett location today for the second of five stops on a driving donut tour. The building is quaint and vibrant and there was abundant parking this morning. There was a short line when I arrived, and it turned out to be a relatively brief wait time. The workers were cordial and efficient at taking orders and getting customers through. I got the Double Chocolate Cake donut. The frosting was thin and smooth with a light chocolate flavor. In my experience, cake donuts tend towards fluffy or dense. This one was towards the fluffy end. The cake and frosting paired perfectly and I could taste both. Serving size was petite, making it a quick eat. read more

ERMAGHEERRDDD I love me some donuts.. pastries are my passion.. (kidding, it's not that serious. Yet.. maybe Facebook official one day ) nom nom nom This place tho.. yes please!!! I'm a sucker for an apple fritter and this place has the 2nd best apple fritter I've ever had. Huge donuts, great prices, and 24 hours?!?! Who can complain??!! Not me, I'll tell ya that! If you're REALLY craving something sweet, make sure to get here around 5am when everything is fresh and hot from the oven.. And I love that they have so many awesome and seasonal flavors too!! Very very good and great service.. I stopped in to get clients a nice Friday surprise, (before 5am) So, I did notice that at least one box had a "Bakers Dozen" and I felt the overwhelming necessity to make it a true dozen, nobody wants an odd number pretending to be a dozen so I remedied the situation and what a heavenly tasty treat that turned out to be.. I will certainly return for a few more... just to be sure, consistent quality check... Amazing ham & cheese croissants. Lovely huge regular croissants. Double-chocolate cake donuts (my favorite donut) with or without sprinkles or other toppings. This was a 3.5 star for me- but I rounded up. I saw a picture of a custard filled long donut with bacon on top & said- I want to go there. Unfortunately for me- the donut "bar" had no custard. The one that looked like a long john- nope, no custard. Bummer. Now, the donuts were good- I just was expecting something I didn't get. My favorite were the folded donuts- like the corners were pulled in and the inside of a jelly donut was filled in the folds of this delightful donut. I got raspberry and lemon in that one and both were scrumptious. I only ate half my maple bacon donut bar- and Robert only ate half the chocolate topped donut bar. You can get some drink and donuts to eat at there. Henry's Donuts make smiles for everyone!!! My friend and I stop by Henry's Donuts Place. It's a nice retro shop and all kinds of donuts. I really wanted a donut. I was in the area a week ago and was in search of a donut shop on Yelp and came across this place. Cool old school donut shop that reminded me of home! (Trendy hip donut shops are overrated, even though I will go to them lol) I love myself a simple donut shop! There's also paleo, keto options. As someone who hasn't been eating butter based pastries due to doctor's orders, this bakery is like finding gold. Our favorite after 2 visits are their vegan dairy free sea salt chocolate chunk cookie, their classic GF big chocolate chip cookie, vegan dairy free banana macadamia nut muffin, and my absolute favorite is their dairy free vegan sweet strawberry scone (with rhubarb, flax and coconut). I typically find scones to be bland and dry. Not these! I enjoyed these so much they were so moist and delicious but what I love most is the chewy bits on the edge. My hubby is a chocolate fiend but he usually get sluggish and sick to his stomach after inhaling a large chocolate pastry from other bakery. He ate their large size classic chocolate chip cookie and it didn't bother him. Tasted amazing too! Their sourdough is one of a kind. It's piping hot and available on a daily basis while supplies last. Nobody offers gluten free artisan sourdough fresh out of the oven on a walk in basis. It stayed hot for hours after I brought it home because it was such a dense dough. When I think about how much more time and work went into these special loaves (not mass produced) and loaded with nutrition, the $23.50 is worth it! The sourdough is super moist if you don't toast it there's almost a slight tacky feel to it. Once toasted, it is the best artisan toast eating experience. For the price, I made sure we wash our hands and did all the suggested prep needed. My only critique would be transparency on pricing in store and on website.
