They made sure to clean up all of the trash, they walked me through how to download the new app and how to operate it. They stuck around for a few minutes to answer any questions that we had. I will definitely be getting on a plan so they come out every six months for maintenance. I highly recommend this company.

When the problem persisted, he sent someone out the very next day to dig deeper, and sure enough, it was the circuit board, just as he suspected. Jason then came out personally to fix it, and credited what I'd already paid toward the new repair so I wasn't out any additional money. From start to finish, Jason was friendly, professional, and communicative every step of the way. It's rare to find a company with this level of integrity. Jonathan came out and confirmed that that was indeed true. Everything seemed to be going well. Jonathan was very friendly and polite. When it came time for the estimate, he told me it was going to be just under $3,000. That seemed like quite a lot to me for just changing out a blower motor and a capacitor. He also told me that my Rheem furnace couldn't take just any old blower motor and he had to order one special. He said that his company doesn't deal with Rheem because their parts are hard to get. I reluctantly agreed to the repair, which he said would probably take place the next day. Later, he called and said the part wasn't going to arrive for a whole week. This was during one of the hottest weeks of the year in Southern California and I certainly didn't want to be without air conditioning, which runs through my furnace and needs the blower motor. I asked him what my other options were. He told me the only other option I had was to get a whole new system. He explained that he could install the system in only 2 days time or I could wait a whole week and have him repair the blower motor. He also mentioned a 10 year warranty with 1 or 2 years of service from his company. I asked him about the brand and quality of the Furnace that he intended on selling me, which was going to be almost $8,000. He told me it was better than my current system brand and I asked to get it in writing so I could do some research. After not receiving anything in writing I called his company and requested the same thing from them. Shortly after the conversation with his company I received an email specifying the make and model of the new furnace. I researched online and discovered a few interesting things. Number one, Jonathan had lied to me about Rheem parts. I found out from my online research that Reem takes Universal parts and I would not have had to wait until the next week to receive a blower motor that would fit. I also discovered that blower motors and capacitors cost nowhere near $3,000 to install. And finally, the brand of the new furnace that was recommended by Jonathan was nowhere near the quality of the Rheem furnace that I already owned. I canceled the job immediately with the company and again with Jonathan when he called me to find out what was going on. I am still waiting for my refund on the deposit! My contractor friend and I went to an HVAC store and purchased a universal blower motor and capacitor for $180... and installed it ourselves in a couple hours. The system is working perfectly. I don't recommend this business at all. I'm completely confused on why they have such a good rating on Yelp, which is why I picked them to begin with. This was a clear case of trying to take advantage of an old lady in a wealthy neighborhood. Shame on them!! Update: I received a full refund of my deposit and the service fee was completely waived. I got a nice apology from the owner and a manager.

Henleys is consistently reliable, responsive, and easy to work with. Their pricing is fair as well. When I first bought my townhouse, I needed a bunch of small projects done. It was a whole thing to manage a bunch of contractors but I remember how simple and easy it was working with Henleys. Eric came out to uninstall one bidet, reinstall it upstairs, and install a fancy new bidet in another bathroom. They responded quick, came to the house quick, did the job quick and easy no problems. It is like doordashing plumbing services. This morning when I was taking a shower, all of a sudden the water wasn't draining and I was standing in shower soup! I have house cleaners coming tomorrow and I have family staying with me on Saturday!! I knew I could rely on Henleys to fix my problem.
