I ordered the mini chicken tacos and it was just dried mush in a mini taco shell. The beef pattie was eh and the churros well if you hit someone in the head with one you would have given them a concussion. I want to start out by saying that they have the WORST yogurt sauce I have ever tasted. There food is decent I may order again if I have no other options. I ordered a gyro platter over rice and somehow half of the package was pita with lettuce, tomatoes and onion with only a small section of rice and gyro. The buffalo bites are decent. My husband and I have ordered from here several times in the past few weeks. We can't believe how affordable the prices are and the food has been very good. Only thing I was weirded out by was the tremendous size of their chicken wings. I know a lot of people probably think the bigger the better because there is more meat on each one, but my thinking was "how many doses of steroids did these birds have?". So excited to find this place. Ordered for dinner delivery on a Wednesday. Gyros were great! (Had both Lamb & Chicken) Huge servings of fries and they weren't soggy! Jamaican Beef Patties & Beef Empanadas were passable. We ordered online, which was a breeze, except for the addition of cheese on the gyro platter (we didnt want cheese, but it kept requiring us to add it) and the 2 Gyro meal deal wouldnt let us pick 2 sodas, though we remedied that by adding in comments. Love love love this place! Usually order delivery service and they're always on time 30-45min. The order is always correct too. I love their beef patties so flaky and a bit spicy. We also love their buffalo chicken bites great appetizer. Their honey BBQ wings are amazing. Their fries are good too nothing is drench with oil as normal fried food is. The food is always delivered hot as well which is a huge plus. The shrimp and chips are very good too. I like their philly cheese steaks as well. I found this place randomly tonight even though I'm an avid grub hubber and it's been around for almost 2 years! I read all the reviews and was taken away by how much everyone loved this place . We ordered at 9:45 on a Saturday and it said delivery was 10:50-11:00. They were at my house by 10:20 which is in bay shore ! I was so excited because this place has some of everything ! The fried chicken is awesome and perfectly cooked , with a sweetness that I've never had before. I got the spinach artichoke wontons which were absolutely amazing ! It's spinach artichoke dip without the hassle of dipping a chip haha but really the wonton itself was great too! We got a lamb gyro that was full of flavor and really good too! My only complaint is I wish I had more room to eat more! I can't wait to try new stuff next time... If this place was opened later and had someone willing to do a shift from 1030-230 they'd be rolling in it !! In fact I'd probably order again in an hour hahaha A+ read more

We ordered wings, gyros, empanadas and mozzarella sticks from Hell's Kitchen through Grubhub on a rainy Sunday afternoon. The website said about 45 minutes but the food came in about 20 minutes. The delivery person was super-friendly. The first thing we noticed was that they vented the containers with the fries (steak fries) and mozzarella sticks so they were crispy and still hot. They provided plenty of extra sauces and the good ketchup packets like the ones at Chick Fil A. Everything was hot, tasty and delicious. We will definitely be ordering from Hell's Kitchen again :) read more

Low class establishment. The first time I ordered from here I found plastic in my meal. I called and complained and they gave me a credit. The second time I ordered a platter with rice. The rice was completely stuck together in one piece. I called them and they said to me that they have been using the same rice the whole day and rice is supposed to be stuck together like that. They offered no credit or apology and made me drive 15 minutes back there to inspect the food. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Would not recommend this place to anyone. read more
