Meanwhile this is a perfect drive through fast food breakfast sandwich sooo much better than neat McDonalds. Tastes and looks like homemade. Always a fam of this breakfast and hope Breakfast hangs on for some of the stores. This Wendy's got a MUCH needed renovation and upgrade. Now it's really clean and the staff is much quicker at taking orders. I've had multiple problems here in the past with them getting my order wrong and forgetting items but that did not happen this time when I was here. The bathrooms have been redone and have changing stations in them in case you have a baby with you that needs to have their diaper changed. Give it another try if you haven't been there since it's been redone as you will without a doubt be pleasantly surprised. read more

I was at the drive-thru (which is slower than slow) and placed my order. When I pulled up to receive it, I was rudely asked to pull my car up to "wait because the order isn't even ready". Okay, fine. I waited 15+ minutes until someone walked over, tossed me the bags and wished me a good night. Not a "hey, we're sorry for the wait!". When I got home, the food was cold (I waited 15 minutes. Honestly the worst location I have ever encountered. Two days ago we placed an order through Uber Eats and when our order arrived we came to find that our order wasn't correct. Unfortunately we have had this issue several times in the past when ordering through Uber Eats so I called the restaurant directly and spoke with a gentleman named Jermaine who was one of the managers and I had explained the issue and expressed my frustrations. I keep forgetting this is the worst Wendy's in the world. I'm exaggerating obviously, but it is in the running. Every time I go there, I wait significantly longer than you should for fast food and hope the order is right, which is a 50/50 chance. This last visit was the exact experience you will likely have. I walked in and was behind 4 people on the line. It was 5:40 PM during the week. An employee joined the line behind me. There was an employee relaxing, possibly sleeping, at a table. What looked like a manager left as the line got to 8. There was one girl taking orders and gathering all the food. The employee behind me left the line to go behind the counter and I think he is going to help. He fills a tray with food and then takes it to a table for his break. At 6:00, the girl hustling around gets my order, which was surprisingly correct. As I'm waiting for the food, someone comes with a bag to tell them the drive thru screwed up the order. This is what you should expect here. This is your average experience at this Wendy's. The drive thru moves just as slowly and your order is probably wrong. I will recommend to not go, but like the lady behind me on line, I will forget about this in a few months and do it again to be disappointed as usual. read more

OUTRAGED!!!! Just pulled up to drive thru window to pick up food and was absolutely sickened!!! Small place packed with about 6-8 teenagers working on top of each other (1'- 2' feet apart, NO Social distancing whatsoever) without wearing any masks or facial coverings while preparing all of our food during a health crisis like the world hasn't seen in many past generations. When I made my feelings known to the site manager he told me that they were awaiting them but have not yet received them. They were instructed by Wendy's corporate to keep the location open and keep on serving. He agreed that this was completely wrong but it was out of his control. Wow, let me start with saying that I am a fan of Wendy's food out of all fast food chains. Dilawar - this one is for you! You are one of the most disrespectful and rude people I have ever dealt with in not only the food industry but in life. First off, why don't you have a better approach when asking if someone is finished with their order? When Dilawar was finally done asking me that question after every item I ordered, I was finally pulling around to pay. When I pulled around to pay, he said the total twice with an attitude when I was taking my credit card out for him. Dilawar, sorry that it is your world and we're all just living in it! Besides saying the total, he did not acknowledge me once throughout the whole interaction at the pick-up window. I asked him if everything was in the one bag he gave me and ignored me. My fiance checked and it was all in the bag. He wound up shutting the pick-up window on me without saying anything, not even a, "Have a good night."
