My husband and I attended the reservation only seating for the Valentines Day dinner last night and everyone involved in this set up at the Deer Park location knocked it out of the park! From the hostess welcoming us when we arrived and the chocolates we received before we left- every single employee could not have been more accommodating and nicer to us. I received better service last night than I have at some 5 Star restaurants. They really went out of their way from the festive decorations to the pink plates and linens on the tables, it was great! I recommend trying this at least once or maybe making this a tradition if you have a love of White Castle burgers like we do. We are looking forward to coming back to Deer Park next year for the same wonderful service and burgers which as always were delicious. read more

White castle is a every now and then place you go to. This one is located on deer park avenue never crowded good always fresh hot. Prices of course from when I was younger get a bit more expensive overall nothing like having a bomb burger every now and then. Great location. Got a cheeseburger fries and shake. read more

I've always loved White Castle since I was a kid. This morning I had two egg sandwiches with jalapeño cheese (my favorite ) and bacon, side order of hash brown nibblets followed by a strawberry banana smoothie. I will always recommend this establishment. However, there is one suggestion: provide edible straws along with the paper option. I understand protecting the environment, but with edible straws, nothing get thrown away. The environment will love us. read more

We ordered drive thru, 10+10 plus a sack of fries and chicken rings. The screen showed a total of around $34. We drove up to pay, handed the woman $40 cash. She asked if we wanted to donate a dollar to a charity we said sure. She closed the window, came back and handed us the food. We sat there waiting another few seconds and she asked us what's wrong. We didn't receive our change, I said. Yes you did, she replied. We checked the bag, receipt, everything. We did not get change. She INSISTED we did. Whatever, it's $5, just keep it. It's a fast food chain. I normally don't tend to eat at fast food places BUT given the fact that it's not everyday I'm in NY I figured let me try this East Coast chain. The castle combo I ordered was "The Original Slider" which included four sliders (four mini hamburgers that I added cheese to after I was offered the option) with a small fry and a small drink... I also ordered a side of chicken rings. The chicken rings and the fries were "A-OK" but the actual main course, was pretty disgusting. The meat on the sliders was so thin and gray, that I could not tell if it was real meat. The establishment itself was very clean and the workers were very friendly but I am rating this on the food itself and the sliders were the main attraction and I experienced no fireworks. read more

I ordered from grub hub for the first time and my order was done by the time I got there. The food was still warm and everything was good. Kids loved the fries and the moms loved the burgers. Place was very clean and staff were all wearing masks practicing safety in a time like this. I will definitely go back to this White Castle. read more

I hate leaving reviews for franchises because the workers aren't always there to bring excellent customer service but I'm disappointed on the manager working tonight 6/24-6/25 we ordered $35 of food the 4 burger combo the double burger chicken rings mazzarella cheese and 2 bacon ranch sandwich. I noticed there was no sauce in the bag so I went through it to make sure and then we parked and went into the store. When the manager asked what's the problem we said we're missing our sauces for the mazzarella sticks and chicken rings. The manager looked as us like we trying to get something for free and requested out reciept. We were just on the drive through but then the manager went though the system and saw it. The manager stated oh the marinara comes with the mazzarella sticks but the cheese sauce for the chicken ring doesn't and told us to pay $1 for cheese sauce. Really Manager!!! I was flabbergasted because I've been a manager and I would always take responsibility of my employees mistakes and just give a meaningless item that won't hurt the business pocket to the customer especially if the experience was unpleasant. I won't go back because it's ridiculous I never paid for cheese sauce and it's crazy how the manager is oblivious on supervision 101 and doesn't take responsibility nor is considerate on the drive through experience for the customer. read more

This has to be the QUIETEST White Castle in the US!!! Holy cow... went in there last week at dinner time, we were the only ones in there and when my cell went off, I was startled since it was like the only sound in the place... Put on some tunes!!! :-) This location is AWESOME, since well it might be right on Deer Park avenue, but it is never busy like the other places, and the food is what you expect from White Castle, but it's made fresh to order and not under some lamp all evening!! They have cheese sauce for the fries and onion rings now... YUM!! read more

Reasonably fast drive through serving fresh, tasty food. However, don't expect to receive marinara sauce with your order of mozzarella sticks. No matter what I do, can't seem to get them to put the marinara in the bag. I'll try begging next time around. read more

I typically stay very far away from White Castle as I don't like anything on the menu, but a few days ago a buddy of mine suckered me into going and I noticed they offer a "Sloppy Joe Slider".
