I was pleasantly surprised to find such a great burger restaurant at Tanger Outlets in Deer Park. Since it was my birthday, my husband and I were looking for a good burger and came across this place on Yelp. We decided to give it a try, and we were not disappointed. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly young hostess who made us feel welcome. We were seated in Ary's section, and when I asked for his recommendation, he suggested the bison burger with the signature sauce. It was absolutely delicious--flavorful with just the right amount of spice without being overpowering. I also ordered the sweet potato tots with honey mustard. The tots were smaller than expected, but the portion was just right and paired perfectly with the dipping sauce. What really stood out was the level of hospitality. The manager stopped by our table to welcome us and make sure everything was to our satisfaction, which was a nice touch. By the end of the meal, I was extremely satisfied. Not only was the food delicious, but I left feeling great afterward--no stomach issues or bloating, which I appreciated, especially since the restaurant emphasizes organic ingredients. Went here with my friends before seeing a movie and the food is consistent between all of the locations. I usually get the bison burger with lettuce tomatoes and grilled onions cooked medium. I have been to three other locations and have experienced the same level of quality across them which I think is quite challenging to achieve. I remember this place being much better years ago when I tried other locations. The inside was nicely renovated with a cute bar area but the service and food were both subpar. The hostess was very friendly but the waiter was very inattentive. I ordered the spicy vegan burger with a side of seasoned fries and my mom ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with fried pickles. Her chicken was tough and dry. My sandwich was tasty and loaded with toppings but very messy. The fries were good, not greasy and the pickles were just ok. We tried the signature sauce, garlic aioli, spicy vegannaise and ranch for the dipping sauces. I love a variety of condiments. Overall it was hit and miss for 50 bucks-I guess a little pricey for what you get? It's nice to have options at the outlets though. read more

We got the smashburger which was very overcooked and had no char to it. It was also on the greasier side for a burger, and the brioche bun was very heavy and didn't taste great. The sweet potato fries were fine though. read more

I can't say I'd ever be back here. My friend heard of this place and suggested we come here. The interior is pretty nice and chill and they have a different variety of meats for the burgers and a few other things on their menu. Also, FYI - this location doesn't have milkshakes. We tried to get one and the waitress said they don't sell them there as we saw online. So, the menu is cool because they pair your type of burger with specific toppings. And if you want to add basic stuff to it like lettuce, tomato and a few others - that comes free with the burger. But the fries/tator tots don't come with it. You pay separately for that, we got tator tots was $6 and it's so small I couldn't even share. The burger okay, just wasn't worth our money and when we left we were STILL hungry. It was my second time at Burger Village and always a warm welcome when you enter.We ordered fried pickles, Carribean Jerk boneless chicken,Village Chicken sandwich and it was all delicious.Boneless wings had the right amount to be full and fried pickles too.Will definately come back for more! read more

Underwhelmed. I know there are different locations so I can't speak in general but this location was a let down. The service was just not up to par. While our waiter was very nice he got our orders wrong twice. We order boneless wings and received ones with bones and we ordered seasoned fries to share and received an order each. We also ordered cauliflower tenders which was okay we were actually expecting a taste similar to cauliflower Manchurian but this tasted different .. My wife & I went to Burger Village for lunch and was pleasantly surprised on how good the food was and also the service. I have alot of food issues and they were able to accommodate me. I have an allergy to gluten; dairy and fructose. I never got sick after eating their food and was very grateful for that. An experience. The service and professionalism of the staff was outstanding however, it fell short of expectations. The ambiance was nice. The food hunts you long after you leave the place. Way too many ingredients fighting for you palate ultimately shutting it down. Hours later we were regretting it. One of our selected dishes had sauce #2 and it was spicy. Not clearly defined. I can't justify one chicken sandwich, two burgers and two kids meals for $150 (after 18% tip). Specially when it was lacking so much. The presentation was good but it failed at everything else. First time and definitely the last time. I won't return and I can't recommend a place that fell so short. I'm expressing my experience in October 26,2024. We went in for lunch today thinking we would have to eat outside because we had our small dog with us. The Hostess was very accommodating she sat us in the front of the restaurant assuring us that our dog was as welcomed at the restaurant as we were!!! Been here a few time food is great but service is horrible. Wait stress isn't very attentive and food takes forever to come out. Multiple time I've waited close to a hour for my food to arrive. I have been here on both slow and weekends and it's always the same. They need to work on speed in the kitchen for sure.
