Every time I go to this location and pay cash, they make me wait up to 10 minutes at times and avoid coming over to do the transaction even when the order window is dead. This review is all about the staff! We came in late Sunday night from the city. Wasn't one of those pleasurable city stays/visits. We were tired and hungry. Needed a sit down and relax for 5mins and eat! We haven't been here in years...or any Tbell. It was just open and convenient at this time. We couldn't order at the counter, we had to use a kiosk as instructed by worker. We placed our order and paid via the kiosk. Well some time went by and realized our food wasn't ready bc people who were ordering after us were getting their orders. We approached the young man taking order via drive through. Then approached my a older woman with glasses. They apologized, took our order again and served it to us even though we didn't ask to be waited on. They were very busy and time came to lock the doors for dine-in. We were still eating and unwinding to a point well after our meal was over. They didn't ask us to leave. No pressure either... Literally downloaded yelp just to make this review. Ordered a crunch wrap supreme from this taco bell went home and opened it and there was literally a bite mark on my wrap. I REPEAT they gave me a BITTEN Crunchwrap. someone literally took a bite of it and put it in the bag and gave it to me. Came for lunch. Was happy to be able to place my order inside the restaurant and get my food in a reasonable amount of time during the lunch rush. The only complaint would be that, although the the tables seemed to be wiped down, they had a sort of film on them which wasn't very appetizing. This place is a joke. They don't care about your dietary needs. You say no rice your ENTIRE bowl is filled with rice and no salad or beans. They think it's a joke when ya know it's not. This Taco Bell / Pizza Hut Express is one of the better ones Ive come across. Drive-thru is generally quick and they always get my order right. I love getting various taco combinations (chicken quesarito, crunchwrap supreme, just to name a few!) My friend swears by the cheese personal pan combo with breadsticks. I made this Yelp just to shout out this TBell. I go in 3-4 times a week with a large, complex vegetarian order where I'm subbing beans into multiple things. In a year going there they have never messed up a single item of mine. I no longer even check if it's been subbed properly. The one time I waited a little longer than normal they gave me a free taco and drink. The employees have never been anything but kind to me. Drive thru order taker Saturday 1/9/15 at Noon was rude abrupt and totally unprofessional. I have been to this particular taco bell. I give it a four, and I will explain why. The food is what you expect, but served pretty fast. The place is usually clean, unless they are really busy. The design and overall structure is really cool, it has a mexican theme, unlike other taco bells. It has some crazy paintings. My only complaint, is they need to clean their bathroom more often. Clean your bathroom, empty the trash can or get a bigger trash can. There bathroom is never clean and twice when I went there, one time they had no toilet paper and the second time no paper towels. I told them to change it the last time I went there, which they did. I know you are busy, but I ain't drying my hands or other things on myself. Other than that, good taco bell location. I would recommend it over any other location I have been to. The bathroom here is forgivable compared to other locations I have been around. read more

So while I was waiting to order drive thru, a young lady walked up to my car and said that "I wouldn't order from here if I were you and that an employee was sick and to go to the taco bell down the road in N. Babylon" right after that she just walked into the store which the doors were locked and an employee just let her in and just sat down on one of the booths. I don't want to go off on a rant BUT, I went to the drive thru and the girl was next to imposable to understand and the 4 tacos were baged COLD. not even warm they were cold. I am a foodie in every sense of the word. Therefore I enjoy almost all kinds of food from White Castle to Ouest, from Pizza to Per Se. Please understand that the 4 star review for this Taco Bell is relative to fast food restaurants. So, the four stars for this Taco Bell do not equate to the four stars, for example, of a "regular" restaurant like Argyle Grill (Babylon) or Pancho Villa (Huntington), or "higher-end" four-star restaurants such as Gemelli's (Babylon) or Convivo (NYC). That being said, for some reason, this Taco Bell seems to be a "cut above the rest.". When compared to other Taco Bells, the staff at this one seem to be nicer, they seem to have less turnover, and they seem to use a little more care when putting your order together. this is one of the best Taco Bells. The full time staff has no turnover. they keep the store clean and the line moving and no order errors.

If you come here, use the drive through. Employees are required to fill drive through orders within a very short time period. Those of us who walked inside had to wait almost 20 minutes for our orders to be filled. Employees has to be asked to bus tables and refill dispensers. read more
