They had a special wine list for the event. I love sparkling wines & the Cava from Spain was fantastic! Sitting at the bar the Joui team took care of everyone so efficiently. Their wines to go selection is great & I picked up one of my favorite natural wines Meinklang from Austria to take home to enjoy. I can't wait to visit again soon.

On the rare occasion when there is a problem with a machine, there is usually a staff member available who can fix it promptly, or at least give you a free game on a different machine. Their use of RFID cards for payment is definitely more convenient than most of the other arcades, which require dollar bills (or even quarters, in some cases). For those who aren't into pinball, there are also a number of other games (claw machines, etc.), making Level Up a great destination for the whole family. Definitely recommended!
