service was amazing, internet ran out because of heavy rain and lightning. So nice that they let us pay the following day. the best Thai food i'be had in a hot minute. definitely recommend read more

Ordering online was a breeze but I didn't realize until we were eating our meals with zero spice that there wasn't an option to choose heat level. My Pad Thai was good and there was more pork in it than other local restaurants, but some spice would have added to it quite a bit. I would order it again, just with a note to add some heat. The Mango Sticky Rice was a disappointment, would not get it again in the future. The restaurant was clean and the meals were hot and ready when we arrived for pick up. read more

Went here for lunch and it was so good. Took a star off because of AI photos of their food in the restaurant. Please use real photos of your food. Got the yellow curry potatoes with tofu. Thoroughly enjoyed. read more

Nice little place I have heard good things about. We needed a healthy takeout meal and decided tonight was their night. Nice menu selection with flavorful and healthy options. I was surprised that there were not spice option for the meals. Maybe I just missed them. Over all we enjoyed the Paradise Beef and Pork Pad Thai. Grabbed some potstickers and Mango Sticky Rice to round out our meal. read more

Don't sleep on this hidden gem! I'm so glad we decided to go here instead of some of the newer, fancy, Thai places. This place is a small mom & pop spot with a few tables for dine-in but it's clear they do most of their business as carry out. Two people working, the chef and then someone waiting tables and helping in the kitchen. We ordered the pumpkin curry and garlic pepper pork. Both were SO DELICIOUS we decided to go back next week to try something else from their huge, authentic menu. The aesthetic here isn't expensive; they are clearly in it for the food and damn did they deliver a great meal. The pumpkin curry is worth the trip all by itself. If you haven't been here please try them out! I should add that the service was not excellent as dine in, but they were slammed and the language barrier is apparent. We weren't in it for five star hosting, what I wanted was a great meal and we got that. read more

Got my hair done next door and decided to get some carry out. Will update once I get it home and eat. There is is plenty of seating inside. I'm just in a hurry to be home. The people are friendly. You can see into the kitchen from the front counter (in case you feel better seeing it done). It took less than 5 minutes from placing my order. The place is spotless and had a relaxed chic vibe. I got two items; an order of Tom Sum soup with chicken and some yellow curry also with chicken. They offered spice levels of 1-4. I chose a 2, and that served me well. The food however wasn't as good as I'd hoped. The soup was salty, and the curry was very thin. read more

We love this place. We've visited 3 times in the last 6 months and would have been far more frequently if it was closer to our home. The food is great. The portions are generous. The prices are good. The restaurant is clean. And, most of all, the owners are delightful. read more

My daughter and have made this our food stop when in the area. We live 4 hours away, but she sees a specialist that is close the restaurant. The atmosphere is quaint and the service is excellent. We are going down the menu and trying something new every time. So far all the things we've tried are delicious! I highly recommend Nida Thai Cuisine! read more

The food was never the great. It's a convenient location (for me) and the food is good (not great). The service was also a miss at my last visit. Had to ask for silverware and then I had to ask for the drink I ordered. The portions also seemed to have decreased and the price increased. So double whammy... I prefer paying more for the same serving size... Also, the ladies in the kitchen were talking really loud and that was fine, but that was probably also why they forgot about us (silverware and drinks). read more

Went to Nida with a friend because they were loosely associated with the owners. Stopping in on a cold late fall night we were seated and waited on right away. Ordered some super warming and comforting Thai classics. Prices were right, and food came quick.. . for one of us. It has been years since I have had Thai food, so my palate is not a precise instrument of Thai flavor analysis. But, I still know when food is good, and the taste and textures are delightful, even if I can exactly identify all the ingredients creating the flavors. The crab rangoon, Fantastic crunch, not oily, nice cheese and crab filling......oh but the sweet and sour dipping sauce is amazing. I hope it was homemade, I'll ask next time. The chicken wings were a crazy crunchy, meat already off the bone on some, birds nest of a treat. Almost overcooked, but not, I think it was done that way for the texture, these are petite wings. I don't know what the sauce was, but I was spooning it off the plate after we ate all the wings, trying to figure out the flavors. For our main dish Pad Thai with peanuts @ spice level 1 from a range of 0 to 5. You know Richelle doesn't like spicy. 6 nice size shrimp, everything is cooked nicely, love the rice noodles, and the sauce taste good to us. I don't think it's the best Pad Thai I've ever had, but sometimes the past is remembered better that it was. So I will have to eat more Pad Thai to strengthen my palate so I can be a better flavor judge for you. Staff was friendly and attentive. I notice after we were done eating there is seating where you can watch the kitchen magic. Check out the bill, I think this is very affordable for the quality and portion size. Richelle and I shared everything and we were very satisfied, no room for desert, no leftovers. read more

A local owned place in centerville. The place was decent and clean. The staff were friendly and polite. The service was good and the items came in quick. The Thai chicken wings and Papaya salad was good. I loved my duck curry. The duck was crispy and soft. My wife's pad Thai was also good. The prices are decent. Overall a good local place. read more

We enjoy having Nida as a carryout option. Convenient location and very friendly staff. Quick service. Food is average, but prices are also extremely reasonable. I feel like my dollar goes a long way here, especially if the kids are in tow. read more

Nida is the best Thai in the area. It's pretty cheap but it's also good. The restaurant is small, but it's not busy usually. It has some good lunch deals. The prices are the best for lunch. From the outside it's not impressive. It's located in a small strip mall. The dining room doesn't have that much room. It has a pretty big menu. This is made not as complicated by having it organized by daily specials. It has a lunch special of two items. These are about $7 and change each weekday. I had the pad Thai and the red curry pumpkin. The pad Thai was made without eggs and had tofu. It was spicy enough. The pumpkin was good because it's not all that common in Asian cuisine to have pumpkin. I would come here again. It has great lunch specials for very cheap. They can make anything mild, medium, or extremely spicy. read more

Branch out to try some new Thai places and Nida might be my new favorite! Their Tom Kha was some of the best I've had. I always get Pad Thai when I try a Thai place for the first time and I really liked theirs. They didn't add peanuts but I didn't miss them. It was very light compared to some versions that are thick and greasy. We also got the crab Rangoon which were like little balls vs the square or triangle shaped. Can't wait to come back and try some curries and some papaya salad! read more

I've been here a few times. Generally speaking, I like the food. First I should say that the service and the ambience is very nice and you would have nothing to complain about. Prices are reasonable and servings/portions are generous. I do have to scratch my head about the food. I've had some really terrific dishes like their pad Thai but other dishes I just scratch my head. For example, today I had Thai fried rice in the rice was absolutely swimming in liquid. I've never seen that happen before. The flavors were OK but the texture seemed all wrong. In addition they never asked me how spicy I wanted it. Admittedly, I prefer a 1out of 10. read more

I love their chicken, fried rice, medium hot! Prices are a little more reasonable than some of the other Thai restaurants in town.

The massaman curry is okay. The vegetables aren't as tender but flavor is there. Pad see ew is lacking basil and flavor. Would not recommend

We order take out here frequently and feel like it's definitely the best Thai food in the area. So often ThaI food can be super greasy but this is not. Flavors of curry are great as well as all their noodle dishes the only con is that there is very little protein in whichever protein you choose read more

I didn't know of this place until I stumbled upon it on Yelp last week. We ordered online and I picked it up. Everything was correct and the two people working seemed sweet. Great food and quick delivery using Door Dash. I ordered the chicken pad Thai made spicy and crispy crab Rangoon. This is the first time I have ordered as I previously did a pick up order. This is my favorite pad Thai in the Dayton area! Thank you for great food and service! read more

People were nice, place was clean but food was not as good as I remembered. "Freshy Rolls" (rice paper wrapped shrimp & veggie rolls) were almost all cabbage and were missing some the fresh veggie and herb flavor I was looking for. The Smiley Chicken (grilled chicken with zucchini, carrots, broccoli and Bok Choi in a teriyaki sauce) gave me the vegetables I was craving but the chicken was absolutely hammered, way over cooked, dried out and chewy. The flavor was good but honestly, the reason I gave it 2 stars was because of the quality of the staff. They would have earned 3 or 4 stars themselves. The food itself was only a 1 star at best. It could be that I ordered the wrong dish on a bad night but it was not food that I want to pay $20 for again. read more

Thank you Yelp for helping us find this place. First, the wait staff are very friendly and attentive. When we asked for suggestions, our waiter was good to give his opinions. I always appreciate that. I ordered the chicken pad thai, which is my first meal at any thai restaurant. The noodles were smaller than I have had other places, but not bad. The sauce is on the sweeter side and the portions are perfectly sized. The fresh rolls as a starter were good as well. Overall, everything was good. Next time I look forward to trying some of their specials. read more

I really love this spot. The boba tea is amazing and the tapioca is always hot and fresh - and I always get the pumpkin curry with chicken, its my favorite!! The mango sticky rice tastes "instant/box ready" and could be a lot better, but even after moving a bit further away I still make the trip up here. The staff is very kind and always makes sure I'm comfortable! It's a very home-like feel here and relaxing / quiet. I recommend it!! read more

Ok so I actually decided to delete my prior review and post another for the 1st time. I feel my 1st wasnt a strong indication of how I overall feel about this place. I've been here 2 days in a row now and I absolutely love it. The food here is top notch. Every dish I've had has had tons of flavor and was cooked perfectly. You can choose your hot level from 1-4, 4 being the hottest. I usually go with a 3 and its got enough kick for me. A few dishes I'd recommend.. Thai basil chicken, pad see ew, and red curry all great. Basil fried rice was also really good as well as the bbq chicken on a stick. If you haven't had thai tea its delicious but extremely sweet. Its a small and cute restaurant. Family run i believe. Big parking lot. Its dangerous bc I love thai food and this place is down the street! Highly recommend, the ppl there are really nice too. read more

Very mediocre food. It was neither great nor terrible. The lunch menu is very affordable which is great if you're on a budget. My coworker ordered the pineapple fried rice, which she said had a mix of very salty or bland bites as she ate. The crab rangoon was more cream cheese than crab. My beef pad Thai was very sweet and lacked salt and peanuts. Also, the wonton soup was very salty so I couldn't finish it. I recommend this place if you're on a budget and don't really care about authentic Thai food. read more

The waitress was great, but the food was just ok. I had the tofu pad sun ewe (not spelled correctly). It didn't have much flavor, very few veggies and was a bit on the greasy side. I also had the freshy rolls. They were pretty good and I liked the sauce that accompanied them. There were a lot of carry out customers, so maybe I just had a bad meal. read more

Stopped here on our snowy way home from Ash Wednesday service. Being new in the area and vegetarians/vegans, we're trying local Asian/Thai restaurants.
